The first thing you will need to do is invite the premium bot, an invite can be found here
Once the bot is in your server we will head to the dashboard and manage your server. When you are managing your server, you want to head into "Server Configs" then click the drop down menu under "Select the bot you would like to use on this server" then click "Ticket Tool#6207" and then save.

If your talking about the website, if there is no open ticket it's a visual discord glitch and you can't exactly fix it. Until you use the $close or $delete command it registers that the ticket still exists.

Like Cooldown of 6hrs once it created a ticket.
There is no customizable cooldown for tickets, sorry.
You can select blacklist roles which doesn't allow a user that has said role to create tickets
Any role you assign as a blacklisted role won't be able to use commands or reactions.
Go to your Dashboard -> Server Configs. There you will find the option to select blacklisted roles.
Note: Don't forget to save.

Ok did you see $debug? Your perms are messed up. Anything with an X you need to fix.
So to the ticket tool role add embed links and attach files

no but when i do $close or in our case .close it doesn’t remove the persons access to the ticket nor does it give me the reactions to reopen, save, or delete the ticket

It runs the command but all it does it change the ticket to say closed and make the ticket read only, no options to delete save or reopen it

Hello support. when someone opens up a ticket, i dont see a message being posted by a bot. (ideally it should tag the user and write the support will be with you shortly- but thats not happening)
Try looking at panel configs -> settings -> ticket options -> edit ticket message

i'm able to open tickets on the owner account, but when anyone else tries to open a ticket it wont allow them to, tried on an alt with the role that has access to create tickets and it just doesnt open the ticket

it's not supposed to be a support role, it's supposed to be the role to be able to create tickets

Try turning off the "transcript"option in the ticket panel to turn off sending both the HTML and Embed Transcript.
You can't turn off only one. You can however make the bot log when a ticket is created, closed, and deleted but it won't save a transcript.

If you sent the panel to the channel you want it in, hit the reaction that ticket tool has added already.
It will create a ticket for you, you might have to scroll for it depending if the ticket has pings on the ticket message.

So then the user who created the ticket, whoever has the support role can see that ticket and the user can talk with the support person

I dont know if this is only a problem ive been receiving but in tickets in my server people tend to argue so i mute them but they are still able to talk in the ticker is there a way to avoid that

that allow for a single panel with multiple reactions to open different tickets.
Premium users can combine multiple panels into one multipanel.
First of all you will need to assign a different Create Ticket Reaction for each Panel. Run $help reaction to learn how to do it.
Next, find the IDs of each panel you wish to combine. You can find them in your Panel Configs in the Dashboard
Next, send the multipanel to a channel using $panel [id1] [id2] {id3} ....
e.g. $panel 1 2 4 17 35 to combine panels 1, 2, 4, 17 and 35.
Up to 20 panels may be combined.
There ya go!

People who have a blacklisted role can't create tickets, if there are already existing ones you would have to close them.

The one thing thats confusing me though is i made it in the permissions on tickets so muted people cant send messages in there but they still could so ive been trying to find a fix for it
Ticket Tool automatically overrides those permissions when a new ticket is created. It Overrides the muted role permissions allowing the user with the muted role to still send messages. You may go into the tickets channel settings then disallow said member who created ticket to send messages.
So i cant do it automatically and everytime it has to be manual?

If your talking about a different formet from usual, it's a discord update that the HTML file appears differently therefore it looks like that, however there isn't a way to change it.
So. I've been doing the voting and my votes aren't counting with the bot. The same with others in my server. They've linked the votes to me. I've voted on both sites as well. Is there still an ongoing issue? Please tag me in the answer.
I don't know why but when ever the transcripts are saved on my server, i can see the html code in the transcript channel (which i have reserved only for transcripts) but i can download the transcripts. Anyone has any idea what going on with the bot?
The issues with $vote are always due to the vote sites

the rename command is not working at all
it deletes the command usage but does not rename the channel
You can only rename the channel twice using the command, if you are wanting to rename it more, you have to manually rename it by going into the channels settings and renaming it there.
