It would be lovely if the refinery wasn't a random draw, I would gladly mine more for rare types of refined crystals, but like it is now, it takes too long, can't enjoy the game like this...
The only other complaint, is that certain severs are run by bullies, you no longer are in charge of your own game, why should I pay for nice upgrades and ships when these bullies establish rules that you either abide by or you get bullied out.
I would rather invest in a game where bullies don't rule it..., you have completely lost control of said server, the bullies rule it now...

I just wanted to put this out there I’m lvl 32 I’ve asked Scopely to transfer my account to a different server as my son and real life friends play on, they say they can’t do it yet they can transfer a lvl 12 and under. The economy is adjusted as time goes on for a server... Resources get easier to get... Packs get better for the same price and level...

Ok, I have just wasted nearly 2.5 hours finding a lat node in preparation for today’s latrush! The reason, non dvor miners in every system on probably 85% of the mines for days before it starts.
It is gradually getting worse and worse to the point where I don’t event want to do the event anymore! And I’m not the only one.
There is a simple fix for this, please make the event so that pre event collection of lat doesn’t count at the start?
This also provides a level playing field for all competing in slb events and promotes the upgrade of miners.

When you do it with more than one faction, you get more speedups

A suggestion concerning armadas. I am lvl 42 and armadas lost some of their interest to me and most of the guys above 41. We still do armadas to help our members but even in epic armadas the rewards are of limited interest to us. Jelly BP are sweet but after the second jelly they are not of much use.
Wouldn't it be nice to change the rewards at some point?

You should put a timeframe in your rules for minerattacking on 0 nodes. Because you didn't there are too manny players that are attackkin instantly after they heve noted the owner of the enemy ship so that you can't reacht quickly enoughe. There may have been war between allys because of silly mine nodes. But maybe that's what you want.

The hit ranges do not encourage PvP. They create angry players. I am not encouraged to go after a player who is twice my size, it makes me slow down ! I don't spend cash on game in part because of it. Why waste cash buying things when it can be destroyed by someone who YOU CANNOT hit back.

@delicate sentinel why did scopely secretly nerf rare armadas. This is the armada leader’s chest from a 35 Rare. Typical prize was 6-8k credits for a 35 chest. We have recorded this across the board for all armadas. Uncs now only give 2 rare directives as well!

Hopefully you all pay attention with more and more people jumping ship to play eve. Numerous players from our server have already quit to exclusively play eve. Their reason? Outrageous in game transactions, superior patches and development, lack of pay walls.

The refinery needs more work. Going on almost two years now and still need to say this. I’ve been doing 3-4 batches every time for a week and haven’t received 50 uncommongas, crystal or ore.
Level 34 by the way, so my D4, K’vort, and Brel needs thousands. I can mine it all day, but the refinery is garbage. 7 uncommon for a 3 batch then 0 for a 4 is unacceptable.
And yes, EVE is becoming more and more enticing.

My screen regularly becomes unresponsive to any touch other than menus, etc. can’t rotate my station, select systems, mine or attack until I shut off the app.
When I relaunch the app it will crash immediately. The next launch works and the problem is gone.

You need to up date the kick button on leaders that do not play any longer or players that are no longer active. I had to change alliance because the leader is no longer active, so members did not get they're rank in that guild community and could not take over because there use a lack of functional tabs or action to kick that leader or non functioning player

On the rogue faction main screen we should be able to see our rogue credits total not exchange loot. We can’t purchase anything from the main screen with exchange loot so we don’t need to be able to see how much of that we have there. But we do need to be able to see how many credits we have.

Between this and the last toppling the Eclipse mitigation rate has been lowered. Now more research is needed to reach the same lvl I had before. Why has this not been communicated?

