It didnât work.
If there was not a transcript channel saved, it would have posted it in the ticket. Unless the channel is still viewable you unfortunately cannot recover it.

2 - Manage channels in the category

Ensure this option is saved and try sending a test panel. You can clone the panel if you wish to test the panel.

What kind of trouble?
It shouldn't be doing that... odd. Make sure none of your bots like Wick or any other Moderators kicked it. Check your audit logs.
Try re-logging.

You can go to your ticket channel, then type " $close "
or... you may up the limit of how many tickets a user can open per panel.

Weird, no you don't DM it to the bot it won't do anything. Make a ticket here and wait for a Support Member to assist you, obviously since you are getting no reaction out of the bot even with administrative permissions.

To disable the premium bot you will have to go to the Dashboard -> Server Configs -> Premium bot -> And on the right-hand side disable the "Use Premium Bot" setting.
Premium features will still work on the normal bot.

yeah I was looking at the logs. I coded an anti nuke bot and added it to the server, and the bot kicked ticket toll because of ''unauthorized channel creation''
Try relogging into the dashboard, if you stay logged in and don't invite it through the dashboard it doesn't register through it until you relog.
You'll have to whitelist it for that then or however you have the custom bot set because like wick ir would trigger a raid function and think the servers being raided.
Some people like adding ticket tool as a trusted admin in their security bots because of the ping filter / "embed spam" as well the bot triggers.

Panel options ---> Edit panel message ---> Color ---> Save ---> Resend panel
You should be able to message in the ticket before using $claim, once you use $claim it would take effect.
I mean by using bot to ask the message
You may create custom messages that the bot will send ( tags ). So when a user sends a certain pattern of chracters such as " $Begin " the bot will respond with the message you made, this could be a series of questions etc.

This is case sensitive, you have to type it in exactly how the role is. As well you must ensure the bot has permissions to ping roles like Quo showed you in the embed.

Alright this is getting weird. The channel has been created according to the audit log, has not been edited or removed, but does not appear in the server
And trying to mention the channel with <#channelID> does not work

I am not sure what you mean. I have administration access to the server, channels cannot be hidden to admins
In the audit log, no permission overrides have been set to the "missing" channel
The missing channel is the ticket 1442. As you can see, it has only been created, but no other actions has been taken by the bot. I have also made sure (not shown in this screenshot) that no other bots have disrupted the normal process.
It's likely simply a discord visual glitch / rate limited in which it glitched the channel, I don't know how to exactly fix that I'm sorry. You can try #đŤâmake-a-ticket and send them your server ID to see what the support members can do for you as they have powers I don't.

The first thing you will need to do is invite the premium bot, an invite can be found here
Once the bot is in your server we will head to the dashboard and manage your server. When you are managing your server, you want to head into "Server Configs" then click the drop down menu under "Select the bot you would like to use on this server" then click "Ticket Tool#6207" and then save.

Please copy your backup key from server #1. Then once you want to switch this to your other server, you insert the backup key under "Restore from backup key" in server #2. Then choose what you would like moved/copied to server #2 then once your done, press "Restore Configs".

Hello, that is possible. You need to disable "Two step ticket" in the Panel Configs > Settings > General Options to make it delete the ticket right after closing.

You will possibly need to relog. Look below to see steps on how to relog.
First, you will need to go to the dashboard. Once your there, click on your avatar on the top right. after you clicked it, you will see button that says Logout. You must click that. Once you have logged out, you can log back in.
You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.

hi the website wont let me log in and idk why, is there another way i can set up the channel and stuff?
So we've been using tickets as private channels for boosters to make for themselves. We have 13 channels and now when people react on the panel no channel is made. I tried having the bot send a new panel in the channel but it still won't open a new ticket. Is there a max amount of tickets for the free version?
Make sure you are logging into the dashboard and not the docs. Here's a link: https://tickettool.xyz/
No there isn't a max, ensure you haven't hit max channels in your server or the max channels to one category.
If one has hit max, the bot automatically stops the process of making channels.
Not max, there's 14 channels in one category. It lets me create regular channels. I tried making a default panel and it created a default ticket at the top. But when I customized the category, ticket message, panel message, and support roles it makes it so the panel doesn't work, even if I resend it.
Odd, run $debug in the server and ensure the bot still has access to the perms it needs, your best bet is to make a ticket here: #đŤâmake-a-ticket
Usually when editing the panel you have to resend it for it to work as there are new permissions set, but as you stated that never worked.
It said it had all required permissions, but I just gave the bot administrator and that seemed to fix it. It seems another admin messed with category perms and it couldn't see the channel, oops. Thanks for the help!

You may set it up so whenever the ticket owner leaves the server, the bot will be closed and or deleted.
Please keep in mind this is a premium only feature.

Ensure the bot has permissions to create channels. You can run $debug to see the bots permissions. You can try resending the panel if it's an old one.
Like how me and Mikoto were talking about this earlier, you can also give @pseudo glen Administrator permissioms as it seems to have worked for everyone else.

Do it through the role named "Ticket Tool", it should be at the bottom of the role settings.
Or you can assign it a role with Administor already, also works the same way.

why does it always fail to save the transcript?
Ensure you have a transcript channel saved. If you have made modifications after sending it, you will have to resend it.
If you have one saved, try the last part of the above, or, you need to ensure that the bot has permissions to embed links, send + read messages in the defined channel. You can check the permissions to the channel by running $debug in the channel.

To save transcripts to a channel go to the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> Logging Options -> Transcript Channel

Edit the reaction settings on the ticket panel, when editing the settings for a reaction you can set it to "support team only", this will restrict the reaction to only the support team you have for that panel.

You will have to give it administrator permissions in it's role. There is a bug with it.
check if the category you've chosen has 50 channels in it. That's the maximum for categories

Okay, Josiah (our developer) said that for now tickets might create outside of a category, but at least they are being created
If the bot is not working properly, try the following steps:

Run the $debug command in your server, to check the permissions of the bot. Send the link you get to us.

Check if you have any Blacklisted Roles in your Server Configs. Any roles listed there will not be able to use the bot / create tickets.

While you're in your Server Configs , make sure that you don't have the premium bot enabled, without actually having premium or the bot on the server.
These are the most common issues. If your problem still exists, you can go to our Troubleshooting Page for more fixes.

Okay, the ticket was most likely deleted. Can you try opening a new ticket then closing it and see if it goes into the closed category.
