well then when my user are opening the ticket they are not getting the access on that category when the ticket is opening
Whoever opens a ticket should be the first one to see the ticket
but they cant well I havent given them the acess to view the category where the tickets are opening basically a role is given when the user joins by the mee6 bot

The first thing you will need to do is invite the premium bot, an invite can be found here
Once the bot is in your server we will head to the dashboard and manage your server. When you are managing your server, you want to head into "Server Configs" then click the drop down menu under "Select the bot you would like to use on this server" then click "Ticket Tool#6207" and then save.

How do I actually setup this bot... I go to the dashboard and theres nothing for me

You will possibly need to relog. Look below to see steps on how to relog.
First, you will need to go to the dashboard. Once your there, click on your avatar on the top right. after you clicked it, you will see button that says Logout. You must click that. Once you have logged out, you can log back in.
You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
1. Server Owner (Level: 6)
2. Server Administrator (Level: 4)
3. Dashboard Role (Level: 2)
You can check your level using $level on your Discord Server

That is an issue where the panel is sent by one bot and you are using the other. Worked with reactions, but Battle was unable to get buttons working the same way
The fix is to just resend the panel

So I assume your panel is sent by the free bot and you are currently using the premium bot (or vice versa). Resending the panel will send it with the active bot, so buttons can be used

That was mostly at the one before. The command should work unless you have enabled the premium bot without premium (which could be your issue)

To disable the premium bot you will have to go to the Dashboard -> Server Configs -> Premium bot -> And on the right-hand side disable the "Use Premium Bot" setting.
Premium features will still work on the normal bot.

it might be that your mobile app isn't updated and so you can't see the buttons

Ticket Tool has a useful command that helps you get the ID of various things like channels, roles, emojis and your server.
Just use the command $id <#channel/@role/:emoji:>. Now copy everything, including the brackets <...>, to your dashboard (or wherever you want it)
If you want the server ID, just use $id.

It should speed the bot up further, and also is allowing more to be done elsewhere without compromising on speed

It was quite recent
In terms of folders/searchable, you can have differnt panels for differnt categories. And the transcripts for each one can save in a differnt place. You can also search the transcript channels for a given user, or a transcript name for example

But if you have 2 step ticket disabled you won't be able to retrieve it
but in this option, whenever I remove the name or change it to another name, I keep it and return everything as it was, never keep

The first thing you will need to do is invite the premium bot, an invite can be found here
Once the bot is in your server we will head to the dashboard and manage your server. When you are managing your server, you want to head into "Server Configs" then click the drop down menu under "Select the bot you would like to use on this server" then click "Ticket Tool#6207" and then save.
