That's not a ticket tool related issue. My best guess is your @ everyone or a member role has manage server enabled. Check your permission settings

Can you add a blacklisted role or smthn
Any role you assign as a blacklisted role won't be able to use commands or reactions.
Go to your Dashboard -> Server Configs. There you will find the option to select blacklisted roles.
Note: Don't forget to save.

hello I just added the bot, though it is creating channels but not deleting it after I click on lock reaction, and second how can I customize so that the new channel created comes under a specific category

To set a open category go to the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> Category Options -> Category Open
The lock reaction is for closing (once you click the tick if two step close is on). Once it is closed a new embed appears with options to delete. If you want the lock to delete, you need to turn off two step ticket.

Is there any way to copy my settings for a bot from one server to another?
Backup and Restore allows you to transfer your premium status, panels, tags, and all settings to a new server.
You can also use it to keep a backup of your settings incase you need to suddenly move servers. We suggest you keep this backup key somewhere safe, incase your server is deleted. You will want to copy the whole key.
First, go to your dashboard, then Server Configs and generate a new backup key by pressing the green button. Now, a key should be generated in the box above. You may need to refresh the page to see this.
Once you have your backup key, navigate to the same page on the new server. Copy the key on the second field.
Now you can choose what you want to copy. Finally, press the green “Restore Configs” button.

Make sure that Ticket Tool can read and write in the channel you are attempting to run commands in. Run the command @Ticket Tool#4843 debug to see Ticket Tools list of permissions in that given channel.
Make sure you're using the correct prefix for Ticket Tool, Ticket Tools default prefix is $ Run the command @Ticket Tool#4843 debug to see Ticket Tools prefix for your server
If ticket tool is offline please contact Ticket Tool support with your server ID so we can fix it asap.

🤔 Ok.. Brand new panel.. So I created the panel with zero changes and sent to the channel. It will make the embed but will not create the reaction to allow a person to react to it, despite having reaction and external reaction perms. Same issue even if I change the panel and then send to the channel.
However, it will add the reaction if I send it to a different channel.
Ideas? lol. I know I'm missing something simple here.
Have you checked the channel settings? Channels most of the tine overide role permissions varying the permissions you are configuring.

this might be just discord cache or something, try to give the bot Administrator and see if the issue still appears
check the category again and make sure the bot has these 3 on 
those perms were already given, for some reason now that I added mention everyone to yes as well , it is working
It probably was just a discord cache problem, by giving it the @ everyone perm you updated it and that fixed it
Then having that perm enabled will be the fix then, that perm is also good if you want to tag roles once the tickets open so it is good to have it enabled

Well ticket tool works in a way that if a person opens a ticket by clicking the reaction the bot makes a new channel
using as in using it in my server, that is.
in that channel the user who opened the ticket and the support team will be the only people who can see that channel and type there

you as the owner of the server will see all tickets regardless of your role being in the support team
since noone on discord can stop the owner from seeing channels

On one of the embeds when you close, it should give you 3 reactions. It should be the middle reaction, and you should be able to open it.
However if the channel was deleted, you cannot reopen it.

The Ticket Message is the first message sent by the bot in a new ticket. To customize it head over to your Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> Ticket Options -> Edit Ticket Message
this is the message that's sent when a ticket is made

To make ticket tool ping a role when a ticket is opened, go to the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> Ticket Options -> Ticket Message -> Message Text and do this:
{@Role name} This is case sensitive and the role must have @mentions enabled

A support role lets your support team see into tickets with out having to add them manually to each and every ticket.
You can add as many support roles as you like per panel.
NOTE that the way discord works all admins can see into tickets regardless of this.
To set a Support role go to the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> General Options -> Support Team Roles.
why when someone opens a ticket it doesnt open i the ticket section but it opens at the top of the chats

make sure the bot has the category selected
also make sure the bot can view the category

so i have been using the bot for a few days, and it worked up until yesterday
it normally moves the closed tickets to a new category but it stopped doing that
it has permissions to do it and it no settings have changed on the website

Each category can have 50 channels inside before it overflows.

Yes. You need to resend the message for the color to change.
Correct, however ensure you saved it as it normally just edits it
