I agree with your criticisms on the failures of the raiding mechanics, but people need to be able to shield up overnight. This is the most positive, player-friendly change they've made in ... ever?

So here is my big complaint. Some of have been here since this game started. We grinded it out for hours. No complaints. Just did what we had to do to survive and move up. Now scopey is making it easier for all the new people. They are dumbing down the game.

There is no pvp. It's big ship hit miners, guy retaliates. There should be a system where you can meet up and hash it out. And get points.

Having an alliance base where we contribute to resources there in the form of resources and helps, maybe even assigning officers there to speed up research, and get bonuses for that. You can unlock more research by donating resources to the alliance base. This base can be raided by enemy alliances.

One of my longstanding proposals is that you get a mining/research/build boost when your shield is down. (effectively a debuff when your shield is up) This would encourage players to not live under a shield.
Last faction pvp was months ago... we need more pvp based event whether it be alliance based wars or whatever.... this is turning into farmville with hostile hitting on the side.... getting tired of spending just to be able to farm higher systems and hit bigger hostiles
I agree, give us hostile attacks on our bases, defend armada created automatically. Give us more alliance gameplay so that peolle need to be actually part of the alliance to gain more rewards.
I raid almost every day. I know that every server is different, but I think my server is pretty typical. Most people shield really well .... until they don't. These 12 hour shields just mean that people don't have to plan their whole gameplay around an 8 hour overnight shield.
While I'll certainly get a few less bases in the morning, the fact that people can manage their shields in a healthy way should keep them in the game longer, giving them more chances to forget to shield and get raided
Its esseantial thing to activate players more to do alliance style gameplay. There are too much casual quiet players that newer took a part in alliance dayli things like ALBs
How about creating war armadas to mimic rallying in other war games where people can work together to crack bases and such

They need preset officers for each ship when assigned not the docks so you can maximize officer benefits in regards to PVP/PVE and mining
the bar which indicates what round it is, should be always visible. so it would scroll down with that round. it the next round starts, the bar of the previous round should disappear and the current one should be visible.

Add a confirmation button when spending Latinum in a ship repair.
Hereās some feedback your instant use latinum to fix ships should have a second confirm like your return to station . I just wasted 460 lat when I had rss and 900 plus 30 min speed ups to fix ship but my finger brushed instant as itās next to the fix button. This is the xxth time this had happened forget the need for using latinum where it counts it put Back lvl ship 3-4 days plus for common cry. Iāve had about enough here anyway with being pounded by other players for months now u give shield when I can finally try and get a small bit of the hundred of mil rss . U You change the game but those that had the benefit get further ahead with all your little changes. I suggested a second confirm in use of lat before but you did nothing months ago so why now

This game may be doing well now but if you keep lowering the rewards and making events that cost loads of money. The packs should be doubled for £99.
I can go out an buy a limited edition top of the link Xbox game with expansion packs for that amount.
You need to make the pack and rewards more worth while. The drops at level 33 shouldnāt include envoys and kheras. We should be getting brel, intrepids, gladius and faction miner bps at that level and even the odd epic.
You have made millions and millions from this game. Itās time to give something back to the players and stop making it cost so much to upgrade.
I need over 6000 uncommon crystal, even with primes I get between 7 and 40 per refine. That is far from balanced and a way to make us buy packs.
Up the refinery to give out at least 100 of each uncommon for 4 chests.
All the little cash grabs are not needed. Most of us spend money anyway. Iāve done about 5k in less than 3 months.

I'd like to suggest that nerfs to things in game get announcements and patch notes too, not just done on the sly
Would be nice to have a increased warp speed at the expense of your shields going to 5% and no recharge until out of warp and have to have full shields to use. It would be great to have officers that give abilities to all other ships in a circle around it. Maybe as captain abilities. So much could be down with this bringing more fun to alliance playing, Armadas, alliance wars. Station raiding. And with enough officers with that ability you could really start pairing up new attacks strategies.
raider warships. Like the vidar, but have a battleship and an explorer, independent class ships, lvl 25 vidar, lvl 27 explorer, and lvl 29 battle ship.
Slightly higher than avg impulse speed than their counterparts of the same class, above average cargo holds, to encourage more ship on ship raiding. Especially with 10 of 10 available people mining faster, means more oc raiding gonna happen. Why not have ships to respond to the exponential increase in mining times.
they re weaker than faction ships but have substantially larger cargo holds. like maxed out half of a horizon maxed.
With armada coding already recognizing ally ships in a circle then giving out abilities to other ships could be done.

raiding people is really made for offline raiding, if you want to encourage online raiding you need to make warship base raiders, the inbetween surveys for online wars.

Hey guys this was already posted 1000 times I think and I am the 1001. I love new content the server side changes in events which are upcoming and so on, but to really enjoy the game please bring it back to the stability we had before the November update, well also there were some glitches and bugs but the actual situation on iOS let me already think about quite the game. The community is great you have a lot of good and even some bad ideas in game changes but please fix the bugs and stability first otherwise it is a torture to enjoy content you canāt play. Thank you!

Give shield for vessel for 1 hour after update
Its kinda getting boring, repeatedily complaining about the game crashing every 5 to 10 minutes on my iPad. And you keep saying you will fix it, please be patient, and I will take your word for it. I am just sucked in to Star Trek, or else I would just stop playing this game for the kind of stability and customer support issues this game has. But can you please atleast consider two things, one can you provide an option to turn off the event update pop-ups? I find that in many instances the crashes are when there are too many screen updates. And my second request is in the settings you have a "Graphics Quality" option which is always at HD. Can you provide a lower res SD option? You definitely have a graphics related issue atleast on my model of iPad and perhaps my iPad cannot deal with the all the changes. If you can provide an SD version, maybe my iPad can cope with it?
Are there any plans to make RSS mining more viable? (Para, tri and dil) A suggestion would be to introduce a replicator building which as you lvl up will increase the multiplier. At the current rate you can mine for a very long time before you can gather enough to upgrade one ship part starting from early ops 20sā
Love the new Armada lead controls. Only thing missing is an option to start the Armada early if you have enough power to beat it.

Two things are absolutely necessary- 1) players MUST have the opportunity to sell unnecessary items. 2) inside alliance players MUST have the opportunity to share all the necessary other members.

The patch notes say new missions are now marked with a recommended level. Why arenāt all the missions I have had to sort through hundreds of times not marked with recommended level? This does nothing to help my current missions problems. Seems it would have been easier to make it standard across the board all missions in mission list should include recommended level.
Is it possible to add parsteel to the alliance contributions, as this is the highest resource that everyone has, tritanium and delirium always seems to be a low resource, parsteel is collected will most events
@pulsar salmon they rotate through, you can check the donation resources, quantity and points for each Alliance level on LCARS.

There's two currently, I'll link both because I'm not getting involved in the why's.
There are several levels with Parsteel donations, you mostly find them in lower level alliances, but it comes back further down (level 25 Alliance with steel donation)
now after this update still problems with the app stops playing up to 15 times a day and you have to reboot again and again. when will this finally be resolved

It happens that only levels 25 and up have the right to participate in the events, always the same if you are not among the greats, you can never participate, the events must be for everyone, not for some, that is a great mistake that you keep committing over and over again.

We need a Ferangi to mine latinum & we could use a second building queue & a second research queue, as those would decrease the time spent on any given lv. by 50%.
You need to expand your 3* mining or adjust your events to include 2* mining. Can't compete with the limited mining spots available. Especially for the lower players.

To the DEVs at SCOPLEY there were promises made, you gave back our Epic Borg Tokens so fullfilled part of that. THEN you gave us 3 "Spend your Money" events and no exchange chest "As Promised." I spend thousands a week I got crap for the newest pack couldn't even afford to get 1 of the borg crew and was halfway there before the pavk. You've already pushed our biggest spender to a point where she stopped spending thousands a "Day" from spending and, which I hope won't last from the game.
When will things be reasonable were in epidemic people losing jobs. The world is turly screwed up and, you're guys still gouging your consumers. Promises aren't fullfilled, bugs existence forces multiple reboots of the game yet tge gouging remains.
Now I love MOST of the game hence my spending but, really am done too, Until bugs get fix and, promises are really fullfilled. This isn't the first time a promise wasn't realized either.

