For a more convenient use of multipanels, you can now combine panels on the dashboard. This will allow you to directly send the multipanel from the dashboard or via the $panel ID command.
You can find this setting on the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> General Options
Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panels box (If you do this, it will create duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.

If you guys were curious about why ticket tool said it required permissions although it had admin,
sometimes people use links for images that are too long in the Image URL and the Thumbnail URL, which causes the error.
Although your first thought when encountering the error should be "does ticket tool actually have this permission", this is still a possibility. in case you were wondering.

you have to select a channel but I think the problem with you is that the bot has no authorization.

A support role lets your support team see into tickets with out having to add them manually to each and every ticket.
You can add as many support roles as you like per panel.
NOTE that the way discord works all admins can see into tickets regardless of this.
To set a Support role go to the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> General Options -> Support Team Roles.

Multipanels are a premium feature
that allow for a single panel with multiple buttons to open different tickets.
Premium users can combine multiple panels into one multipanel.
First, find the IDs of each panel you wish to combine. You can find them in your Panel Configs in the Dashboard
Next, send the multipanel to a channel using $panel [id1] [id2] {id3} ....
e.g. $panel 1 2 4 17 35 to combine panels 1, 2, 4, 17 and 35.
Up to 25 panels may be combined.

ye it doesn't show me how you add buttons. I did that 3 times since I want 3 different buttons, but it displays it on the server as 3 different tickets

That's how a transcript looks like. You can download the file and it will show you all messages
it's a .html file
You can click on transcript and it will automatically send it to the channel you set up
If you have premium it will auto send

Hey team, when trying to $add somone to a ticket, i get this message - Missing required option: [User/Role] (optional channel)
Any ideas what that is and how I can fix it?
I normally do "$add <id>" and it used to work for me
Typically this is caused by invalid user ID, or user is no longer in the server. Ensure this is the right user ID and they are in the server.
Easiest way to do so is by using the format <@id> or using a third party moderation bot to view a user profile.

No it's not. The closest you'll get is setting a panel or global limit to 1, once done, removing the user from the ticket and not closing it until 24 hours pass.

First, you will need to go to the dashboard. Once your there, click on your avatar on the top right. after you clicked it, you will see button that says Logout. You must click that. Once you have logged out, you can log back in.
You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
1. Server Owner (Level: 6)
2. Server Administrator (Level: 4)
3. Dashboard Role (Level: 2)
:warning: You can check your level using $level on your Discord Server
User permission level with Ticket Tool
@User is permission level: 0 (User)

Hello! Is there an archive feature for closed tickets so they can be removed from our channels? But we may still need to get back to those tickets for review
If I'm not mistaken it's one or the other. You do have the possibility to create a hidden category on your discord, place it on the bottom you your discord and let all closed tickets go there. That way you can place it form the top view and still find the tickets back of needed
Thanks for the reply. This is what I'm doing now but I discovered that the person who sent the ticket can still view those tickets and edit past messages. Maybe what I'll do is to remove the manage messages from the sender's permissions after closing a ticket, then.

every time I try to make a panel and want to send it to a channel it gives me the error message. And if I try doing the debug command or any other bot related command the bot doesn't respond. Any Ideas why?

Is there a way to add a limit to the amount of tickets that can be opened at a time for everyone?
I know you can set it to 1 ticket per person, but I mean globally if that makes sense

For the record, this means the limit across all panels.
Meaning if you set it to 1, and open a ticket using Panel A, you cannot open a ticket in Panel B, or C, or D, etc...
it does not mean this is the limit for users in every panel.

Backup and Restore allows you to transfer your premium status, panels, tags, and all settings to a new server.
You can also use it to keep a backup of your settings incase you need to suddenly move servers. We suggest you keep this backup key somewhere safe, incase your server is deleted. You will want to copy the whole key.
First, go to your dashboard, then Server Configs and generate a new backup key by pressing the green button. Now, a key should be generated in the box above. You may need to refresh the page to see this.
Once you have your backup key, navigate to the same page on the new server. Copy the key on the second field.
Now you can choose what you want to copy. Finally, press the green “Restore Configs” button.

For a more convenient use of multipanels, you can now combine panels on the dashboard. This will allow you to directly send the multipanel from the dashboard or via the $panel ID command.
You can find this setting on the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> General Options
Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panels box (If you do this, it will create duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.
To set a open category go to the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> Category Options -> Category Open