It has changed indeed, I always calculate my mitigation depending on the crew setups I use and now it’s lower than what it was a few days ago. The ship itself has probably not been tweaked. More likely the amount of mitigation given from research in the outlaw tree.
Maximum mitigation possible has been 71% and that’s what I’ve consistently reached while doing eclipse armadas and when hunting eclipse hostiles. Now I’m down to 63% with the same ship, crew setup etc.
I don’t screenshot every minute of gameplay so I might not have a battle log saved as hard evidence but why would I make this up? @dawn nexus
Maybe there was a valid reason to tweak it. I just want to be informed :-).

Hi <@&509690795536941056> s, I found a small problem with eclipse armadas. It is possible to start an armada even if just outside the 10sec window. So when reaching the armada, it is cancelled due to the leader not showing up. I believe the 10sec limit should be removed for the armada leader.

I want to see better support in this game. At least act like you are serving your customers. And hopefully try to fix the event bug for me. If the latter isn’t possible, the first should have been way better in just explaining this instead of pushing it off as “i’m not allowed to disclose this information to you”. This is a big issue on server eu-161. customer service is often experienced as useless to talk to because they either can’t help or aren’t allowed to share any information.

So if support tells me everything is normal and not being able to disclose to my why it’s normal that I don’t have the event everyone else has, is ... frustrating to say the least.

Here's some feedback. I put a lot of time and effort into pushing my Stella and rogue rep up so that I could scrap it at t5 for the additional particles to get myself ahead in the research tree. The payout was 4,300 particles.
Less than 48 hours later, you make an update to almost treble the rewards to 11,180.
Result? All the people who dragged their heels and rambled along to t5 a week after me are now significantly ahead of me in research. Great reward for my time and effort there!
8ish tickets to support and counting. I'm not going away until you make this right.
While you are at it, I'd like my 9 badges from the faction loyalty chest bug which others in my server benefitted from.

There was a mix-up on what the consensus was on Swarm events. At planning, they opted for Battlepass points because of the current arc. Realizing what had occurred just now and the feedback that was provided in the past, they rushed and added the Khan reward events as well. Honest mistake guys.

Please fix Kirks proc rate! Something was broken after the last patch. Or something isn’t working with the armadas. I have been able to solo the Epic LVL 33s since my Stella was T6. To fail at almost max T7 with more Stella research done doesn’t make any sense. I have looked through the logs and it seems Kirk just stops procing. I go from having full shields to none in 1 round. My Kirk is at 75 percent with this crew.
Not sure the cause, just the difference between these two battles is massive.

As happy ss I might be to perhaps have a chance to get Quark as an officer (not Odo tho) I Wonder how big this game can get using this format. The drops from doing a Uncommon armada is 2 rare credits and 4 epic credits from a rare armada. Thus you would need to run 100 UC armadas to run 1 rare armada! This would not be an issue if the rare chests paid better, I think this needs to be addressed. Others can comment here and like as a survey. Please fix this Scopely.

In my server we have even lv 32s stocking up 1-2B par and nearly 1B trit... but you can never drain a base cuz it is just too long
Most of the players are concentrated in the top 10 alliances and each have a discord or whatsapp group so when you raid, defenders will reach in a few mins
So raiding is mostly just crack quickly and gather as much as you can before reinforcements show up

We have an interesting case in that we have efficient mining agreements with certain alliances, we don't shoot them if they are OPC up to 40k, and mining in 48+ space providing they are doing so efficiently (i.e. not using an Antares on Crystal, or Joaquim as captain for example).
We also dont hit OPC North Stars if they are actively mining
Some alliances dont use the same rules, but hey.Cant win them all...

- Survey Ships OPC cargo
- Survey ship on a 0 node - Message after attack and SS proof required by attacker.
- Warships are legal to hit outside of protected space.
- Any Space requiring a Warp Token is Protected from all PvP content including OPC hits.
- Armadas are protected from PvP
- All Stations can be hit at any time (Shield or Share)
Our ROE is pretty barebones. The top alliance in our server is 500M power, compared to 2nd place 250M. So needless to say, these are the rules of the top alliance and we're all slaves to them because Scopely PVP ranges are stupid.

