Enough of the emailing codes on the webstore. It takes me 5x as long to go to my email, get the code and then back into the store to put it in. I can just type my password and be logged in in seconds. My Yahoo mail also has a delay which takes me even longer to get in. You 'convenient' default login has made things SO much harder.

Yeah, I had real 'fun' last night against the 69s. 12 deaths and zero kills. I'd rather rub a cheese grater against my forehead than deal with that garbage again. Scopely is likely turning me from a light spender into a non-spender if this keeps up.

Agreed this game is already too much of a time sink, these new hostiles just aren't worth my time. The Scopely team showing once again they are tone deft to the player base feed back and have no idea what their game is how it works, and that the majority of players don't buy every $/£/€99.99 pack! Continuous occurrences of people having to kill the app and restart result in heavier traffic on the servers which then create more lag and more of a requirement for people to keep restarting to see scoring or just getting booted.

Store issues would have resulted in emergency maintenance and would have been fixed within record time. Player experience and lag issues are allowed to go on for days.

Galactic Therapy Module

Been playing STFC for many years now.

Have seen many players have psychological, and emotional trauma caused by playing STFC.

Recently on Server 84. Some players are having a disproportionate hostility and verbal combustions triggered by the visual or textual presence of bananas, squirrels, and sometimes even the mention of William Shatner in GC.

Just the sight of a Banana Emoji in GC causes players to threaten chat bans, and game bans.

If Scopley could include a ** Galactic Therapy Module** that when clicked on display positive reinforcement, psychological help line information, and perhaps even direct chat with a social worker or psychologist.

This could help resolve or reduce the current tensions, psychological and emotional trauma players on Server 84 experience when seeing images or words of Bananas, Squirrels, and William Shatner.

The current server performance results in:

Game actions being delayed or not executed at all

Battles starting or being interrupted unreliably

Competitive imbalances occurring during time-critical events

A technical review of the server capacity,

A transparent explanation of the cause of the lags,

Concrete measures for the sustainable stabilization of server performance.

Thats not what they do, the attackers sit in cloak and wait until the timer is down to the final 15 seconds or so then jump out and hit them so they got no time to replace the ships.

To be a little more constructive on the rhetoric:

1. The band-aids implemented to fix things like lag are not enough. There are UNDERLYING problems that contribute to it. This is why it doesn't always happen to everyone all the time.

2. Random disappearance of things like refinery options or favors again shows that when new content is added there is no rhyme or reason to it and/or it never really was tested properly. Again, betrays an UNDERYLYING problem.

3. Month Specific Currency is trash, especially if the things you want to use it on do not necessarily equate to the specific amount you can earn. This is either intentional poor treatment of the player base (which I know some will blame it on), or an UNDERYLYING problem.

4. My biggest thought on the UNDERYLYING problem is that the game was not ever designed with the thought of expanding so much, and thus new expansions require so much original code that it has become impossible to find each and every potential conflict. And because there are now so many new functions that get introduced that have to be looped through multiple times for hundreds of players, it bogs the game down. Scopely should really focus their time on redesigning the game in a way that would still keep the look and feel that there is, but streamlines the ability to add things without increasing the overhead.

Lag has been bad on Server 99 for at least around the time of the last game update with delayed scoring, ghost ship from defeated hostiles not disappearing, slowness in starting armadas and engagements with hostiles or recalling/dispatching ships and starting research options

I was joking with a person in my alliance and we we're talking about what scopley could give at bare minimum that would prolly be appreciated by the whole community. Since he wants to stay anonymous I dont mind being known as what's the worst scopley gonna do ban me from discord or a game ban for a few days lol. His suggestion was a 99$ pack of a players choice with no restrictions each player in the game that has logged in during since arc has dropped gets an in game dm from scopley with a code that code can be a simple 6 digit code you guys want us to use for the webstore every single day we have to log in the then brings us to the store where any pack is free for a 1 time purchase. Personally I think it's a great idea for a very simple reason scopley would prove how much they actually care about the players by giving away money they dont get in a pack sale rather than a few pennies of pixels. This may also help in future on having stuff properly checked and vetted before introducing it to the playerbase that keeps the lights on and expensive suits vacations and whatever else scopley employee's do with our money.

Totally agree, and why say that there's performance issues on the EU servers, it's game wide. Notificatins come thru well after the event ( survey attecked on node for example) clicking on a ship to attacked results in 2-3 secs delay oin atatcking, etc etc. Scopley you need to look at the game in general, fix what is broken and stop adding more to it till you get it right. its just the simple version control problem they have always had. happens so often, fix a bug for an month do a new month arc start and the "fixed" bug returns . they build the next arcs on the previous arc release version (before fixes) and dont include the "fixes" that were made during the previous the arc. its simple terrible management not making sure the lastest fixes are included before release.