Please could you consider being able to send mats from your base via your cargo ships to another player in the alliance. Have it so that it ca be attacked if you want the mats taken mid flight but perhaps even Uncommon ore/gas/crystal could be sent this way between players to help support growth.

You know, having a market between all players to buy and sell resources, either using resources/materials themselves, might mitigate a lot of the frustration in game and would make sense in the game's continuity as it is strange that characters never bring up anything about such a market even though it would be highly useful.

@austere sand here is a serious suggestion. Fun non story missions. Release a tos episode completely redone once a month. Chain of 3 missions trying to track down Gary 7 time jumping. No real rewards, just some amusing situations.

how about an alliance base. a place where ships can be repaired without having to be blown up or flying home. it could be built in levels, protected at first. growing just like player base, docks guns. supplies would be donated by alliance members in store. supplies could be rss for construction and shields for protection. they can be placed only in systems without planets.

But, the 3 day and 7 day didnāt change prices so now instead of being a discount they are now more pricey the 3 day use to cost the same as 44hrs now itās the same as 84hrs but only last 72 and the 7 day costs the same as 11 1 day shields. Why? Make them cheaper also!!!!!
@supple oasis Pretty sure it's intended for longer shields to cost more as you have less risk in re-applying (like forgetting to) but will forward non the less.

Why did you decide to change Chenās ability to limit to below level 50 hostiles? It cannot be that much a game balance thing considering her ability only impacts red (mob) hostiles, not mission hostiles, armadas, or players, nor did you similarly change TāLaanās ability. Please revert her back to prior set ability.
we have some toxic players now and then (e.g. the last 6 months) which we face as alliance together as team.
The marking as enemy did already help, but i could suggest some more enhancements to make the game again more happy.
- mark also individuals
- possibility to set ships in "enemy guard". If an enemy moves in it auto-attack.
That would help our friendly more powerful players to send a ship for support to smaller players - if a mining spot is taken (not on zero, no overcargo) add a penalty of 10% hull damage to the attacker.
We drain his station all the time - but having tokens protect him a bit.
But with additional costs he would either drain out. Or needs to invest more money (good for you? š ) to keep his bad behavior up&running.
Since I started playing this game well over a year ago I havenāt seen any improvement in the 3 faction recruit rewards (Federation Recruit, Klingon Recruit, and Romulan Recruit). It has been the same 7 characters, this is an area in need of desperate attention.
This is a suggestion that would be very cool to see in the near future. Iāll use the Federation Recruit as an example but the idea applies to all 3.
As the Ultra Recruit and Premium Recruit draw from all 3 factions they donāt draw all the possible characters from each faction. The Faction Recruit should have every possible player in that faction available that is uncommon and better including those not available in the Ultra and Premium Recruit. For example, the Federation Recruit should include all Section 31 characters including Zhou and Harrison, Shakedown Cruise, Auxiliary Controls, and any future Federation officer. Also include a 5% chance to get 35 officer shards and a 2% chance of getting 100 officer shards.
I would like to see a better way of gaining officer badges without having to pay for them or extremely struggle to grind factions for them. I personally think they should be added to the epic tokens
We want form real fleets between players as for armadas but be able to attack players ships and bases!
Could it be possible to exchange blueprints of ships, which are gained by shooting hostiles, with other stuff like 3* material, or minerals.. or other blueprints of ships you don't have.

Add a fourth diplomacy level for alliances that aren't friendly but aren't full enemies. Kind of like a caution/dangerous alliance diplomacy level. On our server we use enemy for Kill on Sight enemies. Would be nice to have another just to track and spot ones that we need to be a little cautious around.

For alliance milestone events, I would like to request a way for us to view the points provided by each member, similar to the way that we can do this with the alliance leaderboard events. This will help us to figure out who has not completed the events yet and message them to get it done.
I love alliance milestone events. But I, as an admiral, need to be able to see who is contributing points and who is not. Please enable a āmy allianceā leaderboard for those events. Alliances need to be able to see that. (It also develops a bit of completion within the alliance and some motivation for players as they can see how much others are doing and gage if they are doing well or not)

rather than capping independent credits at 50 per day in augment store can you make a tweak and scale it start at 25 at nuetral then 50 next level then 100 and then 200 and so on until you reach ally, obviously the cost of augment credits goes up each rep tier but at least then mining data becomes a worthwhile activity again. also please for the love of god fix all of the data nodes maybe even add more rep tiers to augments to allow for augment version of faction ships with different bonus to the garden variety faction ships
Is there any plans to lock factions at each milestone as it is at respected? Can we get it to lock at celebrated and each marker after that? Just curious. I know it wasn't in the plan to have it lock at 10mil (respected) rep but it is useful and would be nice for it to lock at celebrated and so on since celebrated is 20 mil more rep (30 mil total)
Adm 18 and below for jelly is not fair. I started at the tale end of jelly event. I only need 1 more blueprint but nothing drops them and I was only allowed to buy half when I joined so maybe you should rethink the jelly idea.
The target practice is a waste of red with out the ability to at least win a few fights, other it is just a shooting gallery for those with faction ships to up their pvp. To bad you could not restrict which ships could enter the system
Can't something be done to reduce the number of 1st and 2nd level ship bps dropped .I have enough bps to build, 4 corvette's, 7 fortunate, 6 phindra,6 turas and 23 envoy's! And they are still dropping when I hit hostiles. Sometimes I get more bps than parts. Maybe 3 lvl hostiles could drop lvl 3 bp or rare like jelly, north star or d'vor.

Systems should rebalance hostile levels, instead of a simple trade of 35->36- >37->35. A system should trend gradually toward its lvl average by spawning the ships that are missing.
@Panic#5944 PVP! We need pvp events in this game, with ships of our choice. We spend so much time and perhaps money on our ships and most of the officers are pvp that it seems odd why scopley havenāt pushed pvp more.... please, run pvp events (ships of our choice) on regular basis. Itās also a great way to blow off server steam.
The station bonus to your ship's strength should be clearly indicated so that the stat you see when you crew your ship is the same stat you have when you leave the station.
Here's a suggestion : fix your chat censor. It literally blocks one of your OWN SYSTEMS.

Ship inconsistencies: I can ask for Alliance help when building a ship. I can also ask for help when repairing a ship. What sense does it make that I can't ask for Alliance help when tiering a ship?
My question is, why is it that we can't switch the ships crew members around with having to go back to the base. Example, I put a crew member to increases travel speed because I need to reach a node fast to mine, but if put the crew that increases travel speed, I mine very, very slow. We need to be able to switch crew members around to best advantage of the tasks, they're already crew members of that ship. Can you imagine Capt Kirk having to go back to the Star fleet station every time he wants to send Spock on to an away team, or put Sulu on the helm instead of Chekhov?

I remember way back when, we used to see a counter for how helps from allies that our ships under repair had received. It was very useful cuz once we saw our repairing ships received the max amount of helps, then we could go ahead and use our speed ups. Itād be nice to have that feature back

The loyalty chests are very poor for the effort need to get to 30/60 badges I think this should 21/28 as the lower oneās are 7/14 if your not going to improve the rewards. The rewards you get for paying like station and ship packs are poor a badly priced the Ā£4.99 one is about right the next one up is Ā£19.00 and very poor it should be Ā£9.99 and have 3* rss only then the next should be Ā£14.99 not Ā£19.99 and be mixed 3* & 4* rss and Ā£48.99 is insulting and the top oneās well less said the better. It would be nice to be able to get repair speed ups in the alliance store or be far more and frequent in rewards

If you're going to offer bp in any store, leave it open to obtain all of them, or offer a pack to buy the other half if you're only offering half. NS I can't build and even after getting the 45 out of the store doesn't hit the required after all the mission contributions.
I'd like to see granularity for all events, if it's alliance internal only, I'd like to see how much I've contributed.
Event specific shields. If you complete certain solo events that are a part of a larger event, you get awarded a certain length event PvP shield. This then stops the base raiding while trying to complete the event. Could even give a bonus to the individual if they're going at it without a regular shield active at their base.
For Alliances, having a resource exchange, allow access to a bank of resources and have a transactional fee of a percentage of the resources entered. Don't limit it to just resources, but you could include all items so if someone wants to donate their bp so another player can get a ship finished, or someone got raided but needs rss restocked. Having a handling fee for it all so it's not 100% in/out would be cool. Setting it up so requests are entered from alliance members and setting up an authorizing chain would be nice so someone can't just join an alliance hoard all submitted stuff then leave.
A crew/ship configurator. Love to be able to sit down and figure out who I want to use for certain missions and grinding. So many people discard some of the lesser used officers, but being able to plan a little would help some newbies figure out the best way to get through some missions.

