march 5th, I was killing level 69 using all possible buffs... today I cant kill them using the very same everything!
im even not able to defeat the lvl 67!!! this is too much disrespect to us, stop messing with the game!!!

@wanton owl When it will not work, have your ship leave the system and then go back into it, That was the only work around I could find. It might work for you. Mine kept giving me that message like 50 time, tried everything even resets.
It is strange that a workaround for issues on Unity 6 at one point was to disable AMD graphics cards. Unity works on AMD. Otherwise many other Unity games would also not work on AMD. By the way, the workaround said to disable AMD cards and use Intel integrated graphics - however there are also ARM and AMD based cpus. That just doesn't make sense.
Now that I think of it, saying Intel integrated graphics specifically also doesn't make sense, because Intel integrated graphics use the same drivers as Intel ARC discrete GPUs.
The lag is just unbearable, especially when you're in a war and playing with people who don't seem to have any lag at all... your game crashes and you do nothing, you don't seem to care.
but after #quality2024 and whatever the broken 2025 promise was, there is a 2026 roadmap with precise details what to expect each quarter - they even announced an easy understandable DST-impact

I would like to raise a serious concern about the current direction and technical state of the game.
Recently, another long-time member of our alliance decided to quit the game entirely. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated case. More and more experienced players are leaving, and the reasons they mention are very similar.
The most common issues we see are:
⢠Performance problems during important events (especially PvP events like Incursions).
⢠Increasing complexity and time pressure with daily tasks and events.
⢠The feeling that new features are constantly added while existing problems remain unresolved.
⢠A growing perception that the game is becoming more focused on monetization rather than stability and gameplay quality.
This situation is frustrating for players who have invested years into this game and into their alliances. A healthy alliance depends on long-term players staying motivated, but that motivation is fading.
We are not asking for compensation or gifts.
What we need is a stable, well-performing game, clear communication, and a stronger focus on improving the core gameplay experience instead of constantly adding new systems.
Please take this feedback seriously. Losing long-term players is a warning sign that should not be ignored.

They replied that they solve problems promptly but some are more complex than others.
Those same problems not only still exist, but have become more numerous and severe.

This is a standard phrase from their bot they are using to reply to complaints in the google play store. Just read every reply from them and you will see a pattern with the exact same scheme how to counter any bad review (evade, downplay, gaslight and even replies that show that its not even addressing the reported issues).
Get rid of real time and implent a game only time, the constant time changes in game causes alot of players to miss events

Players in other games spend hours, sometimes tens of hours, sometimes more on mods that do things like replace or apply a custom sound effect in their own game.
I think you're missing a big market there.
Even if other players don't see/hear it, people love that. So do streamers. Just a thought.
Crazy thought here: people might even ignore some of the bugs if they could do something and die laughing when it goes off.

Another crazy thought: people complain about grinding for hours, personal mods would entertain them, therefore player = more happy.

Just another stellar example of messing up something that honestly shouldn't be ever touched.
ofcourse. every company that is running gameservers knows how to handle this kind of situation: never ever change time of the server to DST. every player is aware of the 1 hour shift in ingame tasks/events if DST will occur in their country.
scopely messed around and now have some events relating on winter time and other events running with summer time now, this means every event has another time where it resets.
Our TC times are an hour later during daylight savings time (Spring forward/set clocks forward one hour).
Scopley, you should really tout the crash factor of the game, You are probably #1 in crashing on IOS. That is a great selling point.
I, personally, feel that every single player who paid for ships that aren't working correctly need to go in on a class action. It might be the only way to really light a fire. Just my opinion since they obviously aren't concerned with fixing anything. The GS31 beam now kicks you out of the game. If they're not going to fix this then give me my $$ back, I paid for a ship to work as you described it, it doesn't.

What I mean is not "we are aware of such and such" more of an announcement of what is happening to fix them. Frankly it would be nice to hear something specific being done in the background rather than more vauge promises and zero timelines. The announcements are just lies. Improvements have not been made. For one good thing that gets done, 10 new things arise or old issues come back. It would be interesting if the whales banded together along with the player base... I don't care what the TOS says, with the level of negligence shown year over year there may well be a cause of action.

