How do you award repeat points?

Once the bot is in your server we will head to the dashboard and manage your server. When you are managing your server, you want to head into "Server Configs" then click the drop down menu under "Select the bot you would like to use on this server" then click "Ticket Tool#6207" and then save.

So I've been using ticket tool for a few months and its been great! But for some reason, recently the closed tickets haven't been going into our archive category and stay in our help desk category

If you get the above error when trying to access our web page, don't be scared. This is just a security feature on our dashboard to mitigate possible attacks to the site. The only way to access the site is to wait for the temporary ban to be lifted automatically. It typically takes around 1 hour but can be quicker or longer.

Hey, hope someone can help, I just installed this bot on my server. I have several roles defined. However, only support roles can see ticket created by the base user. The base user role cannot see the actual ticket when it is created. The appropriate permissions were given in discord (react, view channel, read message history) but still cannot see. Any idea?

did your category for closed tickets reach 50 channels by any chance? Categories can hold 50 channels at most, that is a Discord limitation that we cannot change.

Any role you assign as a blacklisted role won't be able to use commands or reactions.
Go to your Dashboard ➞ Server Configs. There you will find the option to select blacklisted roles.
Note: Don't forget to save.

I have a Premium Ticket Tool Subscription.
However, the server I had it all set up on was recently deleted.
Now when I'm looking in the Ticket Tool Dashboard/Server Management - that server is obviously gone and I can't edit the setup of it.
The Question:
Is there a way to copy previously used panel configs from an old server to a new server? So I don't have to create them all from scratch again zigh

If you would like to move premium, panels, & tags to another server, please provide your old servers ID and your new servers ID or you can use our transfer feature yourself, learn more here
Open your Discord server, right-click on the server name, then select Copy ID or you can do $id in your server.
If the server is deleted, please go into your search history and find the last time you were managing that server. At the end of the website, it should show a ID. That is your server ID.
Please notify a Support Team member that you can not find any of your Server IDs & they will assist you.

These pop ups can only be seen by the user who triggered a certain action, like creating a ticket. They cannot be edited or disabled, as they are a discord requirement that is set by the developer of any bot. The ephemeral messages can be removed by pressing the little blue Dismiss message text, or by restarting your discord client.

doing so would override the global perms

First, your subscription is not linked to your Discord account, but rather it is linked to the email that you purchased premium with.
However you will define which Discord account will be able to manage your subscription.
Go manage subscription and sign in using the email you purchased the premium with. Even if your account got disabled or deleted, you should still be able to sign in either way.
Next, head over to Account Details, and change the details there to match your new account details! Now, your subscription should be tied to your new account

Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panels box (If you do this, it will create duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.

Solved in another channel.
You will possibly need to relog. Look below to see steps on how to relog.
First, you will need to go to the dashboard. Once your there, click on your avatar on the top right. after you clicked it, you will see button that says Logout. You must click that. Once you have logged out, you can log back in.
You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
1. Server Owner (Level: 6)
2. Server Administrator (Level: 4)
3. Dashboard Role (Level: 2)
:warning: You can check your level using $level on your Discord Server
User permission level with Ticket Tool
@User is permission level: 0 (User)

This does not work with ticket tool, for that you need another bot..probably a custom bot
Issue: Once I went back on the ticket tool website an I don’t see the server that I invited to, I’ve tried refreshing it & and restarting the website along with kicking the bot an inviting it back.
You have to log out once and log in again on the Ticket tool website.

Discord only allows to stack up to 50 channels per category, meaning that if you have already 50 tickets in one category, the bot won't be able to place a ticket in that category, for such reason Ticket Tool counts with overflow categories, meaning that if your main category is filled, the bot will go ahead and place the ticket on the next one available, simply choose a second category in the category pickers:

You can add as many support roles as you like per panel.
NOTE that the way discord works all admins can see into tickets regardless of this.
To set a Support role go to the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> General Options -> Support Team Roles.

Please make sure in the settings of a given channel that the bot has the ability to view channel it and is visible on the right side of the given channel on the list of users. If it is not there, it means that it cannot respond to commands.

I've seen servers using this tool, and they seem to have managed to get rid of the info under the bot name.
Is there an option for this and where can I find that?

The fact that your avatar is wrong on the dashboard makes me think you haven't logged out on TicketTool.xyz recently (didn't pull your newest avatar)

For some reason when a second account I have tries to use the ticket system, it says something along the lines of “interaction failed”
But when my main acc makes a ticket, it works fine.

If you're using an old version of discord this is a fairly common error.
interaction failed without any other errors is a discord error

The ticket name is the default channel name of all tickets. To edit it, go to your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Settings > Ticket Options. There you can edit the channel name of opened and closed tickets. You can also use variables in there.
