The monaveen limit has been there since day one. That and the cube are the only ones that have been displaying the limit. All the other ones are busted since most of them do have limits but don’t show them.

It would be great if you could add next time the RSS rewards to the events that give only even currency. The players dry out of ressorces in the months with event store.

@wanton copper @icy cairn please get the slb brackets looked at. I am L53 and in same bracket as top players who are L64 now. Cannot compete even if spent massively as can only spend up to G5 which scores so much less than G6. This has been going on a while. Surely cannot be hard to setup new brackets as the events are level bracketed anyway.

The Gold Rush (Heroic) should be used to source the ferengi whip. Maybe in the top 2 milestones. Possible to achieve but not easy and would take a lot of game time. It does not have to be unlocked in the first run but would be a good target to work towards.
Once unlocked the event could switch to sourcing the dual photon warheads/s31 torpedo pods/control seeker probes in a similar fashion.

You need to pull the wave events. So many people including myself are stuck and held hostage by broken waves. I can’t get my ships out, can’t move my base, can’t get events done and support is not responding.

The augur refit of the ogirinal series (bird of prey) is missing in the event store. There is the corresponding refits for the d4 and enterprise but the one for the augur is missing. Thanks you! (This one)

It is also ANOTHER event store with no Feesha Glas skin… I’m not surprised… just disappointed and resigned to never getting it.

Not only is it rarely even in the real $ store ( and I cannot afford $100 for it anyway…. so event stores are the only option for me. )

I think its pretty ridiculous that ships in the past became f2p at some point, and now you need to buy them in an event store and get even less of a shot on unlocking officers. Besides an entire arc without materials and resources.

Waves - doesn’t anyone else see their trit reserves dropping like a stone? repairs after doing waves cost huge amounts of trit. The rewards for waves pay zero trit.
Scopely - you’d get a a lot more participation in waves if trit costs weren’t literally in the 100’s of millions/billions.

Many things are limited, yes. A request to re-enable limit tags has been made, but it might be awhile before we see results.

@wanton copper pls pass on to event design that this isn't supposed to be such a high milestone for ops 51 and above. It takes about 60 hostiles to complete this. The scaling shouldn't go up at ops 51 because there are not stronger hostiles to hit

Lift the entry level to OP45 or something. But OP30 unrealistic guys and give the little guys another event that falls in their range to get the Event Store stuff. I HATE VOMIT WAVES ! The wave defense is a good addition, but the starter should be able to kick people out. It happens too often a low level player joins with only 1 ship and doesn't even try to kill a single hostile. Leehing shouldn't be encouraged.

Per Aspera event, first level prize of 15m Fed Rep has screwed up this game for me, I kept Fed hostiles for years and having never been given Rep as a event award before it was a shock as I only noticed this after I has collected it. Since then I have been trying to get this reversed and according to Support this cannot now be undone. Their advice was to use Augment space, which works but as they are only lvl 37 max the number of points is far far less than an FKR hostile, unless I am missing the Augment hostile research to increase points. This may be the final straw for me, don't get me started on the absolute 🐕 💩 amount and sources for Rare armada tokens/credits, this game takes up to much of my time as it is, with at least triple the time to level up ships there is no point playing this game anymore.

Between the utter brokenness of what players are experiencing with waves, them not being even remotely fun due to bad design for low or mid ops players, and the fact that they require even more dedicated screen time to keep getting enough daily credits just for the rep increase this is a complete waste of players' time. The whales with close to 1bil ships and up are the only few that are enjoying the mechanic and that's only due to them being able to run speed crews and not lose ships by wave 5. This needs to be redesigned or pulled until average ops is 55+

The cube level locks for an ops 45 until you have a t6 rare faction ship which can't even be built till 46. Why are 45s on the same slb as 46s when the ship literally can't be increased without increasing ops and shipyard to 46, building a 4 star rare faction ship, and then tiering that ship to t6? There was a period of time this month where the exchanges did not show their limit tags, but today's update fixed that. Clearing loc will pop missing exchanges and show the limit tags again.

Brackets for damage done in any fashion have to take into account SY level at the very least. My G5 unc has no chance at competing with G6 unc for damage done. It's a joke.