Seems like the balance of the in game economy is off, Tritinium is scarce after level 20. Dilithium is understandable because you use a lot less of it compared to trit. If your expecting me to mine 2 million trit to get my Kumari through tier 2 it seem unnecessary "Grindy" to me especially when your looking at miners with 18k protected cargo limit.

I am in the EU server 163. but there are many concerns about other players and alliances. about the roe. they make extra rules on top of the original rules of the creators of this unique game. and they are very political about their rules. they are most immature and childish in my opinion. a solution could be found for these people who create additional rules that you should follow according to them. and if you don't, they make fun of you. I think this cannot evolve any further. you might be able to make an extra tap with the official ROE. and there would be an option to change servers above level 12. even if only once. something really should be found in those alliances that create rules that you should follow to please them.

if you want to make a fun pvp event, you really need special "battleground" systems, that are reachable by everyone, with any ship, from any system, in a short amount of time, that only put you against players around your level. you could even have these systems "linked" with other servers, so that there is always plenty of players available
The current target practice event doesn't take into account the thinking of a PVE player. The best way to participate in this event for a PVE player versus a PVP hunter is to use the weakest possible ships and do nothing at all once they reach the system to die quickly. This scenario cost the least RSS and least number of repair tokens. PVE players do not care about their kill ratio. Most do not even know what it is. It is the only scenario that makes sense in the current event's configuration. In addition, because PVE players are so vulnerable to hunting you need to make any system where PVP events occur not disable peace shields for any player choosing to engage in combat. These are not attacks in these systems. These are competitions. People are mutually choosing to participate. No PVE player is going to try to engage in PVP combat in a known and watched system when it effectively announces to the entire galaxy that you are not in your station and, if anyone engages in combat, their peace shield is down and their attention is clearly in this system and not their station. As a result this event's configuration creates an even more perverse situation for PVE players. Not only does it make sense to send their weakest ships as targets but it makes a great deal of sense to do so with a peace shield up guaranteeing no PVP as you can then safely send several ships at once and focus on completing dailies which is essential for most PVE players to continue to grow. If you made a system where it would not disengage your peace shield to engage in competitive PVP, if you gave three points to the victor and one to the loser, and you guarantee that the rewards exceeded what one could get by mining, perhaps offering a few repair tokens to compensate for those used; you would see a vastly improved participation in any PVP event by PVE players.
This is a great start to PvP events!

Make pack prices realistic for the current customers budget in this global pandemic. Other MMO's have affordable packs. Scopely would increase customer satisfaction, retention and still make the same amount of money. Admittedly not as many larger transactions but lots of smaller more frequent ones from many across the playerbase.

I think maybe they could create a pvp instanced area where to take your ships into for these pvp events. It would be nice to have a node of multiple servers where you join these instances and battle others to see what competition is like all over. While in these instances for pvp you would be able to repair and return to the battle area with your ship(s) from a closer designated spot. They wouldnāt need to put resource nodes or hostiles etc in this space as itās dedicated to pvp.
They might as well, you can see it heading that way more and more every day š we've got such a soft version of this game now, and it really wasn't that hard to make it before all this pandering to the people that can't look after themselves š

I raid bases just fine on my own. My reward is millions of ps/trit/dilithium. However, this pvp event the reward is for borg tokens for me and my alliance. The intent was to get people to fight each other which is fun. However, thatās not necessarily the case.
It shocks me how many people are trying to play star trek fleet command without pvp or raiding. š.
Anyway- ideas as the thread is so aptly titled:
Change nodes so 3 miners from the same alliance can dock at them, in addition, that alliance would also need to provide warships to defend. Allowing other alliances to attack them the sane way armardas goes.
Would also add an element of āowned territoryā to the game.

I have suggested escorts before, tagged onto miners, would eliminate pointless miner kills.
Thatās exactly what I mean @crude sentinel. I donāt find it fun blowing up mining ships. Whereās the challenge. I want to take on fighters with mine. If I wanted to play a game where you sneak around and kill weaker stuff only, I would play something else (er, well, I guess I would still play this as that is the current standard).

Occasionally, weāll have a nice pvp battle. Usually it starts with one alliance trying to attack another alliance base and raid it. People come in to defend. And before you know it, there are 50 ships blowing each other up. Itās really fun. The only problem is, the game is so glitchy, half the time your ship doesnāt hit the target, it just dances around in space.
I also think it would be nice if we could share rss within our alliances. I could send one of my alliance mates trit and they send me dilithium etc.

I do have bigger ships. But others have bigger. Itās still fun when I blow up as well. Itās just rss and repair boosts. I blow up my ships on daily hostiles or borg probes etc. no real difference. I can only assume most players enjoy ST in one way or another. Thereās got to be some want to do some pvp here or there. I think maybe one of the big things that may set people off is the level gap. I.e., Iām 34 so I can smoke any 24. They can attack me in turn as well, but thatās suicide. I think itās fun, but I can understand why others wouldnāt think that way.

So I am trying some constructive feedback on Tritanium.
You need it for everything but mining it is painfully slow in comparison to running cost (ship repairs).
For example: My strongest ship is a level 35 Vahklas at ca. 325k Strength. I need about 115k Tritanium for a full repair.
My highest mining speed for Tritanium is currently 8630/h (Envoy + K'Bisch with full synergy). So mining for a single repair takes ca. 13h20min.
Considering that to be able to do dailies and participate in events, armadas and maybe do some missions I need to repair the ship AT LEAST 3 times a day (and that is an extremely optimistic case) I'd have to come up with ca 345k Tritanium a day to be able to keep up.
I think it is obvious that with mining alone that is pretty much unrealistic since I also need to mine for Materials. Also My other mining ships will be a lot slower at getting Tritanium so so I will end up somewhere around 15k/h with three miners.
What used to be a compensation was being able to raid. But now at OPS 25 there simply are no more Targets that I would walk away from with a +in Tritanium due to high repair costs. If I can even find a target that is not perma shielded and has some resources.
I used to have quite a big stash of tokens for Tritanium but that is now dwindling fast and i just can't see where it can get better.
The core issue I see with the way Ressources (mainly Tritanium and Dilithium) are handled in the game is that you have high running cost that make saving up hard to impossible if you want to also actively play the game and not just passively farm all day long (missing out on dailies, events and missions). But you also need to save up to be able to upgrade ships, research and construct buildings.
To me this is something that really needs fixing as it becomes more and more clear that Tritanium (and dilithium) in this game are basically a broken economy. The cost explode exponentially while the (non-raid) income barely increases.
Raiding is now also impossible since every player is pretty much in the same situatiuon, so simply except for a few very diligent players almost all bases look the same with well under 1M Trit.
I really enjoy this game and dont mind spendign money on it. But if this devolves further I just can't continue. Literally can't if I cannot afford to send out ships........
Allaince events where the team has to score points together, donāt have the ability to see the teams score like other alliance events. Really need it to see who is participating

To add on to the comments about how the game economy is broken in regards to tritanium, you see it especially when raiding bases: plenty of people have tens of millions of parsteel but rarely more than 2-5 million tritanium.
I am going to post the comment I made in the Scopely survey. I think it is a decent expression of the frustration regarding the unbalanced PvP levels, as well as a decent suggestion for how to fix it.:

"This PvP event has really highlighted the absurdity of the current PvP ranges. They are way too far apart and are way too heavily biased in favor of the whales. Having someone in the low 30s being able to attack all the way down to level 24 or 25 is ridiculous. There is no element of competition at all, and there is no ability for the lower-level guy to fight back whatsoever. All it does is enable in-game bullying. The fact that a player can completely crack a base, one even with three ships docked, with a single hit from one ship is beyond absurd. The only reason the ranges are so wide is to provide easy targets for higher-level players so that they don't have to put forth any effort to compete with each other. It needs to be fixed. Shrinking the ranges/rate of increase by about half would be a good place to start. E.g. the upper bound of the range increases by 4,6,8,10,12,etc each time the Ops level goes up by one. Cut that pattern in half, to 2,3,4,5,6,etc. and the PvP ranges wound be far more equitable. Having a lvl 21 open to attack by 25 instead of 27, lvl 25 open to attack from 30 or 31 instead of 39. I think it should be 6 lvls above and 6 under, like you can only hit people within 6 under and 6 above, every time you upgrade it changes maybe like 50s can have the 12 under them since they cannot go higher and those at 38 go up to 50

this is probably a more popular opinion than you realize but 8 of 10 was an awesome captian and created some pretty fun logs to review before she was "fixed" to only work on borg. At least consider adding an officer that increases critical chances like she did in the future as she had a really fun build for the short time she was "broken".