That's probably the most logical way of implementing roe, only thing I would change is to have lat and data exempt from OPC only hits if not using a dvor or BB. And zero node to apply in rogue tolled systems

Id like to give my feedback as well: I’m lv 33 and I only start the game to use the raffinery nowadays, because I need a bizarre amount of green crystal for research, miners and my interceptors...also I need about 400 blue gas for my centurion and the next steps of research. There is no reason to play the game actively anymore, because events usually don’t pay out any meaningful amount of those ressources, considering the time you have to pour in. In the 20s you pay 110€ for a whole ship unlock, for one single part for my miner id have to pay 330€...and he needs more than 1 part. Maybe this feedback helps to improve the game a little for those that come after me 🙂

I am level 35 and it doesn't get any better... to be fair though once you have a ship at 2-3m power there is no reason/content to push up any further... the game is feeling pretty stale brought on by the slow advancement rate and the fact that to do anything you have to either spend 12 hrs/day grinding or spend £1000s for a marginal increase in power.

my pictures above prove the research works exactly as described, the issue is a glitch in the app which makes you require double the amount of uranium before you can initiate the upgrade, but because you only get charged the correct amount it works as described
they attempted to fix this bug but it lead to other problems, so they have rolled back and are close to a permanent fix
i purposely have not updated since as i prefer this way
the research works, the ship upgrade cost calculator does not work, you paid for the research not the ship upgrade system, look i know how annoying this is and it's really the same for all players, hopefully the permanent fix will come very soon

Sir, efficiency means that I don't need the full amount so that i get the half-price. Efficiency means if have the 1/2 rss, then i can do that. In reality they EXPECT to have the full amount in order to buy. This does not work like this in real life. Also it is not explained in any of the documentation. It is also ILLEGAL not to explain the mechanism.

Since the announcement of new possible content that may come to the game, I wonder if the existing content like Borg or Eclipse may have a long term application in game.
Since the launch of eclipse, the use of vidar and borg refinery has become limited to faction credits...
I assume Eclipse may have a longer effect in game due to the research tree, but apart from that I wonder if it will have any other aspect.
It seems like there is very less probability of reviving the Borg or eclipse in the near future and most probably it will be like one has to either participate in arc and hold progressing their existing ships, or refrain from participating in arc and concentrate on their personal ships and station progress.
We already have to kill 200-300 hostiles a day and this seems like it would only increase with time without an option to passively grind. I am worried how the game may progress in the future

It would be really nice if I could actually complete my dailies without having to kill 300 ships i don't need just to get the 25 that I do because every single system in the galaxy is completely devoid of level 39 hostiles due to the horrid hostile spawning system. Please fix it so that the same level hostile killed is what respawns OR only one level of hostile spawns within a system.
This is a problem with litterally EVERY hostile hunting event and EVERY mission that requires killing a specific level of hostile within a system, they are always depleted due to player cherrypicking and bad spawn dynamics.

She’s been griefing him for a while now and I told him to just level up out of her range (since she’s obviously been at 12 a while) but he just wants to know if you could either make it available to level 14+ players again or if you could .... i don’t know .... do something about it.

Leveling to 40 was the worst mistake. Most of the event rewards shifted to 4* but I still need tons of 3*. Now only have the refinery but getting 0 to 30 uncommon per day when I need 2800 for just one upgrade is ridiculous

Hello, it is a huge cheek that only expensive packages are offered in the shop. Players who have less money don't get a chance to buy anything. Even the September package is only offered the expensive one. Are you so greedy for money that you don't give players with less money a chance? Not everyone can afford to pay hundreds of euros. You control which player gets which offer. I'm not going to put any more money into the game and everyone should do that. Only then will you change something. But as long as everyone pays diligently, nothing will change.