How ridiculously obtuse or miserly do you have to be to make something difficult to the point that āgrindingā at your own ops isnāt an option(due to hazard death š) so punching down we go, only to have nothing to show for it but crap in your inventory. (Ie working as intended, which might could be alleviated by having a conversion, but THAT would makes sense)
And an artifact that actually hurts you to max as it gives nothing but crap you donāt need by the time you max it, and stops giving you what you DO need.

After 18 attacks, the outpost was no longer attacked. When will you incompetent developers finally fix the bugs you introduce with every update? Do your homework and stop adding new content to the game until you've fixed all the bugs.

Improve the way the archive claim works/interacts with the rest of the game. You log on and the archive will block you from claiming chests until you claim it.

Today I got cut off from logging into the website with my password. I canāt understand the reason g behind requiring an e-mail code to log in. The game is already overloaded with multiple layers of navigation to receive what are usually minimal rewards. They always talk about simplifying and streamlining game play but their actions are almost universally the opposite.
Imagine if the amount of time they spend changing things, they spent ironing out the bugs and performance issues. š¤

my email provider automatically identifies those emails as spam and removes them from my mail folders.
also using only codes as a login method sent by email is a weaker account protection and not stronger than email+password on their website.

So to rephrase my now-deleted post - having the Maverick and V'Ger weekly challenge tracks reset on different days is going to cause a lot of pain and grief. Keep similar things on similar schedules.

So there is a chance they will wake up and correct their course some day.
I just completed the survey for Arc 88 and found out that the have a list of Improvements and the only valid point was the "readding korean language support" what does affect only korean players. The rest on the list were all issues only and the guy who created the questions/answers for this survey must be a genius and has alot of humor to be fair.

I think you are missing the point. I DON'T want to have to spend on cheap things when I don't need them, just for the sake of using up my tokens. If I have a couple hundred tokens left, we should be able to save them for the next month. I earned them, I should be able to spend them on what I want. This also punishes people who might have something come up before the end of the Ferengi Store and be unable to access the game.
And I was wrong to say 'like the Choice tokens'. BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE SAME PROBLEMS. At least the rewards are just less of the same.
It's also a known thing to anyone who has played games for a long time that large databases affect stability and lag of games. Those of us who have played for years have so many useless tokens that are just wasting game resources having to be maintained.

It is not customer service when you give a standard response and then follow it with a standard response that you haven't heard back, when any pending action is on your side.
You also seem to expect people to return to check if there has been any update as there was nothing sent to advise of any reply to the ticket.
This is a "We haven't done anything about your ticket but we're going to close it anyway, and without notifying you."
Standard procedure. Theyāve done it to me on several occasions

So I'm not here to complain that the game is down for maintenance we all knew that was gonna happen just because well it's a Tuesday and an arc came out so maintenance must happen. What I'm here to mention is what I find funny that this is only time I can honestly remember a scheduled maintenance that doesn't start 3-4hrs earlier than now. I guess that 1 hour dst time skip really messed with the clocks at scopley and forced them to do it at times when most the western world was awake. Let's hope they actually fix something or at least not make anything worse at bare minimum.

I'm sure many of us are sick and tired of complaining in here not because we're always upset as @serene pine puts it but thats stuff is vastly not fixed when we do bring it up. Yes thing's do get fixed i won't deny it but when 95% of what does get fixed isn't stuff that affects the actual gameplay(faction store, rewards, or displayed power of ships) instead of actual issue's like waves freezing outposts freezing or displaying wrong missions outside of zones hostile power scaling thats increase by a factor of 10 every 2 hostile ship lvs. Thing's like this should never happen in the game when properly tested thing's like this should be in constant testing sites when Ned stuff gets introduced so that scopley never has to deal with us being in here ranting and raving. If scopley would be actually running like any proper gaming company thats not in it just for money but for the long haul or customer retention then this would be handled so different.