Allow us to sell ship bps to factions for faction credits, and allow us to sell at least hijacked ship bps to augments or some new independent store along with the kumari, vahklas, Kehra, and horizon bps we are sitting on by the thousands. At ops 33 I have zero use for hijacked ships, for example.
Ok, here's my suggestion...Make all sale packs available all the time to everyone. DO NOT REMOVE THE SMALLER PACKS AS PLAYERS GET BIGGER! I personally am not a wallet warrior and will not spend more than $26.99CAD on any given pack. if those packs(like the May Reward pack) are not available, then I will not buy the bigger one. Keeping the smaller packs available will actually help you make more money from people like me.
Introduce new officers, who help to get tritaniun or dilithium first or at least a higher share in the mix while raiding. I often don't need the para and would leave it back, but I cant. Instead I spend 1+h raiding and a poor soul wakes up to an empty base.

I would like to see an additional diplomacy stance. In between neutral and enemy. āUntrustworthyā or āhostileā or something of that nature. For alliances you hate only a little. š
Basically diplomacy should be broken down to (no hit), (friendly hit), (normal), (ok to hit), and (seek and destroy).
Also - can we have a way to search for players to chat with based on name? For example I wanted to get my alliance member in touch with another player and to do so I had to have them share coords, then pass coords to other player. There is no easy way to start a chat without a players location or alliance info.
If I know a players full name I should be able to start a PM with them. I shouldnāt have to find them in GC or find their ship to start a message.
Another small quality-of-life improvement would be to let me link from a mission marker (eg a mission target ship) back to the mission description. So if I fly into a system and there is a marker, I can click on it, click the title of the mission, and it will open the mission screen and show me the mission progress and rewards, associated text, etc.

We could use better ways to manage alliance member activity. Would love a way to easily check how much each member contributes in various ways to the alliance (events, donations, etc.) This would allow us to determine who is inactive and in what ways they're inactive. This way, it's easier to give members that may be struggling in their game the help they need to be able to stay on with an active alliance that requires a constant churn of members to stay competitive. I want to know who's not pulling their weight, give them a chance to get better and then if they don't other steps could be taken.
Stop with the events where we have to spend uncommon materials to earn event points. Especially since uncommon are soooo hard to get for certain levels.

Please fix the event store so that it doesn't kick me back to the main events page all the time. It is painfully tedious to redeem my event credits or view what options exist. Every time I click "done" I have to then click Event Store, scroll back over to where I was just shopping, and find the option again. Suggestion Make 'clear localisation' only clear rendercache, not clientsettings/stored values for messages read/stuff viewed etc, or give us the option to choose what exactly we want to clear. This also helps in locating issues, if we are able to pick, we can only pick one item, retest and test if that fixes certain issues, and based on our findings, report that to devs through CS
Suggestion Move clientsettings mentioned above to server profile instead of local client so they are 'preserved' and synced cross device and restored on clearing localisation,, options to move would be messagesRead, officersViewed, shipsViewed, missionsOpened, dialogsAcknowledged (names are fictional but should be understandable), it's the stuff you have to redo after reinstallation for example.
Suggestion Optimize API communication by requesting more specific data instead of the way currently done to save bandwidth and processing power on both sides. Great example where you can save quite some resources are speedup usage.
Suggestion Optimize bug reporting handlers by ignoring duplicate occurances of an error for a certain amount of time. Thereby reducing the load of data being sent to the collector and reducing the data that collector has to process. This should also reduce the 'lag' in the game a LOT. (I have tested this, be it that I did something else to speedup handling of those reports, but it helped reduce the lags a LOT). On an average day, my client generates 80Mb of data being sent to that collector alone, of which 90% of the errors reported is the same.

On alliance events that last the entire month (such as this borg arc) why punish alliances that make changes to their roster? Allow members to join and still reap and contribute to the alliance event from the point they join and beyond. Donāt lock them out of the entire arc just because.

How this event could have not sucked: 1) Epic borg cubes spawn in Waji-ku/Zent'kra; 2) Next hour (or some time period), the number of cubes remaining in these two systems spawn as Rares in closest level 30 systems (Olaria, etc.), Epics respawn; 3) Next hour, cubes spawn in closest systems, respawn in 35s, repeat as Borg cubes march across Borg space toward Fed space: 4) if Borg cubes make it across borg space, they become Borg Assimilators that glom on to a random Node somewhere in the galaxy - these are tough hostiles with no rewards that eventually just gummy up our galaxy if we don't remove them, like carbuncles. Tailor times and respawn to server activity (you could even have competitive server events) - Then we have a constant battle against the encroaching Borg, which is the whole idea and what we all expected from this, instead of a stupid area that wastes our time with worthless grind for no rewards. Also, while I have the talking stick, drop salvage and other borgy things from Borg targets. You can still fix this, Scopely!

i would like to see a "Admiral's Log" or something to that effect, which would give some drill-downs for member activity, participation in events, etc.
and along those lines, i would live to see some kind of "last active date" tied to players/logins, even if only visible to commodores or admirals

Logging : Logging should be on a different chat tab and accessible at any time by the player. This feature can be turned on or off and logs stored on server side under the player's account.
Incidences like a base attack when you think you put up a shield cannot be proven without logs. Support provided logs is biased and hard to argue against, since the player do not have accessed to those logs. A lot of money is being spent so, it should go without saying that our investments should have these features in place. Otherwise, it would be a mismanagement of information and would fall under derogatory business practices, that can easily be added to a lawsuit.
Event Logs would include: These are provided under the message section of the player's UI under a separate tab and is configurable.
Alert logs - Base attack, Shield activation (player or other), Attacks from all sources.
Event Logs - Update to events (number of alerts configurable) rather than pop-ups that gets in the way. This is annoying at any level.
Resources management/Mining - could fall under the event logs, but these will be logging mine depletion, about to deplete a mine.
Shield ending - Can be rolled under Event Logging, but alerts for shield ending can be viewed under the messaging tabs.
The reason for these loggings is that the Pop-up system only happens for a brief moments while active in the game and push notifications is still unreliable, especially for shield activation by the player.
Run standard events alongside the borg arc for players who arent able to participate.

A group for alliances that aren't friendly but aren't full enemies. Kind of like a caution/dangerous alliance diplomacy level. We use enemy for people we know will attack us or who we need to defend against. Would like to not have to use friendly as a marker for this(which is what we are doing)
Add some way to automate simple tasks that any of the officers we have could canonically do such as hit hostiles in a set system or explore unexplored systems within warp range. To limit this feature I would personally say make it require a special currency to operate for a bit, and then give a small amount of that currency to players daily (or weekly), and maybe make it cost more of said currency based on the complexity of the task
As an admiral it would be very helpful to be able to see who is contributing points to the War Effort alliance milestone event.

Equalize the number of available 3* nodes in each faction space. Federation space has Tau Ceti with 16 3* Gas nodes, but there is no equivalent system in Romulan or Klingon space.

