Shouldn't be. Do you have admin perms? If so the issue is that the ticket hasn't created
Anyone with admin perms will see all tickets regardless of settings. If it isn't creating then check ticket tool has manage channels permission in the catergory you have set for tickets

why does my transprict fail to save
It can be for a few reasons:
ticket Tool cannot see the channel you are trying to save it into
Ticket Tool doesn't have permission to send messages
Hello, how come when I try to make a ticket the reaction gets deleted and the ticket doesn’t open
If the bot is not working properly, try the following steps:

Run the $debug command in your server, to check the permissions of the bot. Send the link you get to us.

Check if you have any Blacklisted Roles in your Server Configs. Any roles listed there will not be able to use the bot / create tickets.

While you're in your Server Configs , make sure that you don't have the premium bot enabled, without actually having premium or the bot on the server.
These are the most common issues. If your problem still exists, you can go to our Troubleshooting Page for more fixes.
Is there a way, a command or panel edits to make make a closing message? (before the ticket gets closed and the ticket user leaves) If I have like 10 tickets open and responding to all 10 tickets with the exact same message to make a closing statement is kind of tedious and I have to ping them manually. Hope that explains my question.
the most you can do is create a custom tag where you just type one word and it sends the embed for you

Typing just one word instead of a message every time works better.

for now, no, but there should be a {ticket_user} variable coming in the future which will make it possible for the embed to also ping. Since with the variables now you can only ping the user who ran the tag

When opening the ticket, I don't want to indicate who opened the ticket, rather I want to indicate a specific rank
then you can simply use the {@Role Name} variable or the normal <@&ID>

You can add as many support roles as you like per panel.
NOTE that the way discord works all admins can see into tickets regardless of this.

Discord api went down/bugged out and caused the connection to get stuck and loose connection to discord.

Backup and Restore allows you to transfer your premium status, panels, tags, and all settings to a new server.
You can also use it to keep a backup of your settings incase you need to suddenly move servers. We suggest you keep this backup key somewhere safe, incase your server is deleted. You will want to copy the whole key.
First, go to your dashboard, then Server Configs and generate a new backup key by pressing the green button. Now, a key should be generated in the box above. You may need to refresh the page to see this.
Once you have your backup key, navigate to the same page on the new server. Copy the key on the second field.
Now you can choose what you want to copy. Finally, press the green “Restore Configs” button.

Make sure you don't have any roles you don't want in the blacklisted roles section
also make sure the create ticket reaction is not mod only
Any role you assign as a blacklisted role won't be able to use commands or reactions.
Go to your Dashboard -> Server Configs. There you will find the option to select blacklisted roles.
Note: Don't forget to save.

I dont exactly know what you mean by "command"? The ticket message will be sent when the ticket opens automatically, there isn't exactly a command for it. If you want you can add a "tag" but you would have to execute that yourself.

Backup and Restore allows you to transfer your premium status, panels, tags, and all settings to a new server.
You can also use it to keep a backup of your settings incase you need to suddenly move servers. We suggest you keep this backup key somewhere safe, incase your server is deleted. You will want to copy the whole key.
First, go to your dashboard, then Server Configs and generate a new backup key by pressing the green button. Now, a key should be generated in the box above. You may need to refresh the page to see this.
Once you have your backup key, navigate to the same page on the new server. Copy the key on the second field.
Now you can choose what you want to copy. Finally, press the green “Restore Configs” button.

Turn on two step close and two step ticket. This should give you the option to save transcripts. (Make sure you have a transcript channel saved and the bot can send, read, and embed links in that channel)
To make it so the user can no longer see the ticket after closure confirmation, change the "user closed permisisons" and make it so they cannot "read messages"
Oh that's a common bug, I don't know exactly if there is a fix for that. Many people have found that and have seen it's annoying. If someone has a fix I don't know I'm sure they'll let you know.
I suggest using $close when that happens.

i think need for rename need add extra code for check name of closed tikect , for reaction add check for clear it after command send .
- as default you need add disable reactions for users for prevent this

If detect user click to reaction ( then we call force clear function and function recreate again reactions )
for another bug
We we else check at at if function close ticket name of channel if it have don't have prefix closed or for premium user chosen , we force call rename function before add rules for roles ( something like that most fix it )

create another directory for closed tickets.
And if I wanna see someone specific?
and at panel add send them + i recommend create log folders .
Like for example if I wanna check how much tickets I closed
Or if I want to find a specific transcript with specific users in it
I have logs enabled
But there's too much of them
Is there any chance I could easily find them?

You will possibly need to relog. Look below to see steps on how to relog.
First, you will need to go to the dashboard. Once your there, click on your avatar on the top right. after you clicked it, you will see button that says Logout. You must click that. Once you have logged out, you can log back in.
You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
1. Server Owner (Level: 6)
2. Server Administrator (Level: 4)
3. Dashboard Role (Level: 2)
You can check your level using $level on your Discord Server