Partially, they sorted out some overlap, they didn't stop the infinite black preparing screens, they didn't add bulk claims, they didn't fix it not remembering that you had claimed something only to then throw a hissy fit if you tried to claim it again because you had been clicking faction store stuff for the last 5 hours and had lost the plot a little
App updates can be used to fix spelling and format issues even adding new stuff, maintenance is not required

Someone broke the sign in on the website. It now requires that I use a 6-digit code sent to my email instead of the vastly better, time tested, much more secure "thing you know" password that only exists in my head. Now anyone who is a clever enough black-hat can intercept my email and log in as me whenever they want.

This. For a lot of folks itās two different passwords which doesnāt meet the definition. Itās outsourcing MFA responsibility to email security using a verification method that is known to not provide any significant increase to account security

It could be because of a government regulation, an agreement with 3rd parties who run the payment services linked to their website, or it could even be because there was some sort of scare/breech which caused them to make the change in an effort to avoid worse problems before they happen. None of which they are required to divulge to the players. Sure, the new login is worse, but its not so awful that pitchforks need to be raised. Want to be mad at people, then blame the crooks who do the things which make increased security a necessity.

If they wanted MFA, even due to regulatory pressure, cloud based soft tokens are widely available and scalable. Assuming a Microsoft-based backend, using Azure and having people use phone app tokens would have been way better and probably just as easy

Far as I can tell the 2 positives they have actually done recently.
Adding pips for the V'GER track that should have always been there and re-adding the events for the alliance tasks which should have never been taken away.
The rest is just fail after fail. With how recently maintenance you should be running maintenance as little as possible until you can get it right. Silly stuff like tpos, additional quotation marks, graphical issues you can do with a client update. Maintenance is not needed.
The refit for the vengeance is trash as there are officers that can easily do the same job.

its not MFA (multi factor authentification) - its TFA (temu failure authentification)
Sure, the new login is worse, but its not so awful that pitchforks need to be raised.
I disagree here because of two reasons:
- the change in how to login to their service lowered security for all accounts, not improving (as advertised).
The proper way would be 2FA (password login and code for verification) as required in EU for financial transactions on the internet.
- This new method does not even work for most of the players and was not properly tested (a common problem for Scopely).
Code required for login to their services does not even arrive the customers.
Reason: Most Email providers have spam protection heuristics in place to protect their users from phishing and spam. Scopely triggered this alarm by sending mutliple nearly identical emails to each customer within one day (over a dozen identical emails per day from the same source is most likely identified as SPAM).
Needless to say in practice such a method does not even work for STFC because on mobile devices if you tab out of the game to check your emails then the game just crashes because of memory leaks/bugs. This is a well known issue since at least 2 years now.
tl;dr
Using a code (which is sent to the player) by email and then needs to be entered in the game to be able to play/using the store was never tested and will not work in the future with the game in its current bad state.
Also i highly doubt that Scopely can manage to make this procedure fail safe: Customer either never gets a code or the code arrives not in time and invalidates so that the customer requests a new code (which invalidates before arriving again).

This is blind guessing with no proof and i dont like that you defend them for screwing this up so badly. There was no need to change this. We asked them - they ignored and never replied.
If there really was a need for a change then why not telling us the reasons in their blog?

You're right, I dont know for sure, but the inverse is true of those complaining about it. Im just playing devil's advocate. Frankly, the risk of decreased web traffic alone points to this being something they had to do vs wanted to do. Why risk the decrease in traffic and revenue unless you're being forced to do so? I stand by what I said. Im not going to just assume what they did or didnt do... which, if you look at my original post, I never did. I said it was possible they had no choice.

They're under no obligation to share anything, especially if there was a security concern or some sort of business agreement with a 3rd party.
In the former, they are not required to announce the breach until an investigation of what was breached, how, and what information was taken has been concluded.
Again, not saying what is or isnt, just pointing out that everyone is just assuming it was simply a poor business decision (which it could be, but we dont know so we shouldn't just assume so).
Scopely just explores new ways to shoot themselfes in the foot for no reason.
Imagine you are operationg as a company with around 250k customers and just change the way they can operate with your service. Ofcourse everyone would just think they have planned ahead, made risk/reward analysis and went thru "what can possibly go wrong then?".
But its Scopely. They release untested changes on their game to the live service, get our customer feedback what works and what not. ignore the feedback and make the same mistakes over and over again.
So assuming that this was "just another of their bad decisions" is more than possible and a legit reason.
Curious that all along Scopley has said its them doing this and its not "our partners at whoever it is that runs the store" suggests its just Scopely being full on derp mode