Changing features on lvl 55 to 49 is not a problem itself but differentitate traders on Heavy or not transport traders sounds like a workaround to not keep going players to kill there.
A workaround for the many bugs that involve system sol for example.
Target a trader close to your ship fail, it seems need time to calc the correct path.
Its already difficult be motivated playing this game and this was an anchor of hope, a long term goal of hope to grind bp and reputation, quite expensive aswell but feasible ...
Don t fix so many bugs on these systems and bring player to stop kill hostiles there, is more bring players to quit the game.
Can I suggest the Daily Goals be brought more to the forefront of the UI? Put the daily goals as the first tab, and change the mission collect tick to allow for quicker collection of each daily goal. We do dailies every day, and missions maybe every couple weeks if scopely implements any.

I bought chest to do borg armadas just to have it destroy by a rich bastard and this is not the only time hes done it how aboit restricting armadas from pvp some use real money on those just to have it go to hell by a rich kid with biggers ships?
^ this is why I'd never spend money on armadas. The rewards are not guaranteed and completely random. Anyone that's feeling less than friendly can squash your expensive epic armada by focus firing the leader's ship. If the directives didn't get spent until the armada actually engaged (win or lose) that would be a game changer.
I love the work being done on the menus and other screens in the game. However, there are a few things that might be improved:

The behavior of the Even Store needs to be fixed so that it doesn't jump out of the store entirely after viewing or buying an item

The ship Management tab is great, but please stop removing the button from the left-side ship tab. If all ships are busy it's impossible to reach the Management tab, which is silly because you designed it so well that it works under all conditions (mining, ship in battle, idle ...).

The new Event design: I like most of it, but have a few suggestions:
- Please pull all events that require you to "Join" to the very first page of the Events.
- Please push the ALB and SLB events to a lower priority. Most players have NO chance to compete in these since it's the top 25 (ast best), and it's just wasting the majority's time

The Transwarp Cell button is broken and should be moved to the right. If available, then "pip" and it's no trouble hunting the gift down even if it's put way to the right. Most of the time now I waste my cells because I accidentally click on it. Or: Make the first from the Left (specials) into a folder like the dailies are now, then pip is any gift is available and no one will miss it.
ALB and SLB events: Those are great rewards if you're in the top 10 or top 25, depending on the event. However, it would be much more motivating if there were rewards for us mere mortals too. I don't even want big rewards, just something that gives an incentive above zero.
BORG Transwarp tokens be it the normal ones to access the standard borg farm systems, the special ones for the current event or the other ones that act as keys to systems such as Yoria-3 should only be consumed at the point when the ship begins the transfer in to the target system not when you launch a ship initially. If it's too much effort to code the journey to consider that only at that point, then simply code the journey to only consume the token if the ship arrives in system.
What is the purpose of the station protection officers? Stations should have their own crew.
Can we have a Memorial system for our fallen players etc, straight forward enough adding new ones for events but how about one for this specific purpose. Especially in light of current real life circumstances.

The plan, I'm sure, is to make those Armadas so rare that people fight over them. Wasting armada directives and requiring people to buy more

A group for alliances that aren't friendly but aren't full enemies. Kind of like a caution/dangerous alliance diplomacy level. We use enemy for people we know will attack us or who we need to defend against. Would like to not have to use friendly as a marker for this(which is what we are doing)

I'd like to be able to create and save officer groups.
I change ships a lot for mining or fighting. I also change bridge officers alot depending on what I'm doing.
Fighting Klingons, Romulins, Federation, or players are optimized with different officers. Likewise mining different materials require different captains.
It takes a lot of time to pick through your officer list to find what you want. It would be awesome if you could save several officer groups and assign them to a ship with a single click.
@glossy osprey the very first thing that happened when armadas came out is the the whales and virtually all of the paying players immediately agreed not to fight over over rare and epic armadas. Real money is at stake in those instances and legal issues arise that scopely likely didn't consider.
Crew loadouts? Where we can add & name them, like Morale, which would include Kirk Spock Bones, or something, that I choose. Or Gas mining. Protected mining. Etc

SUGGESTION: When claiming the 2 free transwarp cell and if it goes beyond 8, ask for confirmation.
Since there is a limit of 8 transwarp cells, it is easy to press mistakenly the Claim button and loss the transwarp because it is where the 9-minute button used to be and/or most of the time we dont keep track of how many exactly are the transwarp cells on inventory.
@graceful arrow I like the current implementation instead where you simply will have 9 transwarp cells. Contrary to belief, the limit of 8 only applies to the Gift Box no longer granting more but your inventory can certainly have more than 8.
@nocturne lantern my suggestion is not about changing or removing the 8/9 limit. It is about asking for confirmation or warning when you claim the transwarp wll go over the limit and hence will lose 2 or 1 transwarp.

Would it be possible to make certain info pages exportable as a CSV file? A lot of alliances use their alliance info page or event participation (for example) to administrate their members, track activity etc. It would be a huge help if we didn't have to manually collect this information
or build an internal tool for admirals/officers to analyse player participation and performance?

Have cargo rewards in boss ships depending on the mission, this would encourage people to return to base and not clog up mission areas.
Add more decimal points to items. e.g frequency mods for Franklin weapon upgrade says 1M where it actually needs 1,200,000. And stop giving ship b.pās for weak fighting ships on higher level hostiles.

With the upcoming server merges could we maybe take the inactive accounts that havenāt been logged into in a month or more and put them in their own server with the opportunity to switch to any server of their choice within three days of playing again or being thrown in a random, iv seen a good amount of dead accounts around and feel like it will help in the server merges

I think with the lacklustre events and the fact that they are merging servers i wonder if this is the beginning of the end for this game. Face it scopely couldnt care less and are just trying to grab as much cash as they can
Really missed the boat with the big armadas. Why give everyone megacube directives that they can't use effectively. Should allow transfers to other players or allow a static maximum number of player slots for each mega cube directive won. And adjust points accordingly. No point in anyone in the alliance without 6 armada slots to even try to run them. Just gave us a headache and a hefty repair bill
And jacking up the solo milestone max to 60k was ridiculous. Just demotivated a bunch of us from bothering with the event. We're almost done with the alliance milestone and at that point there's no longer any need to bother competing

Scopely, you're pushing low level ship blueprints in chests at high level systems. I have over 2000 kehra blueprints, for example. Can you do a conversion, like you do for officers that are maxed? Maybe you can max the ship blueprints at 5 builds. That would be 200 Kehra blueprints. Any more kehra blueprints collected from hostiles after that would be converted to ship xp. Just using kehra as an example, but I have tons of vahklas, kumari, and other ship blueprints as well.
Another possibility would be to trade up extra blueprints. Maybe a 10:1 ratio for trading them for upper level ship blueprints.
Itās not stupid but being lazy not to write the code to send BPs of your level. Whatās redundant is that after you build one, you need more?

My suggestion is that the person raided get resources tokens (with important cooldown to avoid abuses and friendly raiding), so whoever gets raided doesnāt feel compelled to leave the game immediately afterwards (more player pool). Thatāll leave also more resources to be raided.
The game it really reached a point where thereās almost no one else left to raid (and win more resources than you lose)
I agree with @opal stone Iām tired of all those unnecessary blueprints and tier 2 materials they just keep stacking up and there is no use for it we need tier 3 mostly and itās super hard to get .. game mechanics need to be balance out especially if you are a lvl 26 and canāt hit a lvl 21 or 22 but someone whoās lvl 45 or more can hit a lvl 29 that makes no sense

And please take the tier 2 material after lvl 26 you donāt need tier 2 materials in chests or in packs
Could we have a refinery where we can select what to refine? I.e. a batch of common, uncommon or rare, even if it was one at a time and still had the cool down. That way people would know they could get what they need. You could alter the batch sizes available based on player level, like how the vidar material quantities change with the ship tier.
Iām sick of waiting a week to get next to none of the materials I need every time I press refine.
If I need 300 uncommon for something, getting 7 every 10 hours (or more likely 0) is infuriating

More ships at the current shipyard levels, instead of just 1 from each faction, give us some varieties, the hijacked ships don't count, those are just the same ships with a different texture (a poorly created texture, literally just added a blended layer of cracks on top and a multiply layer for shading some sections). Add in new hostiles, systems where there's a goal, like an armada, but where you have to create a team first, then you attack swarms of hostiles, like zombies in Call of Duty, heck, add in repairing defenses on objects in the system, etc..
Tabular view for officers so you can view attack/defense/health side by side, make it sortable/filterable. Especially helpful when crewing ships.

djGrrr suggested a really interesting idea: "Know the status of the base" while we are playing.
An idea easy to program would be to do it with a simple color scheme. This would allow us to know if there is a problem with the base while displaying any system or the galaxy view. Here's my suggestion:
The week before and maybe during the mergers happen a bunch of events, being able to refine quicker better rewards to get the economy better, running full speed so we can beef up before it happens, i think most people could use it.
Everybody - Please do not reward or enable Scopely for doing something negative to the playing population that is server mergers by buying loads of stuff to ābeef upā.