@olive wraith nope, she works differently with synergy and has been fixed in a previous update. Her stats don’t match the battlelog.
That member must be having other issues. Her value stays the same and only her stats increase to improve ship stats.

@ivory warren plus they should start thinking about either decreasing the prices of their packs or increasing the rewards contained in them. To me it's just bollocks that I would need to spend 300 euros to upgrade one gun of my enterprise or over 1000 euros to tier it up. If instead of trying to get the very few playres to pay those astronomical prices, they would have more players paying cheaper packs, they would get the same income and make more players happy. Sometimes I wonder if I am playing a game just thought for the 1%.
Until last year I thought that strategy made sense considering the limited number of ships, officers, research the game had to offer, they needed to create a bottleneck based on economical costs in order to slow down the players growth so they would not be exhausting all possibilities. Now that g4 ships, new officers and researches have arrived they could think about democratizing a bit more the accsss to materials and ships.
I wonder if Scopely has ever heard of the long tail concept...
Instead of having one player spend 20k euros/dollars/pounds, have 200 players spend 100 euros. Instead of having one player happy (if that's even the case, because if I spent that amount of money in a game I would probably kill myself) have 200 happy players!
Or is the problem the lack of players?
(sorry for the rant, but I have spent so much money on this game, more than I have ever spent on any other game, that I am a bit tired/frustrated. Specially when everything gets more expensive as I level up).

Maybe it is just my perception, maybe it is just my server, but so far, it seems after every major story arc this year (borg, then rogue), there has been a mass exodus of players from the game. It seems to stem from either being extremely disappointed with the content/rewards, or there is just massive burnout from playing the game SOO much.
I think this feedback boils down to; make better content, not more content.

For players with less money there is no longer a chance. It's a very good game that is also fun. Only the prices are so astronomical. Dear Scopely, sometimes finding enough players on at the same time for armadas is hard. Please throw us a bone and permit me to give a tow rope to a particular player such that any armadas they start, my ship automatically goes to. That player could ask the whole alliance to send a ship in tow, and use stars to decide which ships and players got in presuming the leader of armadas had more than a few tokens. Then people could be told "make john doe your armada follow dude in the next 5m and you'll get into armadas without having to call out, be around every 15m or 7m like clockwork and enjoy the spoils of helping defeat armadas together" .... wouldn't that be awesome?

Fix the difference in upgrade cost between different faction ships. For example, comparing the total cost of tier 9, level 28 faction ships, and only their primary material type:
Saladin:
7617 uncommon crystal
1056 rare crystal
Centurion:
7716 uncommon gas
1583 rare gas (200 more than the bortas, 520 more than the saladin)
Bortas:
8912 uncommon ore (1200-1300 more than the other two ships)
1391 rare ore (340 more than the saladin)
It makes no sense to have the saladin costing so much less than the other two ships, given that it is widely known to be the strongest of the three faction ships in this tier. Lower the cost of the Bortas and the Centurion to require the same numerical value of their primary uncommons as the Saladin. This issue should be looked at for each tier of faction ship.

For me the problems with the game run much deeper. Scopely’s design choice to have everything based on scarcity reduces progress to 0 at higher ops. The only thing left is a daily to-do list that has little impact on anything and is unsatisfying.
So the core game design means the higher you progress the less reward there is for playing. And they wonder why the upper end of the game it leaving🤔

The grind is the gsmeplay 😂. Its not like theres anything else to it. I mean, we complete the swarm arc, and swarms are still there. Same with borg cubes. Nothing we do has impact on the galaxy. Yawn.

@languid rose the whole of ops 40+ is a complete mess. The economy is broken, upgrade costs rise exponentially while mining rises linearly. Game is broken. Its why i play less than 30 mins/day nowadays. No point wasting more time until they fix it.
I can recommend Eve Echoes if youre looking for something else while Scopely wake up.