So this wasn't an unintentional thing the having to use a code it was completely intentional and it was from scopley. Now either they themselves thought it up or got told its been over a week since it got officially done. They haven't played blame game so there's your proof for 1 reason or another simply put they dont want to take responsibility for having to have security on their site when it comes to possibility of hackers getting into our emails getting the code and gaining complete access. I'm not the smartest guy in the world but hackers will do whatever they have to to make a buck. I gotta ask this. What is the point of having activated ability errors when summoning vger hostiles or species 8472 hostiles? Why is it when you have this error you have to warp out of the system and warp back in? Is it just lazy programming on your part Scopely? You would think that when you use that ability an enemy would spawn every time. That's how it is for every other game out there. Why are you guys so different?

I know this is in feedback, but I can sort of explain why that happens.
The summoned enemies don't spawn when you use the ability. They're already there, flying around, but invisible.
The problem is that the code doesn't require there be a certain number of them, so sometimes the hidden ones run out, and then you get an error.
You can help to reduce that by destroying 4 or so of the non-hidden hostiles in the system between each hidden one. When I do that, I don't get ability errors with 8472.
Yes, Scopely should set a minimum number of them to be present, but that hasn't happened (either that or it doesn't work correctly).

After months of terrible game stability, constant maintenance, and broken content, there are really only two conclusions that can be drawn: Scopely isnāt capable of fixing the game, or Scopely isnāt motivated to fix the game. Iām not sure which is worse, itās kind of a pick-your-poison thing.

It's not fixed!! They squeezed the background view somewhat but not to the situation before the foulty maintenance. I'm still one more short. I used to have eight per row, now seven is the max per row. If you roll out the researches there is still more free space on both sides than one item extra in the rows would take. WHY oh WHY didn't they do it wright in the first place. I doubt they will ever correct it to the previous state now. We fixed it! (the scopely way) So what's the problem?

What i am struggling to understand is, why not roll the update back? Its been more than 24 hours. They know what's wrong but havent a clue to fix it so they can't give an ETA. A good portion of the game population can't play the game, but they are going to stick with the update that allows only some players to play. That's legit.

Hello, i see that you have te same problem as me... For the past... At least 8 hours after loging in and pressing anything the game freezes at "Preparing screen"
On android it had 12gb of data, after clearing data notning happed, 2 reistalls and still nothing. Tried on PC also didn't work then reinstalled there and it still didn't work.
The whole time I was chatting with my friend who was playing normally...
taking two steps back and then one step forward is still one step behind what we had in the past (just saying).
i was forced to update the game (on PC) and the first event after starting the game was an exception error and crash to desktop. what a quality patch made by wizards ^^

Exactly! Scopely structurally refuses to inform players ingame about serious bugs (or any bugs). Its insane a 3rd party app is needed to play this game properly.

As a note of general feedback, it would be helpful in the future to get better communication when something goes this wrong. When you design a game to be addictive, your customers are addicts. Sudden deprivation of an addiction is generally known to cause chaos among the addicted.

that depends on your ops perspective, for me the event takes like 5 seconds and costs practically nothing and is very rewarding.

Everything needs to be overhauled. SMS/SLB Rewards need to reflect time/effort/costs to complete. Store packs need to be realigned to a realistic cost, said this many times before that they would increase revenue by lowering pricing. If all players had just £20 to spend a week/month then many more would more likely spend that if prices were a lot lower.
I donāt how much crystal you get at mid ops, but your going to be running normal armadas anyway so why not run them once a week once this event is running? And once you can source the xindi rare directives from s31 then the event is a breeze.
For G6+ players this event gives sigma trit any event that gives sigma is valuable especially as it costs nothing and takes zero time

Not so long ago events were a good source of things & therefore worth the effort. Now they have 'made it so' almost the only way to get anything is via the webstore.