You could have done that without a server merge. I don't know what is going to happen when you merge the servers but I'm certain it will blow up in your face. Why? because every major change you have made has never been smooth. They've been riddled with bugs, and hot fixes galore.
Servers are already overloaded due to Covid 19, what could possibly go wrong if you double the population of most of the servers?

I know. Incentivize your leaderboards. Give bonus percentages to the daily based on your ranking in each of the leader boards, and add a most mined rss/mats leader board to identify your farmville-ers.(?)

Resources Raided: bonus base %+ to rss/speedups/alliance creds/officer xp/lat in the power creep, real estate, research, alliance unity.

Power: stays the same. it's just for bragging rights.
Staging Branch (Beta) server: invite players to dupe their accounts from all the servers, with special invites to content providers, to a staging branch server to TEST all the future changes to the game before you update/hotfix/try solutions to various issues plaguing the game.
If you do it in house I think they are afraid you'll fire them if they voice all of their concerns about your game to you. How else do so many problems fall through the chasm that is your 'game testing' department.
Get players to do the testing for you, give em a little lat here and there on both their accounts. They WANT the game to be good. Their incentive is to improve it to make it enjoyable for themselves and their team mates.

Sally with full synergy 5of10 and health oriented below deck is beyond broken. Either buff Cent or nerf Sally pls.
A really good thing would be to be able to save different officer to ship configurations that we find work best without having to go back and forth and reset everyrhing when we change it for a different job. Currently I'm taking screenshots but this ability would save time.
Traders: Obviously you're never going to create a market, we're not holding our breath. But can you at least create some kind of arbitrage so we can get rid of worthless things and have some kind of strategic planning and interaction with the game? An easy way to simulate traders showing up at our bases would be irregular events in the events tab that last something like 2 or 3 hours. Milestones would be donates of X and rewards would be Y. You could make like 20 or 30 of these and just drop them in a new trader rotation: A ferengi trader might show up and offer a D'vor blueprint for raw latinum, a klingon trader might offer to take a K'vort blueprint off your hands for 5 UC crystal. You could create a lot of "feel" in the game with just a tiny amount of creativity: including certain kinds of traders (black market, suliban tech, services to attract officers, a data broker for augment stuff). You have all of this functionality built already and this could solve so many problems for us that a market would normally solve. Upgrades might include a building that would attract different types of traders (a bar for officers, a cargo bay for rss, special environments for unique aliens, etc) and allowing us to send a trader to an alliance mate - but let's just do baby steps and get SOMETHING that solves the problem of all these unwanted rss and mats.

Here's a suggestion that EVERYONE would benefit from (it's been suggested countless times), Stop limits on the "scan" feature of ship's! In EVERY instance of every StarTrek ever, the 1st thing that happens is a thorough scan of the system (including but not limited to SHIPS!). Not suggesting that the battle between ships be removed at all but the ability to scan in an effort to contact those who are out of our bracket range of combat. It's can't be a huge codeing problem with all the brilliant minds at your disposal to accomplish such a tiny task that would bring a smile to the loyal supporters of this wonderful gaming experience.

There are 6 ships in this picture and one out of the screenshot in the same 39 level fed system. We are all waiting for lvl 39s to spawn. But all the ship are 38 lvl and there are a few 40 lvls in the 39 lvl system. It takes me hours to complete my faction daily every day.
Hit the 38s and 40s and maybe a 39 will appear. When I go hostile farming for dailies the same thing happens so I just hit em all so it doesn't take so long for 39s to appear.

How is it fair that level 34ās and level 39(who can reach g4 materials) are in the same events groups...this is lazy Scopely...either allow 34ās to reach deep space or do the right thing and put the 39āa in their own dang group for mining events.
War between alliances is a pointless waste of time, the only thing that gets killed are miners. It is not seldom used by cry babies to spoil the game for others. For something to worth while there must be the element of risk and gain. War is often a costly buissiness not only in human lives but also economical. I am not a dev and don't know what is possible to do but, here are some thoughts. War should be declared via a function, if done so, none of the alliances should be able to mine. When ships engage there should be a win/loose element. The winner have a chance of getting something good in a chest, the looser could perhaps running the risk of degradation of the ship. War could be made exciting but war should also be a risk.
Can you give us some details on the missions in the event store that we canāt view? I.e. is it going to A) need war funds to unlock and B) be worth saving some for

Probably suggested and ignored by developers before, but āweight classesā for leaderboards. Extreme level cash pumping alliances dominating over smaller, newer alliances that may aso be cash poor is a sign of a significant imbalance in the system. Nor is it much of a āwinā for those higher alliances if their only really challenged against the lower alliances. Your wins on the leaderboard are pretty much meaningless if you arenāt really willing to loos by receiving no rewards or even not coming close to winning them. And, if youāre really that financially greedy Scopely, whatās the incentive for lower alliances to spend more for the potential of winning if they will ALWAYS be dominated by the higher alliances?
I could see them maybe making better rewards for some of the lower ranks but part of the game is trying to climb up the ranks and become top dog
But solo ranking needs to be split up by lvl though, you guys already do it on a couple and it needs to be changed to all of them

Please add an alliance symbol to alliance ships for us colorblind folks. My admiral said we are purple. Never have seen purple so donāt know what it is. Symbols are great!
There is no point to the lower ranked alliances āclimbingā the ranks. While they are climbing, the top heavy alliances are also continuing to climb. So it is impossible for the lower ranks to ever make top alliance because there will always be the higher rans dominating. If in a list of 1000 alliances only the top 10 ever rotate because they will always match and be truly competitive, what incentive does the lower ranks really have to both ther climb? They will NEVER reach the first 10 ranks. And perhaps not even the first 40. When the entire leaderboard is level 45-50, THEN you might have an even playing field. But since there will always be new players and new alliances starting low, not everyone will be in the same ranking. Not much different than a pyramid scheme. Get in early enough and have enough cash to stay on top, and you will. The folks on the bottom will always be the losers in the ranking.
Give us an event to earn tokens for things on revolving doors like the ACC. I'm in an alliance where no one has an ACC. Cant earn the tokens to unlock an ACC without having an ACC. Give us an event where an individual can earn these tokens without anyone elses help.

Can we allow resource generators in base to be collected automatically when our resource levels are below the storage cap? This ensures that the player would have adequate rss when playing or logging in to the game without having to be mindful of collecting it. It also allows dead bases to be more useful than placeholders and may be a source of rss for lower lv players and a constant rss stream.
If dead bases become a rss point this will make players less likely to target active player bases which lowers the amount of people quitting because of a full rss drain from a raid. I almost quit several times and went on some breaks after being completely raided out of pure frustration
Would be great if you could change the crew on a deployed ship. But only with officers deployed with the ship. Would make the game more enjoyable.
I think the latinum refinery needs a rework where the amount of raw material input should stay fixed at the current tier 1 input but the output should increase by tier as it is now. This makes mining and refining with the D'vor more worthwhile and gives the incentive to actually buy and use it.
Basically: Lower raw material input- Keep the current latinum output by teir
Adding on the suggestion I made above, I believe the regular material refinery need a similar rework. The current input level is great, but the output becomes underwhelming as you progress and get to high levels. The larger 3 star material requirements make the game WAY too grindy and bottlenecked and generally really unsatisfying.
Basically: Keep the current raw material input-match the refined material output by increasing it by tier like the latinum refinery.
As for the events, the reputation event should be joined automatically if the event UI is to continue to be like this. Its a large hassle to have to remember to join it the first moment you log in everyday.
Faction hunt should be a daily event or very regular to promote PvE grinding and to complement the PvE daily goal and to give players a stable faction credit income rate since the reputation event completion is unreliable as the spending requirement gets higher and higher. The faction scout datapad output/ currency exchange is underwhelming so thats a unrealistic income route.