Eve echos I played exactly 5m before deleting it. But you are right from 40 on I have the feeling nothing is tested in a proper way. Research seems also to work not properly (don’t feel a difference when I pay 800m Dili for different 4g updates). Trit income is a joke when you have to give 1-3bln in average for a t3-t4 upgrade.
This game is so much potential but is ruined by bad math and a bad quality assurance.

Since when does it take anyone 2 months to sort out a basic issue. I keep being told to check the official discord channels for update but nothing. Now it seems that if I ask for an update my tickets would be rejected. Seems to me like after 2 months of being lied to and fobbed off they clearly have no intention of resolving the issue and of course my requests for a complete,Qi to process have been ignored. When will scopely learn that with out the customer they will have no business!! All I want to know is what they are going to,do,to compensate the players they didn’t give an unfair advantage to by giving them free chests of ultra recruit tokens and they ones who couldn’t buy the command etc badges again...... really not that difficult a question! When Scopely changed the maintenance ceasefire shield to run concurrently instead of adding its time to an active peace shield / pausing that for the time, many players stopped putting up a second shield for maintenance as it would just go to waste. With the maintenance being delayed today - but no extra ceasefire or so being called - it did screw up a lot of people's planned shield times and gave the servers 3hrs to empty everyone who trusted in Scopely keeping their schedule and cannot constantly monitor discord and/ or the game. Fun.

@vapid oar Not sure we are talking about the same thing. Maintenance was supposed to be at 8 GMT. So when you go to work at 7 GMT you would make sure you are shielded past 8. Delayed maintenance is not the "2nd chance to use a shield", but the delay is the reason why it was necessary to re-shield, which some fun jobs can't do at work.

I'm a techy myself, I know that maintenance and updates are needed, but not in the middle of an event......for me it's not about the shielding, its the fact that you try to get to the top of the solo leaderboard, but are then cut off for updates. what's the point in taking part???

I honestly can't believe you guys are already adding another ship now we have four very specific ships they're all going to require their own very specific items to upgrade some of the past ones I'm still working on. Before you guys start adding more content you need to fix some of the current issues not everybody is a whale on can afford to buy multiple packs all the time. One of the so-called upgrade packs which is supposed to be so amazing won't even upgrade one component on any of my current ships your packs do not tier up as the players do so something that's good at level 17 is useless in the 30s. The refinery absolutely sucks the last two weeks I've gotten 7 G3 uncommon gas every time I've refined I need thousands to do any upgrades to my station ships and for research. Most nights you struggle find an open node, so we need to add more nodes into the game they need to fix the bloody Refinery even with the plus one you're not guaranteed actually get anything when you use the refinery. And then there's a whole series of events like domination where you need to sometimes spend quite a bit to get the event complete but it's not really worth it because the rewards are not that great. And then you hear people complaining about why people are quitting the game well maybe if it was designed for more than just Wales you would have a better retention rate

Mycelium shouldn't be mined we have so much stuff to mine already. It should be grown and harvested like on the show. A special building or something. It's crazy how much stuff there is to do now, having 4 docks isn't cutting it. Even with 6 docks you'd be hard pressed to get everything done at this point. Great Scopely! Another daily grinding ship, if only we had nothing to do. Everyday (or other day) I have to mine data, crystal, gas, ore. Kill borg, swarm, eclipse, hunt for those few lvl 39 hostiles that everyone wants and take forever to spawn, do eclipse armada and the day event. Now i will have to keep an eye for the discovery events and mine micellium. Please listen to player feedback. We want to move forward, get to higher lvls, not pay for stuff that, in the overall, wont help us get stronger. We dont get enough uncommon and rare material, we dont get enough trit para and dil. Ive playing for almost 2 years and im still lvl 33. With the current rate, it will take me another year to get to 39. I spend a little in the game but only to things that help me in the long run. Paying 100 dollars for a pack with 500 unc, when i need 6k is ridiculous. I know that theres people who pay it, but the majority of players arent whales. Keep everyone happy. Change how you make money, get a little from everyone, and make moving forward easier. No matter how much new content you put into the game. If everyone gets stuck in one level for months, people will quit, just like they are doing now for Echos, who has a very different purchase system, and benefits the hardcore player, not the big spender.