Main problem here is that there are so many things that need to be addressed but because they can't make money from fixing their errors they will never be fixed. Broken content will constantly be pushed out to make more £££££s and as long as players carry on spending this will continue.

I thought the loss of the extended zoom was fixed?? It's not working again, so have to zoom out every time I go to another in-game screen or restart the game every time it happens.
I'm not sure anything in STFC has ever been fixed and stayed fixed because eventually it all gets broken by future slop

With a sucessful phishing attack to our email account we loose the access to our scopely accounts and the attacker can abuse our payment data given to Scopely.
And its easier to break in an email account than guessing the pasword of an gamer account (if the password is chosen safely).

Often, when I read the improvements/bug fixes in the monthy survey I either still experience them or they never happened to my account.
But the bugs I encounter they remain.
tbf, most are being acknowledged, mentioned etc. but there is no fix.
When not in the known issues channel, the issue apparently is not known.
You cannot expect everyone to regularly scan the bugs channel on possible new already reported issues.
Ppl are waisting lots of time to figure out what is going on due to lack of proper communication.

- The whole support system is mostly automated (bot) and made to drive customers away, make them give up in the process.
- We are customers, not paid beta testers
- After we report bugs there is either:
a) no reaction
b) (human) support does not understand the problem because has zero knowledge of the game
c) "we know but no ETA or solution" <= acknowledging at least there is a problem but then no further help
d) gives a joke of a compensation, then closes the ticket
e) we have not heard back so we close the ticket now (never initiated the contact to the customer before)
the whole support system is only stealing time of the player and raises the frustration even further = mostly useless
And that is exactly why I don't write to support unless it's something super easy to be resolved.

Nothing like getting people mad at you or directing their anger towards you for something that isn't directly your fault. But you take it to a degree because you're here to help and be of service. When it becomes abusive and lines are crossed it becomes unwanted bullying.
So, I put up a 8 hour shield to stay shielded when the gold shield dropped. Guess what happened next. Both shields dropped and I took hits.

I am a player that is primarily ftp, but would spend more if I had more money to do so. As such, I would like to preface this with the disclaimer that I would not choose a ship as my spending pick, at least at this level, so this is more my thought process behind which ships I prioritized getting.
I recommend looking at sourcing for each of the ones you are considering. If one of them has multiple sources of blueprints but the other has one or none, I would lean towards the one you canāt get as easily. I got both of those without spending, even though it took a while. I prioritized the NSEA Protector when I hit g4 because at the time I got it, it was available through the Sarris Invasions store. Right now, I think it is available through the Ferengi battlepass store and the transogen loop efficiencies in the refinery. I think it was 4-5 months into my g4 progression that I finally got the Monaveen because I sourced it primarily through the territory store.I canāt remember where else those are found, but I must have found another way of getting the Monaveen BPs.
The other thing I would recommend considering is how each of those ships will improve your play experience. They both unlock stuff in the refinery and research. If you research those, it may help you to choose as well.
This is a common glitch. I break the gold shield immediately. And apply my own shields. They have ignored this glitch for years.
neither of those 2 ships is game breaking if you were to buy them. They both have sourcing in the ferengi store and others areas like refinery loops. I recommend grinding it out as they will both take a very long time to max why for out the money just to unlock the ship. I didn't buy either back when they came out I grinded for them but ultimately do what is best for you.

Just to add to this comment. I recently received a 1 day ban for having 2 accounts on the same server. These reports came from players who have multiple accounts on the same server but want to use the reporting system maliciously.
When contacting Scopely to discuss this I was told that my ban was permanent and would not be discussed. My account isn't banned permanently but I hesitate to even bring it up in case they decide to.
I don't contest the ban. I just find it surprising because in my experience of reporting ToS violations to customer service they have done everything possible to avoid investigating it. I understand from a business aspect you want to keep paying players so I just assumed no one got ToS violations outside of using cheats which also were prevalent and unpunished on my server for a while.
Just ask them to buy from event store. Like the Ferengi event that comes quite often. I never bought my 1st Stella through the loop. Way too time consuming. Just simply, arc event stores.

On 109 there are a ton of german bot users that never gets banned. But when they mass reported a player for temporary lending his account pvp-ing against said bot users Scopely shut down that account. It had a lot of spending on it..