Yeah, pretty much. I got to g5 land and pretty quickly had the wind sucked from my sails when it came to giving a darn. Absolutely no point in trying unless you spend a small fortune. And NO phone game is worth that. Especially one I am effectively leasing. (I seriously find the folks who drop 100k+ on this game to have more money than sense. If “I” had that kind of disposable income, I could find something a heck of a lot better and worth more than a buggy broken game that is akin to a Vegas trip trying to look legit.)

The level-brackets (or lack thereof) is not just a problem for the high end... there is a huge leap in scoring power in the Heavy Hitter event after ops 34 (using the Voyager against Lost and Hirogen, due to the ship's damage bonus), so having a level bracket 32 - 35 won't make for a fair competition... yet again, one of my favorite events completely ruined, no need to go on trying to just get into top 10.

I think you are correct. 49 was my most enjoyable ops. And yes, I know several folks who have a 56-58 account with the whale fleet, and then have a 46-49 in one of the smaller fleets with their friends. (That they left with their big account)

@wanton copper For the Si Vis Pacem, Para Bellum - It would make more sense that the rewards for OPS 50+ be 5* resources, not 4* resources. The rewards for events should scale based on OPS levels and what you truly need.

I opened these tickets well documenting all the issues with pictures: #15357916; #15429210; #15878139; #15908166; #16182003. They would close my tickets without addressing the missing rewards I was unable to participate in from December 5-December 11. They fixed it December 12 before reset and I was able to complete the wave event for that day. I’m a week behind my team mates. My last ditch effort to get my missing thalaron resulted in a canned response not even addressing anything I wrote about.
Is there any word on compensation for players who were stuck all week in a wave defense and unable to join any other defenses?
Note: They did send my ships back to dock, but it still showed that I was in a wave defense in Buchan all week.

The Free Will Event is a joke for people who can not host Armadas. You put the alliance under pressure to spend their resources and their time to commit to lower level players, without it you can not complete th event and get rewards. You have to make sure that you are online when other people that can, that there is enough room, location is accessible, and the host has enough to pay the cost.

I knew about the Elite Fed, but thought although I couldn't remember if CoW was were Leslie was. Still no clue about Darwin and Hadley...but honestly, there should be a path before g4 to having all of that group maxed. PM with the ship specific officer makes for a great combo. Pike provides both an XP bonus and modifier for everyone's triggered abilities, Moreau increases mitigations to keep the ship alive, and the ship specific officer provides further XP which I think Pike buffs as well...

really? 5500 pts @ 4pts per kill? I can't hit species 8479 - there's no such thing!! (maroons); they're WAY outta my warp range and power level - but, they are the next hostile to destroy after delta quad hostiles - that's fair!

that said, this event wants us to murder 1375 delta quad hostiles (that's 114 minutes, nearly 2hrs, in combat alone, nevermind travel time and repairs!) or defeat 25 armadas (or 25 entire formadas) and that's 250 minutes (over 4 hrs) of sittin around pounding the proverbial pooch, or a combo of hostiles/armadas...but, i have no dirs left for armadas - they were spent on the latest armada events run over the last few days. and the game offers up nearly no dirs.

a) who has that much time on their hands? does scopely recognize most people have jobs, families?
b) making us change our avatars really makes chatting in game quite difficult - pls don't do that; it's a really dumb idea
c) delta quadrant hostiles should drop less resources, and more relics - don't need a cargo hold of 40k of mostly parsteel - i have 1.2 billion parsteel, 766m trit, and 101m di at home - most of that gained by raiding bases; leave space in cargo hold for relics!

As a ops 29 player this event is ridiculous.
Being unable to complete solo armadas the fastest means of scoring is the Burial Ship Armadas.
For Chase 3 that is 267 armadas at a cost of 5340 uncommon armada tokens (a hell of a lot for this low level).
Not only this but doing them one by one would take over 13 hours. Only expedited by having more ships to contribute. Including repairs, travel and spawn times It would take at least 4-6 hours of constant play attending armadas run by alliance, this is optimised gameplay over new years night no less. Just silly, I doubt anyone my level will get full access to the next events in the series.

Alternative scoring for my level

• Lost/Hirogen = 14,000 Hostiles
• Formation Armada - 3 ships per formation = 70 Formations
  (1 week after a Formation/Artifact Event)

If players do not understand scoring well enough to think it through and make continual bad choices, that's poor event/game design. If players cannot complete the sms without running 100s of group armadas, that's poor event design. If the event wasn't intended to be completed by all, it should probably be labeled "heroic". And "how fun an event is" is always valid in a "event feedback" channel.