As part of the EU server problems I now am stuck on the Biding Timelines Part 5 mission. The xindi ship that I combated didn't die and neither did my much more powerful ship . The xindi ship is still sitting there and I cannot engage it again as it states when scanned that it is "in combat". So mission is left hanging.

One of the most annoying behaviours of this game is the 'SNAP to GRID' (Rubber Banding)that happens in refineries/Faction Stores/Crew Selection and more. Most annoying in selections that are single row and lateral.
This pretty much makes your so called "Quality of Life Improvements" merely a farce and to reiterate the above, it is SUPER ANNOYING.
Further you tout the multiple selection option as a 'Quality of Life Improvement' yet limit it to just a few selection, and even then to simply x50, which in eg. Alliance contributions is so insignificant with Parsteel/Tritanium being pretty much redundant for anything else to g6/7 players.

Scopely, I know it's to late for v'ger hostiles since they are already worms v2, but please stop designing new hostiles with pointless loot tables. As it stands there is no reason to touch them outside of the 10 required for dailies or the occasional bad event. If new hostiles dropped anything that was relevant to their loop (or a different one) it wouldn't make killing them feel like a massive waste of time (event rewards do not make up for the hostiles being irrelevant).

I just participated in my first surges. What a horrible game mode. How can you expect people to actually participate in this and enjoy themselves. It should only allow the dauntless in surge space because trying to actually get a kill with a regular ship when there are 10 dauntlesses running around is frustrating. I would click on a ship, hit attack, watch my ship hover over the target for 2 seconds doing nothing before someone else's dauntless would fly in and take the kill. Then I would have to find a newly spawned ship and try it over again. I would probably be less annoyed right now if my own dauntless's seek and destroy ability break about 30 seconds into my first surge and it just sat there doing nothing the entire time. But this mode must be working as intended since we so quickly moved onto new loops, ships, and buildings I guess, right?

Just a bit of feedback regarding Gain Power BP events.

I’ve noticed that recently you’ve dropped the ability to be able to spend Officer & Ship XP in order to complete it, with just research, buildings and drydocks as being the only way to get the points.

I’m level 50. I will not be going to 51 anytime soon, I refuse to do so until I’M Ready and will not because you want me to.

I haven’t quite yet run out of researches and buildings not be able to complete these, but it will happen eventually and I will not be able to complete the allegedly ‘free’ battle pass, immediately making it pay to win. (And very likely in breech of the upcoming EU digital rights act)

I’ve not paid you anything for nearly three years (I was a regular BP purchaser), and will never again pay you anything until you fix the multiple problems.

Putting hurdles in front of me will not encourage me to spend, it makes it less likely.

Gaining Vengeance BP’s: who came up with the math that sits behind gaining just the first milestone?

If I bought a £100 pack had the battlepass and traded in both 4 7 day chest and a monthly chest and added all the matts together, I still wouldn’t have enough to gain just 50BPs using G6 materials.

1.52m points is 152000 G6 uncommon or 76000 G6 rare for the first tier.

It’s totally stupid, which isn’t a surprise given someone in scopley has calculated the math.

I've found you have to recall the ship now to complete the mission. Then start to repair your ship for it to respawn in the faction store.

best thing to do is jump server during incursions, house in a system you can easily find but out of the way like the stella purple systems, transfer back to home server. never be bothered with them in your home system when you relocate back. also easy to find them when you want to try killing them

I jumped up recently too, after they didn't even give the Final thing from CotA. If you have the parts upgrade Relativity, you can get it to 1B+ power as soon as you hit G5, it's very handy. Should smoke the level 3 Khan Champions.

Allow us to turn off Faction Rep Lock So we can allow for faction hosties to auto attack. Meaning EITHER allow for hostile actively to be activated against a faction or allow lock to be a toggle for the factions we dont want which will allow us to be demoted back to hostile.

The game is just garbage now and no longer fun; the only thing keeping it going is the community. But whatever, even that will disappear, and then it's all over. I play a lot and pay attention to events, but I've had enough. Yes, the Gorn challenge can't be collected, that's your answer. It's not like you have a milestone and maybe today was the day you needed the second one. But hey, whatever, we're just the stupid players.

Oh, and collecting crates from the faction store every day is a complete nightmare and such a disaster; I don't want to go in there at all anymore. Lately, the view in each faction store automatically scrolls back to the top every time I collect a crate. This means I have to swipe all the way down again after every single collection.