I have some positive feedback for onceš„³:
- less ships is nice (I know there will probably be a new one in part 2, but thatās a pace I can understand).
- veng sourcing additions with the maverick building and faction store stuff is great.
- conq Borg armadas are a nice new challenge (was hoping for another armada where you have to think).
- having the conq borg armada events be completable with any level was a good choice for people with less developed ships.
- the maverick grind ams tasks are well tuned if theyāre not meant to be completed by big alliances without extra effort.
Sadly there is also some negative stuff š:
- removing cota was one of the worst decisions Iāve seen in a while. Spenders and non spenders liked it a lot and it was the only source of extra ferengi store currency thatās now missing, making the ferengi store even less useful than before.
- the building takes too long to get to the part where you actually unlock the faction. I remember that things like the recon locus had a quick start to the important bits and then slowed down, which is a better mechanic imo.
- outposts still not paying out more plunder feels a bit sad, theyāre pretty old by now and should be more useful.
- the officers feel useless unless high tier, which is pretty impossible without cota.

Attacks from beam weapons (Borg cube and GS-31) should trigger attack notifications the same as any other attack. someone can sit and hit your ships with no notifications being pushed and you log into all destroyed ships.

yep announcement was only made on the 11th at 344pm and peace shields until Thursday at 6pm where in there own message they said they would be working on a fix and get back to us but yet look it's Friday no announcement and almost 14hrs since no peace shields was given and I know of 15 ppl in my own server that haven't been able to log in since Tuesday and these aren't small accounts either but yea we can't evennhold scopley accountable because they don't actually interact with us just the people they put in charge which unfortunately can't always be here 24/7

@tidal notch Scopely really needs to better understand how PACās and other councils are beneficial to development efforts. The things in PAC shouldnāt be future stuff thatās been committed to. Itās a way to test and learn concepts and ideas, things that havenāt been committed to, and gain invaluable feedback. If players talk about this outside of PAC, thatās not a bad thing. It helps to evangelize how Scopely is thinking about the future of the game. Also PACās arenāt to test the feasibility of new cost models or projected revenue by indicating things would be available via packs or in-game, etc. Thatās the job of your product managers. Youāre doing it wrong is my tl;dr

Return of directives or currency. Ive submitted a lot and have normally gotten some help if I had screen shots. Only on a few occasions, like when I lost access to a hail frequency I'd unlocked did they NOT help me. But I had no proof I'd unlocked it. I didnt know I'd lose access to it either. I'm a little salty about that one, BUT otherwise, Ive gotten help via email. The tribble helpbot isn't helpful at all

Maybe you can spend some money and effort on your servers rather than your old boys club, the game has been running like trash for the past few days since your mid month patch. Everything is way more laggy than it has any reason to be ,resetting nodes, even things like just loading systems or loading the attack window. On a personal note, Iāve provided a lot of constructive feedback in a sea of negativity. I wish more people did that instead of jumping to doom and gloom. I only wish some of that feedback was implemented. Some topics that come to mine are flashpoints and that event series that rewarded points based on crew tiers used.

With respect, we've heard that song and dance since launch. It's literally like we're stuck in "Cause and Effect." the previous iteration of PAC got so frustrated with the advice that was ignored, no wonder there were leaks. Has Scopely thought that perhaps the real issue is that new content is treated like Nuclear Launch codes and that the silo'd development with lack of meaningful player feedback being implemented and inter-departmental communication is the actual reason we're stuck in the loop?

We actually did listen to PAC feedback and implement changes. But what we should have done is let players know more about the influence the PAC had on arcs. That's something that we'll need to do much better in the next incarnation.

I didn't even know about the PAC and I don't recall anyone from the PAC ever asking for feedback from my team or server-mates. IF Scopely had been listening to the PAC and the PAC had anything to do with the current state of the game and these trash events, then I'm glad the current PAC has ended.
Scpoely needs to listen to the feedback WE THE PLAYERS give them. More and more people are taking "breaks," or quitting, or just cant even log on to the game. If your product isn't meeting customer expectations, wants, needs, etc, your sales will drop. The game isn't fun anymore.