@delicate sentinel Yes this is dealing with G3 material. just to upgrade everything that needs 3* Crystle that I can see. (can't see scrapyard needs becuase I need to get ship yard done first. Which is blocking some research.) Sally to T9/Bortas T8/Kvort (to get to T5) 3600 uncommon, Station 545 (again unknown what is needed for scrap yard without Lcars look up. Research 1640. Thats just in Uncommon Crystal. Rares total 800 (just Crystal). Last refinery (slot machine) I got about 20 unc no rare. so even figuring 40 unc per day just from refinery. It would take 145 days JUST to get the Uncommon Crystal. IF i got 40 a day. Scopeley really needs to stop with the strangle hold on Material that is needed to progress. And this is only Ops 31 and I have no Idea what more it would take to get Faction miner up higher after its T5. Much less trying to get the other faction miners.

@delicate sentinel I don’t understand why this game is so unbalanced once you’re in the level 30+ range. Right now I need 4000 uncommon crystal for my gladius tier and 780 for my shipyard. That alone is literally MONTHS doing max refines and all events.throw in a few hundred uncommon crystal here or there for docks or research...come on. I love the content of the game and the community, but it’s unplayable right now for FTP. You need to really consider drastically lowering uncommon costs for stuff to make it not ridiculous. Also it’s ridiculously slow accumulating epic ship BPs, they should drop a little more often from stuff - maybe even only drop the factions you’re locked into so it’s not useless...I’d love a reply beyond we’ll look at it. I’ve played for over a year now and just quit a few weeks ago because I’ve been stagnant for months.

It really awesome to see new content before maintenance schedule was completed. It also awesome to lose out on other in-game play rewards because of complications. And it's really awesome to have to pay for new content without compensation from previous errors due to poor programming.

@delicate sentinel serious question from a ex player who really loved the game but had to stop playing because way to much was added, how would you feel about running a basic server that worked like it use to b4 everything got added. No armadas, no Borg, no swarm, no stella, lat mining. Only 3 fractions with daily missions and events. Right back to how it use to be before the game evolved to what it is now. I really loved the game as you could do dailys and events in your own time with no need to struggle. The best thing about this game was that if you had free time you could go raiding for RSS and other forms of PvP. I reached lvl 34 before the Stella came out and at that point had to quit as I just couldn't get everything done and the game suddenly changed from fun to a long grind, getting dailys completed also with swarm ships, Borg probes, security codes, mining lat plus probably many more things, forgive me as I can't remember. If you was to launch a new back to basics server I'm sure many people like me would love to come back to the game, I wouldn't even mind starting at lvl 1 again if needed. Anyway just a idea.🖖

I'm sure you recall doing that 38 ship dock upgrade and saying...hmm...ok....not too bad...then you hit 40...upgrade cost tripled at minimum. Ship upgrade cost for a 4* ship is flat out silly. The repairs...is super duper paratrooper silly. What was scopelys solution for that? Then you look at the "rewards" for doing dailies at levels 40+. Very little change from 39 to 40+....right? Anyone at 40+ can't operate WITHOUT buying packs. That's the flat out truth....and that's WITH raiding

All PVP should be blocked for at least 30 minutes after a server shutdown. I was still getting a maintenance notification for several minutes after getting a "you have been attacked" notification

I don't know if this even gets read, but SCOPELY the PVP piece is killing this game. It's not people fighting relatively even match players. It's someone with a million plus power ship taking out systems of people half their size. Even if we wanted to level up to make it a fair fight, it takes months or literally thousands of dollars OR BOTH to get there. You merged the servers, but the resources didn't really change to match. So people are fighting over latinum and gas nodes to the point where we can't mine for more than a few minutes before we're blown up. Server 36 is quite literally in a massive war with no end in sight because there just aren't enough resources to go around. So the larger players are wiping out anything smaller than them. This includes battleships which are worthless for anything but a specific arc (Vidar, Franklin, DISCOVERY). I have alliance members who are willing to quit playing entirely because it's just not worth the time and money investment when someone else can come by and wipe you out in a heartbeat.