How about you quit belittling. If you want to help players understand that aren't playing well, that's one thing. Calling them "absurd" or "silly" when they are using this channel for its intended purpose is counterproductive and malicious.

Scopely, just when I think the game cannot get any worse you run a bounty hunter event that fails in all respects. First you hint that in-game news will give directions, but forget to put the in-game news…. Then when we find the event anyway you put a three-part event that must be done CONSECUTIVELY! On New Years Eve when most of us would be out getting actual human contact. Even if we spend the hours it took to stare at our phones and do armadas and kill hostiles (😴😴😴) the rewards suck as usual. Par for the Scopely course

I doubt its even possible to pay to jump up from ops 30 to well into 35 to be able buy enough directives, if that's even possible, and then buy enough mats to upgrade ships that you would most likely have to buy as well, so they are strong enough to actually beat those solo armadas just to be able to finish this underwhelming milestone within 24hrs. If you are willing to use such poor money management then that's your prerogative but for people with any common sense that is seriously unreasonable and I am betting nobody would disagree that this shouldnt be expected of players. They tell you in event information what the rewards are for Bounty Hunter. First rounds are all those Chase events to get the tokens, then you spend the tokens in the second part for a leaderboard. Winners get PIC Beverly and Dezoc shards.

All three GC events are running for all three days, 24h runs for each. Everyone should start on GC1 after enlisting. After finishing GC1, GC2 will be visible. And after finishing GC2, GC3 is visible. On event reset, you will only see the event of the highest tier you've achieved.

A time-sensitive move is to do GC1 on day 1, and ignore the GC2 event you see after it pops. Then do GC2 on day 2, and ignore the GC3 event the same way. Then you can finish the third on the last day. Aggressive players can rush them all on day 1, and space out their SA directives for the remaining days(since GC3 will be up 3x for them). It's up to you how much effort this chain is worth.

When you get over half way through chase #3 on day 1 of the event, the it starts again at 0 points on day 2, and you manage to get to 14k short of finishing it before it gets to event reset and goes back to having to do 55k worth of points AGAIN… that’s a reset and is completely unacceptable. My time is too precious to spend it on impossible events.

I believe the fact it’s resetting for the majority, is lost. The message emphasizes that it’s not resetting? But the majority of us who have to start the current tier over are the exception and need to contact CS for a fix in a week… don’t appreciate the emphasis that only a some players have the event working right. It's not resetting, it's ending when the timer (prominently displayed on events...) ends, and being replaced by a new event, if you don't have the capacity (time, directives, etc) to finish milestones to where you want them within the stated time, either stall until the day you do, or skip, or just do the tiers you want to?

If you don't have masses of solo armadas you can run, it's probably best to stick to the tier 2 events for the next part of it anyhow?

There's no issue with skipping events that eat more time or resources than you are willing to devote to them

That’s the info we’re going off of, it’s the reply to the reply I was commenting on. So it is BY design that the event is resetting and it a glitch as was previously reported. That’s good info, but counters what was stated earlier. It also however doesn’t change the fact that it’s a time waster, without that explanation, uses directives with no clear instructions (on if it resets) and doesn’t respect players nor their time. You're misreading what I wrote. The event runs exactly as described except for a very small minority who've reported that they did not get a GC event today. The events are not resetting. They run to completion and then another event runs.

Did GC1-3 on the first day, and do not get GC events on days 2 and 3.

to be fair - I just did solos I had saved up. It was till intense in terms of a time suck. I recalled the event, and recalled that I didn't t like it. Scopes is just on an excessively stingy kick and it's getting old........

If you're so large that you don't need cardmada loot, then you've got the weight class to punch it out easily. Like it was said, just takes two armadas. But if that's too much work, you've for sure got 7+ ships that can go out and whip through the bp event fast-like on hostiles. Took me I think 14 kills? Had it done in a third the time I actually needed to spend, kept killing on accident lol, had 41 kills before I realized 😅
Now at 60 kills, sure, tad more grindy. But that still will only take a few mins. You'll be fine, go get to killin!

Look at how clunky the game is even just running with 2 ships. If you target too quickly after pressing attack, it will deselect your target. It makes running multiple ships something I don't look forward to doing

Dont do the armadas then. They are the least efficient way to do these. Look at the HOSTILE scoreing tabs. All you need to do is head to that lvl 50 Cardi system and hit a dozen lvl 50 or 51 hostiles and your done.