The problem is as you yourself has said hammy there needs to be less of a disconnect between scopley and playerbase now that can mean the pac is more involved or scopley gives clearer information on upcoming content. For example instead of saying g5 scrapping is still being discussed maybe an actual timeline for when it might get released as we're already in g7 land what we gonna wait for g8 or g9 to come out before g5 scrap becomes reality. Joking aside @tidal notch clear communication is better than radio silence. Right now the sentiment of community is there's too much radio silence or distractions of something else before updates on previous issue's (Tuesday's glitches compared to now Friday's pac announcement)
You shouldn't, if its being closed because of a leak, and PAC wasn't fully transparent (read only) then there was something to hide.
There were several members of the content creator community who were part of the PAC who had multiple instances with taking community feedback to Scopely which included multiple alliances across a number of server.
@tidal notch as a side note, the post about the PAC, with the lack of communication about its positive effects and maybe some notes on how it will be improved was likely received worse by community because..

There was a huge chunk of the player base who couldnāt log in for days, and some players are still affected.

āStability and Graphicsā improvements defaulted a massive number of players to low quality graphics and removed the extended zoom, which makes the game almost unplayable on some devices (seriously this is a problem).

Scopley removed the CoA event, which had mixed reviews at launch but players really started to enjoy, provided real motivation and rewards for growth, and its removal feels, well bad.

So the PAC wasnt about the players, necessarily, but was also about the leeches who make a buck out of explaining bad coding
Not all PAC members were contenct creators. also, not all content creators are streamers. A bunch were those that do work already for the community with developing charts and tools and gained no benefit at all from it monentarily
What really needs to happen and be communicated is that Scopely will assign a team to rewrite the base code to eliminate the long standing issues and implement the new code in chunks as its ready. I've worked for several software companies with code base in the millions of lines of code who have done this.
All we have gotten is statements claiming "we hear you and will fix it" only to have everything get worse with each passing update. Sure, occasionally there's 2 steps forward. But only after 5 steps back. Then the next release is another 5 steps back. It's very short sighted.

Ironically I know a couple online games that only really fixed issue when the community decoded the source code and literally spoon Fed fixes (Example, Fallout76)

I have 0 trust in anything Scopely says or does. They have repeatedly lied to us and misled us. It seems like they donāt care if we play or not.

Scopley has a history of silencing voices who disagree with status quo, and openly do so. Content creators who disagreed with Scopley = non renewed. Now the PAC (with the appropriately limited reasons shared) = being replaced.

I remember that Rev Deuce got banned from this discord server because he openly critizised that Scopely knowingly sold a buggy item in their store.
And regarding to a feedback from another player who is watching him on YT Rev Deuce is still one of the strongest believers in Scopely even after everyone else already gave up on them.
PAC is pointless if itās a few privileged individuals unknown to the wider player base. Without transparency it serves no useful purpose since its views are never likely to reflect the majority. One has the ask the question of why Scopely think the viewpoint of a few unnamed individuals is better than the feedback you receive from the wider community, whether that be via Discord, surveys or CCās
Pick random players every month and ask them.

If PAC had ANYTHING to do with the last year of game development. They should have been completely removed.

Sure, but sometimes people forget to talk about the good things.
We will have many complaints here because it is easy to write here. Support will close a ticket, your alliance cannot help. Who else do you write to than to the CMs and mods (and broader community).
If Scopely wants ideas discussed or reviewed etc. this discord is not a good platform.

But it was Scopely not us who dictated the place (ticket system is made useless) and the only place left is this discord here. And Scopely still fails to get the feedback and work off it.
It's customer service, right. If the customer is upset and has a complaint - they still care about the product or the brand. All these emotions because we care. I wish Scopely would see that.

I saw this month you finally fixed the triple notification for the daily mission key. That had been an issue for a number of years. Itās ridiculous how long it takes for even simple bugs to be looked at.

A mix of Ops levels and spend levels are needed because like it or not without the FTP peeps, there's no game because people will soon get bored of not having anyone to talk to...or for the people that are...ahem...compensating less people to stamp all over