What's bothersome is the cool down for both the greenhouse and refinery for Discovery. I can understand the refinery, just like all others, but the greenhouse that's just annoying.

@quasi wren 100% agreed! The $100 Prime Crystal upgrade is nothing but a sick joke. All you get for it is more common crystal. I usually pull more on a 2 batch ore pull than a 4 batch crystal pull. They least they could have done was guaranteed that the extra pull would be unc/rare. Also, Prime Crystal/Gas/Ore DOES NOT work with bonus refineries ☹️

Ya the prime gives you an extra chest in each pull so instead of 1/2/3 it is 2/3/4. But might as well be 1/4-1/2-3/4 cuss they SUCK.

@elder hornet that is the location of the gauntlet pvp event, if you qualified you would have received 50 warp tokens to visit the area. This event was originally scheduled as the conclusion of the outlaw arc but was postponed until now

Ok since the gauntlet stuff was not clearly explained, I didn’t know anything about it. And from what I have heard it was a waste of time. I do want to know what a scoundrel token is? It’s not in the faction store. But to do eclipse defense you need one.

@frank ingot They fixed morau.... Moraeau's ability worked almost like a captain's ability instead of an officer ability. Her ability was supposed to improve with tiers but instead it did not improve at all due to tiers but through synergy... so if you had someone like Pike on bridge with her then her ability showed 80% and one more shakedown cruise made it to 130%. But they recently fixed that so now her ability improves with tiers and hence, she now shows as 40%, 50% etc according to her tier

Here is some feedback.
One of the things I really love about the game is the conmunity, the chit chat in the ally and the friendly banter.
The introduction of the Exchange Armadas is currently destroying that. The qty of Armadas directives allows for running Armadas back to back the whole day and organizing this happens naturally in Ally chat and therefore killing every other conversation.
Either you introduce a dedicated Armada Ally Chat or this will kill the community.

Please remove the Transwarp Cell from the Antique Latinm Refinery. It is not a good reward and then you wait another siz days and what do you get? Yet another transwarp cell. Out of my last 7 refines Ihave had dilithium once and 6 transwarp cells! That is ridiculous and it is a terrible reward for something so difficult to find.

I don’t know about other servers, but on server 157, latinum nodes are pretty much all in use. It starts to be very tough to find any for events. Would be nice we there was more latinum nodes available.

Please! If you have time limited events make sure they work. I have to reboot the game to see the "normal" events, sometimes several times. Having a Short time limited event is worthless under those conditions.

The ONLY redeeming factor to it is the warp speed increase, but... even that has been bungled. Whales get massively more apex medals per turn in than lower players. Rogue faction is idiotic in currency requirements. Stella scrap mechanic was horrendous (still is). Officers are not worth getting. Eclipse hostiles are too few per system and drop too little loot. Armadas are just terrible. Making broken and/or disliked portions of the game mandatory to progress makes people not want to do it. I am stuck at scoundrel for my rogue rep because grinding 12k currency per day is more painful than I can currently stomach.