This is wrong. It takes 30 million points to complete the sms for me. On average a hostile in the lvl 50 system gives 500k points. It's 60 hostiles required for 51 plus players.

The only reason you have it easy is because you can punch up. I can't punch up, however, because level 50 is the limit

To add salt to the wound, they removed worm bp events because there was no scaling for them after you had a g4 uc. Making it so you had to clear way more hostiles then you should for a bp event. They replaced it with cardassian bp event which has even worse scaling. Remarkable

to scopelys defense this is sourcing 5* rare/unc/common mats for us whales too. The bracketing and reward just don't feel amazing given the amount of epic and rare arms (mostly solos) that had to be done to get here.

The level 50 system has 49 to 51 hostiles in it. Which averages out to 500k per kill, or 60 kills

With ocd I have managed to complete up to part three.. three times.. now.. with all currency earned and promise of "great rewards" opened the store to find... "greatness" - 30 pulls later and three officers (rare laan and kim) shards for a three day grind I had to check definition of "great". The scoring is identical for all levels who get this event. The only thing that changes is the milestone. It’s also pretty bad for anyone even in high g4 onwards, because there is only one system in which you can reasonably grind hostiles, so everyone is in there chasing the same hostiles.

Day 1 I had 3x Rookie, 4 x Journeyman and 2 x elite.
Day 2 I have 3 x Rookie, 3 x Journeyman and 2 x elite.
I am in an SLB against players that have 3 of each every day. I am unable to compete against them even if I was to buy packs (I would not buy packs for this event and is just an example of the design problem) . This is just a ridiculous situation as all the effort players of my level have put into the event is now worthless with zero chance to compete in the next event. They had no way to know that this would be the circumstances so all those wasted armadas and hours of game play.
Others may not agree and be finding that this event is fantastic and it may just be the circumstances around the ops levels.

Incursion event is THE SINGLE WORST EVENT THIS GAME HAS. Please have an in game notification for the start of the main event 12 to 24 hours before kickoff. I lost 2 trillion rss because I didn't know in advance and no one including SCOPELY said the start is broadcast on Discord. I love this game but the incursion event SUCKS. The only players who can benefit from them are levels in the upper 50s and 60s. I get wasted every time I play this event and with no notice starts if my shields go down I lose HUGE.

The cooldowns/limits on the Bounty Hunter Event store are a freaking betrayal.
There was no indication that there are any limits so I did not immediately started turning in credits but even if I had I would still sit on a load of them by the end of the shop.
As it is I still have 11.5k left and can only exchange one more time. I put quite a lot of time and resources (directives) in good placements for the event (all but one SLB top 10). Now I can't do anything with those extra credits.
Had there at least been a warning that I won't be allowed to spend that many credits I would not have wasted my time on this 💩 event.
As it is I just feel cheated/scammed.

The cooldowns happened last time for this event, I had a little leftover from the first time it was run. Not the end of the world as they run the event again.
The main problem is when they have annual events like St Patrick’s and Halloween where they change the event reward token - I have leftovers from three years of both those events plus the Get Chakotay event rewards and others that are now useless

I did all turn ins the materials and one shy on the ATA turn in. The TC turn is bad value. I also "gamed" the clock so I got an extra turn in just now before reset. Why did scoply change the point for storing of G5 and G4 so badly compare to G6 Material. The 50+ will have a long SLB with 60+ If many server have enough 60+. But over all server there is 153 op 60 at the moment. To get G6 space you need 1100 warp range. You need Epic G5 ship with at least warp core tier 8 and Admiral Kirk warp range ability to get the 1100 warp range. Why is the warp range for G6 area so much higher then in comparison to g5 area. You can get to g5 area beginning with a rare g4 ship. It is not possible to do it with g5 rare ship for g6 area. Even it very hard for g5 miner max to go to the g6 area. With g4 miner max it is no problem to go to g5 area. I think it is not only the ecomony a bottle neck to go to 61 plus also the warp range is the problem. It take time to tier up EPic g5. So the 50+ will compete a long time with 60+. If the barrier to go to the 60+ is so high.