- all players of an alliance should be able to see who... when... was last online (date+time)
- all players of an alliance should be able to see who is currently online (e.g. colored marking of the name of the alliance members who are online)
- for Commodore and Admiral, the function to send a PN message to selected or all Ally Members
- donations to the Ally should be displayed permanently as a total and not start at 0 after each alliance level. Maybe you could create a useful building with the alliance donations ?!

Justice in the game
The time required for the various events in the game is sometimes very different. Some events are completed within minutes, others last 8 hours permanently or more !
This is absolutely unrealistic for professionals (your main target group) without internet access at work !
Example: Event Latinumrausch even with 10/10 in the D'vor I need 7,5 hours permanent on a Latinum mine to finish the event successfully.
This is absolutely unrealistic for a working person with family !
It is absolutely desirable that the time required is within a manageable range of max. 2-3 hours.

Regarding the Borg Finale debacle- it would make sense only if it were a server-wide goal to wipe out the Borg. And each tentacle taken down would move the whole server up a milestone. That would give a sense of progress, even to the lowliest of low...

Here is two suggestions I have 1. When ever you get a Private message in game it sends you notification and 2. You can make setups for your crew and you can switch out your crew while still away from you station

A thought to eliminate excessive bullying. Create a single player block token that can only be used once or maybe can be reused, but maybe have a 24 hour cool down. Before it goes into affect and isnāt abused during regular PVP battles. This block token would prevent a bully from hitting any ships of the person using the token. This would also curb enthusiasm of players going rogues. It would also cut sexual harassment complaints by about 90%⦠Which is something I deal with quite often.

Suggestion: Reevaluate the refinery results for latinum antique. This is a rare commodity and has a very long cooldown so the rewards should reflect that. I am now 6 for 6 in getting a single transwarp cell for each latinum antique refine. In a 5 day cooldown, I can get 10 transwarp cells with no luck or effort. I feel somewhat swindled exchanging something of value for something so commonly gifted.

Spending is a choice. The rewards resulting from refining a resource ought to reflect the rarity and/or difficulty in acquiring that resource.

With how long ship repair times can be, especially at higher levels (saw a teammate that had a 6:47 repair time šµ), it would be nice if teammates could send help more than once. Say 5 or 10 minutes between helps. Otherwise repairs can take forever, and the paltry speedups we get (the 1 minute ones are almost useless) don't help.

How about a series of tabs for ship crew that can be used to populate ships at a click of switch , putting them in the ship if they're available, using the number of pylons, shp crew, times the the different types of mission's ie -: mining,pvp,swarm etc once a crew is saved they can be switched to the ship that has been selected, if crew member is missing you would have to select a temporary crew member but not needing to be saved on the tabs unless they are wanting to exchange the spot. But the system that we are using remains the same. If it was up with the ship,crew item,tabs are. So a favourite crews are selected to suit the mission and no loss of a good crew because you don't remember what position they are in.

Please reduce the cooldown for the Borg latinum refine. 5 days is kinda ridiculous. i get one every 3-4 days without trying. never gonna catch up.
@cinder walrus I mean if you're online, when your shield runs out and you're rss is over protected cargo, that the shield icon automatically blinks to remind you to bubble up to help prevent raids. If your base is UPC then there's no need for it to blink a warning to bubble up. It would be nice if it started blinking a warning a few hours before the shields timer ran out.

@atomic storm the primary focus of events right now is the conlusion of borg arc 4. that is the event. the only reason you had swarm and lat monday was because they are previously scheduled events.

Ok, yesterday I was killing level 35 Romulans and I had to repair my Bortas 3 times in order to complete the Daily event, today, I find that I have to kill level 37 and I can only kill 1 ship before needing to repair, I did not increase rep, I did not level up(currently 29 and holding) and I did not tier any ships. My Player Power is just barely over 5M, but it was yesterday as well. This has to be a bug right, because if I have to die 25 times to finish this at 4.5hours per repair, it is impossible to complete.

@undone viper it makes 1% damage of remaining hull. It's very little, unless you test it during an event that counts points for damage made. That will show you a huge increase in damage done.

Something that I would like to see come is the ability to create pre-grouped officers that we can switch out fairly quickly. This is more beneficial for old people like me that can't memorize everyone's stats and abilities. Rebalancing every now and again instead of it being a daily occurrence would be great.

I was thinking about this impending server merger. By doing this it's going to make getting a mining node dang near impossible! So may I make a suggestion that if any ship hits zero node they can be attacked by any level players ship! ie; a level 10 could be attacked by a level 30 if the lv10 is zero node and vice versa! That would help with lower level players setting on zero for days keeping the higher level players from getting the resources they need to continue playing.

@honest heart I've been thinking the same thing for days. I might tweak it a bit though to keep trolls from trolling that the levels that can hit it expand every 5 minutes or so to encompass more people able to clear it. That way it gives them a chance to reset and not have a 30 sitting there just waiting for the mine to tick to zero before stomping.

@nocturne lantern free flow of resources between players (outside of raiding and OPC) is against scopely's interests. for the same amount of money you pay in the store, a high level player will get close to 1B rss, while a low level player gets less than 100k
more money spent on content = less money spent on bugs
Idea: make it possible to have multiple alliances attack armadas. With the new ability to select who you want to join will help support this feature.
Suggestion: please consider adding more lvl 3 mining nodes when combining servers. It is difficult to mine now, so I cant imagine when we get more active players.
I have had a n idea for a while now and I know it's a little far out their, but everyone I know including my alliance agrees with me: what if their Wer to be a battle station that you can use relocation tokens to move to other planets and is stronger then a normal ship and can use it to attack hostile or other stations in that system but can only move with relocation tokens

Turn off the armada alerts already. It's a crappy addition to the game and it would be helpful to turn off alerts for armadas so people can get some sleep when team members run 40 of them over night.
On the big and continuing server merger conversation... why not make the PvP bands a bit more balanced, and then give everyone a one time server transfer token to go wherever they want. Things will balance out and if your PvP bands are balanced, you will not have the horrible super big players coming and owning the server any more than you have it happening already.

Good evening. I don't have an urgent problem, but there is something I would like to address. I have played this game since shortly after it launched, and I really do enjoy it. I also really appreciate the continued new content.
My issue is the PvP system. It's entirely out of whack. For example, currently my alliance, which I love, is in a "war" with another alliance. The problem is that the other alliance has a lot of very large players and my group doesn't. I enjoy battling ships that are close to mine in level. For example, one player was pretty much harassing one of my mates so I moved into his system. He would attack our miners, and I would try to catch him doing it. He's level 34 and I'm 33, so it was a series of fair fights. I won some and lost some which is fine. However, he then called in his big players. One is level 43, which is ten levels above me, and that player has a dark jelly. There's absolutely no way I can beat that. And that is a problem. Those big ones are basically bullying the smaller players in our server. Could you please revisit the PvP brackets? I'm not huge into PvP because of it. Yet I have discovered that it's really fun to have fair fights. I would be cool with being able to go up or down 2 levels only. That would require everyone to use more strategy and have a wider range of player levels in each alliance.

Please give us options for servers to join from a 80% full server to a mid level server of 60% or a new server that is starting for new customers of the game. And to cut down the overwhelming requests, let the fleet commanders decide.
I would also like to request on separation of powers. A player can only attack ships and bases of there ship yeard level 1, 2 , 3, or 4. As in if you are at level 4 ships you can only play with level 4. That would make it a very much fair and enjoyable experience for all.

Rewards - small reward for the loosing party , to make up.for the trit used up
Larger bounty for the winning party to make this compelling
Benefits? Makes it easier to resolve tensions between alliances, makes PvP consensual, pushes players to hone their PvP skills, build up ships and PvP crews.
A flavour of the previous - Capture the Flag aka Capture the Armada -> One side initiates the Armada, the other tries to get them to cancel.
Then they switch sides.
Again - small reward for losers, bigger for the winners.

