About support roles

A support role lets your support team see into tickets with out having to add them manually to each and every ticket.
You can add as many support roles as you like per panel.

You’ve been rate limited, don’t worry it’s not permanent and we didn’t manually ban you from the website. It’s something we have to stop attacks. It should re allow you access to the dashboard within 1 hour. However it may be longer or shorter.

First, you will need to go to the dashboard. Once your there, click on your avatar on the top right. after you clicked it, you will see button that says Logout. You must click that. Once you have logged out, you can log back in.

You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.

How to create a Multipanel

Premium users can combine multiple panels into one multipanel.

he doesn't need to give you a role in the server, he has to go to the dashboard and assign one of the roles as a Dashboard role. if he wants he can assign it to the admin role. Or they can make a new role and set that one as dashboard role and then give it to you in discord

so right now i have two panels created, each for two seperate things, but when a ticket is created they look exactly the same (both starting with "ticket"-####) is there a way to change it so it could say something else so its easier to identify which ticket is which?

The ticket name is the default channel name of all tickets. To edit it, go to your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Settings > Ticket Options. There you can edit the channel name of opened and closed tickets. You can also use variables in there.

How do I get the ID of Roles/Channels/Emojis?

Ticket Tool has a useful command that helps you get the ID of various things like channels, roles, emojis and your server.

Just use the command $id <#channel/@role/:emoji:>. Now copy everything, including the brackets <...>, to your dashboard (or wherever you want it)
If you want the server ID, just use $id.

Examples:

Server ID: $id509192800865353738
Roles: $id @Role@humble sequoia
Channel: $id #channel#🤖│bot-spam
User: $id @user@copper owl

I think premium gets a higher limit (can't remember the numbers for the limits though). But it is a fixed limit for each bot to prevent rate limits being applied
