To make ticket tool ping a role when a ticket is opened, go to the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> Ticket Options -> Ticket Message -> Message Text and do this:
{@Role name} This is case sensitive and the role must have @mentions enabled
Multipanels are a premium feature
that allow for a single panel with multiple reactions to open different tickets.
Premium users can combine multiple panels into one multipanel.
First of all you will need to assign a different Create Ticket Reaction for each Panel. Run $help reaction to learn how to do it.
Next, find the IDs of each panel you wish to combine. You can find them in your Panel Configs in the Dashboard
Next, send the multipanel to a channel using $panel [id1] [id2] {id3} ....
e.g. $panel 1 2 4 17 35 to combine panels 1, 2, 4, 17 and 35.
Up to 20 panels may be combined.
However with buttons you will have to use $newpanel <id1> <id2>

You can't, although you can disable two step ticket so pressing the close button immediately deletes it

The ticket name is the default channel name of all tickets. To edit it, go to your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Settings > Ticket Options. There you can edit the channel name of opened and closed tickets. You can also use variables in there.
How do I make tickets so people can claim stuff in tickets
Claiming allows you to change the ticket name, category and permissions. To use it you have to enable it first on your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Claiming Options.

Hi there, don't know if this is allowed here but I need help with a glitched ticket I have on my Discord server. I don't know what happened but I cannot delete a ticket on my server. The ticket is no longer available and when you click on it it shows a sort of blurred discord screen with a red banner on the bottom that says "Messages Failed To Load." I also cannot edit the ticket or delete it from the channel settings. Does anyone know a fix for this please? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Hi, I tried to set up a verification system in my server with using ticket tool (a few questions, answer them in the ticket channel) and it worked. But when I changed the description part of the ticket and the panel then tested it out, it just showed the reaction but didn't make a channel.
I deleted the panel and made one again, but this time it didn't even show the panel. I deleted and re-made it 3 or 4 times but it isn't showing

Hello, when I put the bot on my server it does not appear in "manage server"
You will possibly need to relog. Look below to see steps on how to relog.
First, you will need to go to the dashboard. Once your there, click on your avatar on the top right. after you clicked it, you will see button that says Logout. You must click that. Once you have logged out, you can log back in.
You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
1. Server Owner (Level: 6)
2. Server Administrator (Level: 4)
3. Dashboard Role (Level: 2)
You can check your level using $level on your Discord Server

If you are trying to get the transcript, try having two step ticket enabled, this can be found under general options in the panel settings.

I'm trying to implement this bot to my server as well but i'm having a slight problem. Once the user reacts and the channel open, the user is not able to read the message history therefore making the user unable to close the message. I have already checked the users have access to read message history is their role settings. Appreciate your help!!

hi everyone, my project manager likes to change the channel name of the ticket to the title of the ticket ex. "DNS-error" instead of "ticket-0022" but when trying to find an old transcript, its impossible because the ticket tool just keeps the name of the ticket number and not the channel name. Is their any type of workaround that I can use?
When he renames it, it should save the transcript by default to the last name it had.
You can also change the default name of the ticket, but this requires premium. Panel Configs ---> Ticket Options ---> Ticket Name and use the text you'd like, variables are at the very bottom of the panel page.

No, it would open as there's you have it as, so in your case "dns-error" where right now it probably shows "ticket-{count}" or something of that nature.
Only certain variables work with ticket names.
right, so like its not always gonna be a DNS issue it could be really anything

If you don't want it to be only for the "dns issue", you can also try multipanels or create another panel for the dns issue, otherwise there read isn't a way to have it do specifically "dns issue" and have it save if it is having the glitch of not saving as the last name
and like when you close the ticket it will do closed-0001 as the channel name
but really the name of that channel was #test

Multipanels are a premium feature
that allow for a single panel with multiple reactions to open different tickets.
Premium users can combine multiple panels into one multipanel.
First of all you will need to assign a different Create Ticket Reaction for each Panel. Run $help reaction to learn how to do it.
Next, find the IDs of each panel you wish to combine. You can find them in your Panel Configs in the Dashboard
Next, send the multipanel to a channel using $panel [id1] [id2] {id3} ....
e.g. $panel 1 2 4 17 35 to combine panels 1, 2, 4, 17 and 35.
Up to 20 panels may be combined.

Any role you assign as a blacklisted role won't be able to use commands or reactions.
Go to your Dashboard -> Server Configs. There you will find the option to select blacklisted roles.
Note: Don't forget to save.

Unfortunately no however this was suggested lots of time and I think the development team are working on this.
Go to Dashboard > Ticket Options > Ticket Message > Message Text then type {@RoleName}.

Using the new panel ID should remove normal reactions and replace them with the buttons. If your issue consists please open a ticket in #๐ซโmake-a-ticket

You can add as many support roles as you like per panel.
NOTE that the way discord works all admins can see into tickets regardless of this.

You will possibly need to relog. Look below to see steps on how to relog.
First, you will need to go to the dashboard. Once your there, click on your avatar on the top right. after you clicked it, you will see button that says Logout. You must click that. Once you have logged out, you can log back in.
You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
1. Server Owner (Level: 6)
2. Server Administrator (Level: 4)
3. Dashboard Role (Level: 2)
You can check your level using $level on your Discord Server