I get where everyone is coning from for the event store, however, i believe reopening the event store would be a huge slap in the face to those of us that actually play the game and pay attention to event informations and discord. I donated like 4k hirogen tokens because that was my excess. If they reopened the store I would like my 4k tokens to use on actual supplies rather than donate for an extra 3 places in the slb which didn't change my rewards. And I doubt im the only one who did the math to end up at 0 after SLB rewards. So they would have to give everyone their donated relics back because let's be honest, if there was no limit or the store was longer, nobody would have donated. That's my reasoning for why they shouldn't reopen the store or make it unlimited.

For the Bounty event, stores and timers. What scopes really needs is a Graphic/Icon like "system" that we all understand. Like they "KINDA" have in research [ ship type benefit, faction, armada, mining Resource Efficiency ]. For events, these could indicate Heroic [ requires purchase ] For stores, this could indicate on the card that a cooldown is present. But I know they make money on confusion. But if this was my work, I would have had design come up with a system to lessen user frustration.

Events should never take all day to complete. Remember players are people with lives just like you. No one wants to spend all day on any event. I like the game even enjoy it, but I also have a life to live a family to spend time with and things to do as well as other games to play. Keep points reasonable. That means quit doing this 1 point crap to 20 points for events were you need millions, points earned should be reasonable for events so people can finish the events in an hr or less and move on to do other events and other things be it in the game or in their life. Once again (as could be said every Monday) the amount of rewards places and the rewards for Latinum Rush SLB aren't worth even considering, especially as an ops39 with a tier 8 D'Vor...even first place doesn't move the needle and there is no one 1st is happening without a Feesha that has the Whip (although, I get it...the real goal is selling the Whip)

All older events / rewards need to be looked at [ in a player friendly way ]. The reward juice is just not worth the squeeze on so many of these. Including dailies and chests. I crack up when I spend 200K lat on ship xp to get 900 Lat back as a reward. [ ok fine - i want to scrap the ship, thats the true reward but come on ]. Oh and the above. I still dont have a T9 Dvor. Events designed to pay people that don't need the rewards [ they already bought them all ] is the scolpey way...... Also on Faction hunt. So everyone has pre-lit the barn fire before the arc launches. There are favors in that tree that will help, but lets not wait to see, lets light the torches and complain because before the arc even launched because you have troubles with new hostiles. Some of this feeling I think is because so many folks rush up in ops levels to have a higher number, and dont take the time at each level to grow officer wise, ship wise and research wise. This was hightligted to me last month with wave defense. So many ops 40+ folks who have ships and officers and research like an ops 35 is suppose to have.

I for one like what I see in the write up, and think the expanded exborg tree can help me in speeding up other areas of the game and potentially making this new grind very much worth doing. And if not, then there is always the other 5 year's worth of content to work on. So, if a new hostile and loop is not what you wanted, then just ingnor this arc. Log in later and pretend it never launched and go back to what you were doing yesterday or the day before. You dont like it then dont engage in it. Pretty simple.

I'm just lvl 40, so thats the "start" I assume... max ship is an Ent or Augur... maybe a Monaveen or a Jelly depending on how many mats you had to burn. but likely in the 10-11m area with lots of buffs and research.

These xindi can be done but you'll need to get the plasma beam favor maxed out, reduce/remove all officers and BDOs that increase crit chance (hugh) and farm lower levels for chests... Ent E picard + data + 5/11 seem to work ok ..

It all takes far too long, is insanely annoying because you have to fly back and forth x times and it costs at least 20b trit over all to repair. Change this absolute rubbish immediately, otherwise you will lose a lot of players! I'm on the verge... how can you present such absolute rubbish to your customers. As a level 55 player, you're in a really bad position with the grind. You need 95k for a chest. With a t6 nc (207m) you can manage a maximum of 20k per round. That means you have to fly at least 5 times and repair 5 times. What is this rubbish, scopely? Change this rubbish immediately! Hardly anyone here has any desire for the new arc!

this might be the worst addition ever. Massively overpowered hostiles with garbage loot rate means you made our daily grind 5000% worse than it already was. What a joke. 93 base loot rate on a level 44, turns to 372 with 125% Xindi loot favor combined with a 60% bonus on Pilum combined with 100% loot gain from Pic E- Picard. And you lose 5% or more of your HP with a 54 million powered Pilum. Even if you rounded that to 400. Thats 150 hostiles for a single chance based exchange at 60k at my level.
