To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the panel configs on the dashboard
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want)
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.
Multipanels are a premium feature
that allow for a single panel with multiple reactions to open different tickets.
Premium users can combine multiple panels into one multipanel.
First of all you will need to assign a different Create Ticket Reaction for each Panel. Run $help reaction to learn how to do it.
Next, find the IDs of each panel you wish to combine. You can find them in your Panel Configs in the Dashboard
Next, send the multipanel to a channel using $panel [id1] [id2] {id3} ....
e.g. $panel 1 2 4 17 35 to combine panels 1, 2, 4, 17 and 35.
Up to 20 panels may be combined.
For a more convenient use of multipanels, you can now combine panels on the dashboard. This will allow you to directly send the multipanel from the dashboard or via the $panel ID command.
You can find this setting on the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> General Options
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.

We're talking about ticket categorization and how we'd like to correlate TicketTool transcript links by a category using a third party system. However, the concern being that because of lack of authentication aggregrating those links could potentially lead to a huge security risk considering they'd be categorized by vectors interested in by malicious entities/individuals.

The View as Role discord feature will not work for testing ticket tool. Ticket Tool opens permissions with user permissions & not role permissions.

When creating a ticket, we specify that we may take up to 24-48 hours to respond, this wait time is due to the heavy load of tickets we get every day. However generally we do get to you quite sooner than that, in this case, your ticket was answered in 24 minutes. Your warning was given for a rule 4 violation ( read up on #546557408902905896 ). Hopefully you understand why you got warned now.

Any role you assign as a blacklisted role won't be able to use commands or reactions.
Go to your Dashboard -> Server Configs. There you will find the option to select blacklisted roles.
Note: Don't forget to save.
Premium is required for claiming
Claiming allows you to change the ticket name, category and permissions. To use it you have to enable it first on your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Claiming Options.

Not really. It is a discord requirement with the button, but only you can see those messages for when you open tickets. And the reason it is not really is because it gets removed when you restart discord

Hey there. I had activated a trial for the premium version, and couldn't get it to work properly, and it is now expired... Never had a chance to really use it and am wondering if I can get another trial or redemption code to try out before I purchase monthly.

I have all notifications muted on my server except for mentions and pings. I figured out how to set the bot up in my server, and all is working well. The only problem is, none of the mods get a ping even though the role is assigned. Is there an option that I'm missing to ping us admins/mods with the red notifications instead of the standard white pings when a new ticket is created?

To make ticket tool ping a role when a ticket is opened, go to the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> Ticket Options -> Ticket Message -> Message Text and do this:
{@Role name} This is case sensitive and the role must have @mentions enabled
I've entered the text in the the listed place above and verified that the roles have mentions enabled by anyone. When I go to test it, the roles appear in blue as if they were actually pinged correctly, but they don't still actually ping admins or mods. It's still just the white notification instead of the red.
I got the trial and the premium perks are not working.

Just use the command $id <#channel/@role/:emoji:>. Now copy everything, including the brackets <...>, to your dashboard (or wherever you want it)

[Premium] Hey there, I do have a problem that both bots are in the server(full perm) and the dashboard doesn't give me the possibility to select the Premium bot in sys config.
To note, it was once possible but with the BOT ERROR message. After I selected the Free edition, the premium option was gone.

Just setting up ticket tool. I want to only allocate view channel, manage messages, manage permissions on a channel by channel basis rather than having it apply server wide. Is there a way around this?
its easiest to give ticket tool perms server wide, otherwise you will have to set up those ticket tool perms in channels/categories ticket tool uses
I have granted ticket tool all perms for our support category other bots seem to be okay with that, Is it just going to be a limitation ill have to put them server wide to get the bot to work?

Technically, if you have set a category to open the ticket to, as long as that category has the manage perms, you don't need them sever wide. The issue is before you set that, it was making them outside of a category so needed perms for generic sever

Are you doing it in a ticket, and are you certain that is the right id?
Look so I actually have set up the correct commands and in my server people have to verify to get access to the server but for some reason when they create a ticket they are unable to get access and view that channel

If you would like to move premium, panels, & tags to another server, please provide your old servers ID and your new servers ID or you can use our transfer feature yourself, learn more here
Open your Discord server, right-click on the server name, then select Copy ID or you can do $id in your server.
If the server is deleted, please go into your search history and find the last time you were managing that server. At the end of the website, it should show a ID. That is your server ID.

You will possibly need to relog. Look below to see steps on how to relog.
First, you will need to go to the dashboard. Once your there, click on your avatar on the top right. after you clicked it, you will see button that says Logout. You must click that. Once you have logged out, you can log back in.
You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
1. Server Owner (Level: 6)
2. Server Administrator (Level: 4)
3. Dashboard Role (Level: 2)
You can check your level using $level on your Discord Server

A support role lets your support team see into tickets with out having to add them manually to each and every ticket.
You can add as many support roles as you like per panel.
NOTE that the way discord works all admins can see into tickets regardless of this.
To set a Support role go to the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> General Options -> Support Team Roles.
