Hello there! Follow this steps:

  1. Open the Dashboard and go to the server the problem is presenting on
  2. Go to Panel Configs
  3. Click the Settings button for the panel you have the problem with.
  4. Go to the Permission Options menu.
  5. Click in Edit User Opened Permissions button
  6. Mark the Read Message History in check_green
  7. Click the Save button

Don't see your server in the dashboard?

You will possibly need to relog. Look below to see steps on how to relog.

How to relog the Dashboard.

First, you will need to go to the dashboard. Once your there, click on your avatar on the top right. after you clicked it, you will see button that says Logout. You must click that. Once you have logged out, you can log back in.

Note:

You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
1. Server Owner (Level: 6)
2. Server Administrator (Level: 4)
3. Dashboard Role (Level: 2)

You can check your level using $level on your Discord Server

Okey, veo que hay un problema y es que para el bot apareces como un usuario pero no administrador

Por fa confirma con el dueño del servidor si el rol que tienes cuenta con el permiso de Administrador

De lo contrario el bot no te dejará acceder
