it's not due to certain members. that wouldnt make sense.
it's due to an action thats being done.
Neither am I.

Figure out what action is returning the error and work from there. It must be missing those permissions either on its role, channel, or category (if you're using one)

Hey man! Saw this and thought would help out! Click on Ticket tool logo and then press Add to server! Then go over to the website and Log in if your not already logged in! Then click manage servers!

Okay so here is something more simple regarding my ticket. I need it to auto ping a role when someone opens the ticket. I have done this <@!(role id)> But when someone opens a ticket this just comes up!

Right now if an admin/support team closes the ticket, it changes the {author.name} to their name instead of the original person who opened the ticket. Would be great if the title could persist except for changing "ticket" to "closed"

As far as I know, I didn't change any permissions with Ticket Tool or the server/category and it was having issues with creating tickets earlier. I gave it the "Manage Channels and Messages" permissions and I could create tickets, but now it won't let me close them with the bot

A support role lets your support team see into tickets with out having to add them manually to each and every ticket.
You can add as many support roles as you like per panel.
NOTE that the way discord works all admins can see into tickets regardless of this.
To set a Support role go to the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> General Options -> Support Team Roles.

If not premium (claiming is premium), they need perm to view and send mssges in the channel.

Not really, you can just allow the support roles access to the ticket (without the admin perm, you can still allow them access) so that they can send and view messages in the ticket.
This is just a bypass for the premium benefit Claiming Tickets.

You will possibly need to relog. Look below to see steps on how to relog.
First, you will need to go to the dashboard. Once your there, click on your avatar on the top right. after you clicked it, you will see button that says Logout. You must click that. Once you have logged out, you can log back in.
You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
1. Server Owner (Level: 6)
2. Server Administrator (Level: 4)
3. Dashboard Role (Level: 2)

In the #Open tickets category, please make sure that the everyone role doesn't have the View channels permission disabled, instead have it on neutral
For the second warning, you can see in the message above it #ticket-0189 that is a ticket you made that you will find at the top of the channels list
You will need to close it to be able to open another ticket or you can increase the ticket limit like Bartosz said
I am still getting the view channel error.

You have the premium bot selected on the Dashboard, you need to choose the free bot. Please follow the steps below
To disable the premium bot you will have to go to the Dashboard ➞ Server Configs ➞ Premium bot ➞ And on the right-hand side select the primary free bot in the drop down menu.
Premium features will still work on the normal bot.
You can also still use the premium features on the free bot, so if they have the correct permissions and the bot is responding it's most probably this issue, that's why I stepped in, since you wouldn't be able to find out the problem

You can add them to the ticket using their user id. That will give them access to view and send messages in the ticket.

There are two ways, first will ping them while the second wont.
First method is to just add a \ before their ping

Second one is to turn on the dev mode for your discord client.

You can check your bots prefix through the dashboard via Server Config > Then look at the image below. The automatic prefix is $ it will only not be that prefix if you have changed it manually.
Is the ticket support role needed? Like currently it is just my mod roles that deal with tickets so I don't see a use personally.

Then the bot does not assign permissions for server staff, but then make sure the moderators have all needed permission in the server to view tickets.

Multipanels are a premium feature
that allow for a single panel with multiple buttons to open different tickets.
Premium users can combine multiple panels into one multipanel.
First, find the IDs of each panel you wish to combine. You can find them in your Panel Configs in the Dashboard
Next, send the multipanel to a channel using $panel [id1] [id2] {id3} ....
e.g. $panel 1 2 4 17 35 to combine panels 1, 2, 4, 17 and 35.
Up to 25 panels may be combined.

If you the channel isn't loading any messages and can't be deleted, then it isn't an issue from Ticket Tool side. The channel is bugged and needs to be deleted by Discord.

You will possibly need to relog. Look below to see steps on how to relog.
First, you will need to go to the dashboard. Once your there, click on your avatar on the top right. after you clicked it, you will see button that says Logout. You must click that. Once you have logged out, you can log back in.
You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
1. Server Owner (Level: 6)
2. Server Administrator (Level: 4)
3. Dashboard Role (Level: 2)

It's the prefix you use with commands. As in, $close

They way i have my discord set up is like this..
When approved users join, they are assigned a role "Approved"
When users needs to open a ticket, they have ability and can create tickets.
However when a ticket is opened, all users who have APPROVED role can see the ticket and the dialogue.
I dont want that to happen. I only want the ticket opener to see it.

Dashboard roles are roles that have access to your panel
so anyone with the approved role, which you told me is everyone who joins, can edit the dashboard to whatever they want
basically, someone could literally delete all your panels
After you remove it from the dashboard role section, go to panel configs, panel settings, general options and see if it's under Support Role

Lo primero que debe hacer es invitar al bot, dando click aquí.
Una vez haya invitado al bot, diríjase al panel de control y cree un panel.
Un panel es usado para definir las configuraciones de un ticket (los usuarios que pueden ver el ticket, los permisos, los nombres, entre otros).
Para crear un panel, diríjase a la pestaña de Panel Configs o Configuraciones del Panel en el panel de control de su servidor.

Then make sure you selected the bot you have in your server.