We have gone too far in giving out daily shields 24 hours plus cheap shields after that is too much. 12 might have been not enough but 16-20 seems reasonable
Please fix the game in every aspect... busy most importantly the refinery rates for ship 4 parts. You say players donāt have to pay but in order to lvl and participate in any meaningful way you have to. And not just a little. One upgrade on a t4 jelly costs 17k UC ship parts. Refinery often gives 0 every ten hours or 41. There are 8 upgrades needed to tier. Letās say the average is 41 ship parts, you would need 415 refine pulls at over 4000 hours for one upgrade one one tier. That is ridiculous. So you have to spend. Ok so the pack give just over 3k so in order to get the 17k you have to spend 600 dollars for one upgrade x 8 just to tier. That is 48 hundred dollars to tier up one level on a t4 jelly. So either at best 415 pull at 4 thousand hours or 5 grand. No other way to get those mats. YOU ARE KIDDING RIGHT? this is one big joke... I donāt think players are finding it funny as they are quitting the game

Ship officer assigning crew members sorting. Strength is sort of a stupid sort method. Please provide 3 additional sorting methods when assigning crew into a ship. Attack, Defense, and Health. Many times we want to find the ideal crew members with the best stats for below crew officers.
Make the home station similar to ships able to add crew members to reduce repair times/ increase defense/ reduce research and build times etc. @austere sand
Ideally I think there should be a crew saved sets, making flipping between crews for different ships and purposes very easy once you find ideal crew setups as well.
How but increase the rewards for the daily events according to ops more? 10-20 UNC don't really help me, when all buildings are 100 at leasty research is 100-500 and ship upgrades are several k.

Scopely, I want you to know that I feel that the 3rd stage of the Borg showdown event was a disaster. It was poorly conceived. It was monotonous in content, severely unbalanced between challenge and reward. The challenge levels did not scale progressively (uncommon were too easy and anything above waas simply undoable). The fun factor along with the sense of achievement were simply INEXISTENT. The whole event reeked of an audacious reach into our wallets.
Prior events gave us permanent rewards: the Vi'dar and Borg officers. This event gave us... Borg armadas with questionable rewards at best.
Why is it so difficult to design a tiered event where each tier UNLOCKS the next (sense of achievement) and also EQUIPS you to take on the next challenge (sense of reward)? Why is it hard to design encounters that rely on player skill, setup and coordination, but instead you design encounters that rely on grinding and dollar spending? We already spend our money on you, your turn is to make a fun game, not a game that asks for even more from our pocket.
Can we please redesign the way hostiles spawn? I am trying to kill 39 Romulan interceptors in Terix and level 39 romulan explorers in Altanea, which are both level 38. I have killed every damn 37 and 38 and there are NO level 39 ships spawning!!!!!!
There should be a set number of each hostile in a system and when one is destroyed another of the same spawns.

I am tired of killing 50-75 hostiles for a 25 kill daily. Also tired of the elevated cost of tritanium on the repairs and the times...
Suggested improvements: deeper diplomacy, the option to trafe resources with other players, more intricate ship combat with ability to control ship power system allocation and repair jury rig option away from base
Also the option to friend users so u chat with them easier later would be great.

Of the individual ship's blueprints? Maybe a schematic system would be better.
Finally, more ship types would be nice. I miss the Miranda and Oberth class

i got a question to makers of game....
you guys out a cap on who can attack uswhen mining, ie, usually 2 levels. but WHY is there NO CAP on BASE ATTACKS ? one of my guys level 23 got atacked by a level 32... how is he supposed to defend himself ?
dont agree with @dense needle making anyone be able to attack any level is ok if your high, but if you just started gaming, you wont last long and will lose players as they will just give up

Iād suggest improving drops, allowing refining without timers(if you have the rss/mats/items), better odds on your drops or refining. The current set up for item drops like say from the borg antique store suck. The odds of finding the ferengi trader in borg space is so small in the first place. To have such shitty odds in refining is bullshit. For the ftp players itās virtually impossible to advance. Iām not giving Scopely another dime. At least not until they can resolve some of these problems...

Even if it was fixed amounts that you get at least you can plan things, this "chance" set up is just for your control and is greatly annoying players!
Is there a video or training for how best to prep for the move from L14 to 15+?
I rushed into the game, because it was fun, and have now spent the last month efforting to learn the game, so I can make better decisions going forward. What levels/quantities of rss are best to stockpile, and how does one keep growing, when almost all your ships/base buildings are max?
@rancid matrix itās best to join an alliance in your server , they should be able to help you out with all this , if they canāt or wil not help you , move to another alliance š top 10 are the best ones in most servers

repetition is part of learning, and a one time and done video, is better for review and repetition, than bugging the members of the alliance, for the same question.
also, a general video on progression strategies, can be generally helpful to all, rather than the myriad voices of "what I did".

It didn't help either. Members of our alliance also say that they have the same and do not disappear.

I really need a way to turn off just armada notifications. For the most part, I dislike armadas, and getting notifications all the time is annoying and makes me want to ignore all of them, but I might miss a zero node or peace shield notification.
I would like to suggest a new idea in the alliances. The ability for a alliance ships to dock in member stations to in load cargo for the ships credit, share with the owning station and or repair the ship if Nessieās art

I believe this would bring a different dynamic to the game making some players more valuable due to their location. Stations allowing this could earn alliance credit. The game could allow greater number of dry docks
Can the Event Store be modified so that a player isn't kicked out of the store after a single exchange or simply viewing a possible transaction?
Also, can a slider (like with Speed Ups) be used to allow multiple exchanges rather than only a set number per transaction?
It is a frustrating chore to constantly have to re-enter the store, scroll through the disorganized offerings to an item and only be allowed to do a single transaction before having to repeat the whole process.
I guess I'm asking for a consistency of behaviors already enacted in different areas of the game but not applied throughout. Thanks.
The faction mining dailies should be retooled. I have a large stockpile of crystal.. I'd happily donate the 20k the Klingons are requesting each day, so I could spend more time raiding, or data mining, or other events.
Ok, another suggestion. A conversion option for changing 2* parts to 3* parts. I believe that a 5-1 conversion rate would be a fair trade off.

I would like to be able to spend Ship XP, even if it doesn't level up the ship, and without having to buy the shortfall. For example, if I have 5K XP, and the ship needs 10K to the next level, I want to be able to spend the 5K towards the ship without spending latinum on the other 5K.
Why donāt you make a slide where one can choose how wants to convert? That would work on so many different things instead of that stupid repetition
@humble nexus If only because the UI flow is broken, having to go back to Event Store, then slide to the item, and make the purchase. Repeat. Did it 45 times for the NS bps.
To stop griefers and sweepers I think barot should work even if you die taking 20% hull. Really make killing a miner hurt.
If you plan to merge servers, better keep alliances together, otherwise the end of this game will be hastened drastically. If ya'll can't get a damned patch right, we sure as hell don't trust a merge going right. It's about community. This is the only reason people stick around. It aint the cheap packs and good gameplay or imaginitive missions. Break up community and Scopely will screw itself badly.

Besides, if you have at least a moderate amount of players, you don't need to worry about mergers.
I think it would be a great update to the game to be able to save crew layouts it would help when trying to pick the best ship for the task as well as the crew layouts
How about if they do a merge they allow alliance merges so you dont waste your entire alliance points because everyone leaves for a richer one

So I found another assimilated Ferengi with a latinum scarab whatever. Here's my awesome suggestion: remove the worthless warp cells from the refinery. Thanks! Maybe I'll get something worthwhile for a change!

@static copper I used to think as you do but I came second in the Borg probes event because I had opened a latinum scarab and got a transwarp cell four days before the event, hadnāt used it (so had 10) and then during the event I refined another and got another transwarp cell. Had I not seen the Ferengi trader in a lower lvl system and gone for it I would have come first based on the higher lvl systems giving many more points that the lower system do even if you get a trader for the big points.
Maybe, but that's one event and it's over. The refinery still rewards those otherwise useless cells all the time.
