Yes, it is possible. You just have to follow the format Nn gg posted and make sure you spell the role in the ticket settings exactly how it is spelled in your Discord. It will ping the role when the ticket is opened.
Word of advice, if your role has emojis or characters in it using the role ID {@roleid} to ping ($id @role to find the id) will probably save you a bit of trouble

Check if you have any Blacklisted Roles in your Server Configs. Any roles listed there will not be able to use the bot / create tickets.

While you're in your Server Configs , make sure that you don't have the premium bot enabled, without actually having premium or the bot on the server.
These are the most common issues. If your problem still exists, you can go to our Troubleshooting Page for more fixes.

the bot will not automatically leave, but it will stop to function. If you don't intend to use premium for a longer time, I suggest using the free bot. Premium features work fine on both bots

To disable the premium bot you will have to go to the Dashboard -> Server Configs -> Premium bot -> And on the right-hand side disable the "Use Premium Bot" setting.

Any role you assign as a blacklisted role won't be able to use commands or reactions.
Go to your Dashboard -> Server Configs. There you will find the option to select blacklisted roles.

To make ticket tool ping a role when a ticket is opened, go to the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> Ticket Options -> Ticket Message -> Message Text and do this:

You can add a reason with the $close <reason> command. Then you can use the variable {close} in any text you would like to edit. You cannot edit the logs though

Hey there! What does it seem you need help with? Do you want to open a ticket on this server, or do you need support with the bot on your server?
Is that a bot on a server you are an admin on, or some server you are in?
Have you made sure to identify a support ticket category within the backend of the bot?
Just sometimes it might not function correctly if a category is not specified for an open ticket. However, if you have done so, then that shouldn't be the cause of the issue

To disable the premium bot you will have to go to the Dashboard -> Server Configs -> Premium bot -> And on the right-hand side disable the "Use Premium Bot" setting.
Premium features will still work on the normal bot.

This will ping you specifically when a ticket is opened. Replace the numbers between the <> with any other user ID to ping another user. If you'd like to ping the user who opened the ticket, you can use {user}

A support role lets your support team see into tickets with out having to add them manually to each and every ticket.
You can add as many support roles as you like per panel.
NOTE that the way discord works all admins can see into tickets regardless of this.
To set a Support role go to the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> General Options -> Support Team Roles.

Go to your panel settings. Then Reaction Settings. At the top you will see a slider called Support Team Only. Make sure its green. Then press save.
Then go to the panel message and remove the part that says "press/click [insert reaction] to close ticket." That way members don't think they can do it and begin asking where the reaction is.

Make sure you're using the correct prefix for Ticket Tool, Ticket Tools default prefix is $ Run the command @Ticket Tool#4843 debug to see Ticket Tools prefix for your server

Make sure that Ticket Tool can read and write in the channel you are attempting to run commands in. Run the command @Ticket Tool#4843 debug to see Ticket Tools list of permissions in that given channel.
Make sure you're using the correct prefix for Ticket Tool, Ticket Tools default prefix is $ Run the command @Ticket Tool#4843 debug to see Ticket Tools prefix for your server
If ticket tool is offline please contact Ticket Tool support with your server ID so we can fix it asap.