Just have to say that your spawn of hostiles really is horrible. In the Gya'han L39 system, there are only level 38 hostiles! Since so many of us use this system to finish our daily, it very frustrating when there is nothing to kill and we have to start killing / waist our time until a L40 shows up. There should always be L40 spawning if there are none. Between dailies, events, and all these different story lines, there is not enough time

Do you have the Stella?? i can get 12k in either 1 or 2 runs, use 5 of 10 in the ship to get even more per run, so it only takes me about 15-20 minutes to get 12k
And dont rush to Rep up, as the only extra benefit is Epic Uranium, but the costs arent' much better, the 12k chest you are referring too becomes 27k,
Build and scrap until you have done the research you can do, it really isnt that hard to do

@livid vapor I do have the stella, and it takes me about 30 minutes per trip to kill it. Still takes 2-3 trips. It is god awful slow. I absolutely hate the scrapyard, and hate even more that this ship requires it. I hate armadas, and hate even more that this ship needs them to progress. You may like it, but I absolutely hate everything about that arc. The ship is slow. It is not impressive. The officers are terrible. The research really only helps with itself....
Oh, and I do not have 5/10 yet. She is still a long way off.
Whoever designed the Stella mechanics should be sacked. And whoever pitched the outlaws arc and approved it as is should also be sacked.

4) If I go to a supermarket and see rotting food on their shelves, yes, I can choose to not purchase it or partake of it and move on, but it would be more appropriate to complain to management about said rotting food.

I personally can’t understand how people think the Outlaws arc is bad!
The arc is:
- Self sustaining i.e DOESN’T cost you money
- Offers long haul content
- Research that is actually worth it
- A new monthly event with not bad rewards if your alliance works hard at them
If you choose not to do this aspect of the game at all, you are really going to cost yourself further down the line due to what it actually offers.
I will however agree that the officers aren’t the best they’ve brought out, but that’s only due to their proc rates, not the actual abilities
There are plenty of channels out there to help players learn or understand aspects of any part of the game. People just need to read or ask the questions.

I am getting to my breaking point with this game and about to cut my losses and leave for good. Not only was the last two updates crap. But both were horrible bugged at launch. Yes they gave us rss chests. But that will never be enough for all the problems and issues this game has.
I'm a level 28. And yesterday's events i could not complete at all as it was swarm event 2 days in a row now. The event wants me to take out level 30 reds. I can't even touch those. My strongest ship is only 430k. Otherwise I have to grind out level 28s. I don't have the dilithium for it.
The game always feels rigged against free to play players. Trying to force us to buy packs to upgrade our ships. Which i refuse to do. If this problem isn't resolved and soon. Well then i'm washing my hands with you scolply. There are better games. Many 100% free-to-play. No pay to win. Everything in their stores is cosmetic only. Which i love those games for.

@hoary ferry I’m level 26, my Mayflower is 450K-ish, I’ve spent $0 in the game, perhaps you went to 27 (and 28) without preparing yourself properly. I’m ready to go to Ops 27, but I’m choosing to wait because I know I’ll have to fight stronger swarm among other things.

I think a huge QoL addition to armadas would be if the armada leader had the option to bypass the timer once everyone is there and start the armada attack. No need to wait an extra 10 mins if everyone is already present

Do have any idea how Outragiously expensive it is to upgrade your ships. The higher the tier the more it costs. I just spent 17 mil tritium and 1.7 mil in dilithium and 1300 battleship parts just to upgrade one phaser of my kumari. It took me 4 months to get it to 433k. I spent god knows how many hours grinding events for the rss needed to upgrade it. And that's just one of my 13 ships. My kumari will be tier 8. I have to prioritize on what to use my resources on at all times. Whether it is station upgrades research upgrades or ship upgrades. And there are times I'm forced to make sacrifices. Ship research becomes more important with each station level up.
Not to mention the 3 wars my alliance has been in in the last year. Which I have been raided of those needed resources while defending other team members.

Even if it was 1 % per level it would make players want to play past 32. Ive already spent more then I want to admit just to tier my centurion. And I’m already thinking about quitting the game because the refining rates are so low it’s just not worth it.

I do raid. But very rarely. You would not believe how hard it is to get enough people together in my alliance to do one. And all the best bases to hit are always shielded anyway.
