I was checking the settings you had in the dashboard, it seems that although the bot had the External Emojis perm in the role it was denied but and override, I'm glad its all working now! 😄
Why does the Page says i am temporaly banned for doing the Captcha to get to the create panel? (I cant go there neither now)
If you get the above error when trying to access our web page, don't be scared. This is just a security feature on our dashboard to mitigate possible attacks to the site. The only way to access the site is to wait for the temporary ban to be lifted automatically. It typically takes around 1 hour but can be quicker or longer.

a user joins my server, and we had a big spam problem in the past, so it dumps them on this screen:
they open a ticket, and then answer the questions in the ticket

one is "welcome"
which gives them instructions
the next is "approve"which is if i approve them
i use YAGPDB to assign roles (i.e. +giverole @user approve)

and it dumps out a series of commands for YAGPDB
takes away some roles, gives some others
and provides some instructions, too

i had some urgency and needed to implement something quickly
we were hit with a major spam storm
you're purposely handicapping yourself by using 2 diff bots haha.. just use YAG so it does everything at once
including a user who threatened to dox + murder me
well i would suggest locking it down for a few hours, getting all the YAG things done and it should be good to do

Yeah I suggest just using YAG in this situation, seeing as it could do everything at once and you wouldnt need to use two diff bots and all that

They were trying to send the panel but in that channel the bot was missing a couple perms, not in the role but in the channel itself, giving them solved it

When I opened the ticket it said ( cannot remember exact wording but close to ) opening ticket… tickets at limit… skipping.
But still opened the ticket as such at the top of the server for me to type in.

That means that the ticket category the server had set up is at its max amount of tickets. Your ticket is still going to be viewed by the server support team, however it’s just in a different location

yeah of course it is! You can also do the role ID! Just go to the role you want to have pinged when a ticket is created, and click the 3 dots and copy the role ID, from there you can paste it into your ticket options panel using this format : {@(role id)}

No need to translate it. Discord has a 500 channel limit for every discord and that seems to be the case here. Sadly its server side and there is nothing you can do about it unless you wait until some tickets are deleted
lets say i want ticket tool to add a row in google sheets everytime a ticket is opened. it would add a row in a sheet and include the text of the ticket in there. is that possible?
There is no waitlist feature, i would suggest trying every once and a while to see if any tickets have been deleted to try making another one
