Multipanels are a premium feature

A support role lets your support team see into tickets with out having to add them manually to each and every ticket.
You can add as many support roles as you like per panel.
NOTE that the way discord works all admins can see into tickets regardless of this.
To set a Support role go to the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> General Options -> Support Team Roles.

That is ticket automation. Due to the bot being rate limited by discord with the automation option, it's not currently avaialble.
There's currently no ETA for when automation will be enabled again. The issue that's caused it to be disabled, us hitting rate limits, is tied to the increased load on Discord's servers. The situation's currently unpredictable, which makes it so we can't give you a fixed time.

Try these things:
1: Resend the panel (Might be an old panel and it won't do anything in response to an old panel)
2: Make sure the bot has permissions to Manage Channels and View Channels
3: Make sure the bot has access to that category.

Any role you assign as a blacklisted role won't be able to use commands or reactions.
Go to your Dashboard -> Server Configs. There you will find the option to select blacklisted roles.
Note: Don't forget to save.
Add the muted role as a blacklisted role, it'll prevent them from creating tickets
The blacklist role doesn't prevent them from speaking in tickets, it preventss them from making tickets etc

So as far as I'm concerned, with TT you can't add specific roles to restrict them from talking in tickets ( besides the blacklist feature but you wan't the ticket open, but not have them to be able to talk in it ).
I suggest looking into your moderation bots so you can make sure the muted role does what it's supposed to in said ticket categories / channels

Muted roles don't have an affect in channels.
When the bot creates the channel, it gives the user seperate perms to see said channel which for some reason overides role permissions.

You can prevent them from creating tickets, but they don't have an affect to send messages.

I am admin in a server and we use ticket tool for all of our suport, one thing I realized is that user permissions like the bot gives to new channels automatically overide the role and everyone permissions even if set in the category.

So I am having a problem with reaction working inconsistently. I am using Multipanels and users have reported some of the reactions not working for them. However some are reporting that it does work. I have tested this on 2 accounts and 1 works (as server admin) and the other doesnt work (member). I thought this was a perm issue until I realized that even the basic member perms were reporting inconsistencies. I have opened a support ticket, but I need some insight on this as it's causing disruption on my server.
I am having this same issue. I made a ticket but no response as of now.
The reactions show up, but one half of them, when you react, it doesn't do anything. This happened after my reactions suddenly disappeared.
Yeah. Reactions will show on one account but not the other. I thought it was staff fucking with us, but it might be an issue with the bot. I will keep you posted if I get a response.
I should mention, I have recreated the panel multiple times.

You can restirct what roles by default can answer said ticket, do that by managing the "support team" feature in the panel.
Unless there is someone with a "administrator" power on a role, only people with the roles you define should be able to see it.

Not necessarily, you will have to have a dashboard role the owner defines into the panel to manage it otherwise it doesn't work. You can also try and see if administrator works on a role to see it, but I haven't personally tested that.
You have a setting in the MEE6 dashboard set so the bot detects ticket tool as spam or embed spam and therefore it deletes it, you can try contacting MEE6 suppirt if you don't know how to use the dashboard.
Or like Harrison said you can try and make it so MEE6 can't see tickets, but I believe MEE6 has administrative powers to it's roles so it would overide it. You can follow the embed below to help.

You can't reach 10k tickets... discord limits channels to be 500 channels per server.
Once the limit is reached it physically cannot create more channels for that server.

How do you make a multiple reaction panel again?
Multipanels are a premium feature
that allow for a single panel with multiple reactions to open different tickets.
Premium users can combine multiple panels into one multipanel.
First of all you will need to assign a different Create Ticket Reaction for each Panel. Run $help reaction to learn how to do it.
Next, find the IDs of each panel you wish to combine. You can find them in your Panel Configs in the Dashboard
Next, send the multipanel to a channel using $panel [id1] [id2] {id3} ....
e.g. $panel 1 2 4 17 35 to combine panels 1, 2, 4, 17 and 35.
Up to 20 panels may be combined.

You can add as many support roles as you like per panel.
NOTE that the way discord works all admins can see into tickets regardless of this.
To set a Support role go to the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> General Options -> Support Team Roles.
Not to my knowledge, please note that you can't claim your own tickets and that claiming is a premium only feature.

First, you will need to go to the dashboard. Once your there, click on your avatar on the top right. after you clicked it, you will see button that says Logout. You must click that. Once you have logged out, you can log back in.
You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.

Is there a way to open older tickets? Need some info from a ticket and $open command seems to do nothing
If you've already deleted it, it's gone and saved in your transcript channel ( if you have one & saved it ).
If the ticket is still closed you should see a lock reaction in the close message, you can either click that to re-open the ticket, or you may run the " $open " command in the ticket.
How do i get ticket ping us when we have tickets?

hi, i still have a support ticket open but the person who first responded looks to be offline. should i wait or try another route to find a solution? i'm still being affected by the custom emoji reaction role bug.
Just be patient im sure they will get back to you. Honestly when I did my custom emoji reactions it worked by inputting the name or ID into the emoji search box. After that I needed to close the extended emoji picker then reopen it and it worked.
Yeah, np. I had them working before. There was a discord bug that broke them yesterday and mine are still not back.. so I wasnโt sure if it was 100% resolved or if there was something else we needed to do on our side to reapply the reactions.
