To add a user to a ticket use $add <user>
To remove a user from a ticket use $remove <user>
It only works with users and not roles?
A support role lets your support team see into tickets with out having to add them manually to each and every ticket.
You can add as many support roles as you like per panel.
NOTE that the way discord works all admins can see into tickets regardless of this.
To set a Support role go to the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> General Options -> Support Team Roles.

Just telling you what I do for roles. Personally I just edit the channel and make the role not be able to view the channel. I use this for tickets with sensitive user info that shouldnt be public beyond an admin level. In my case my transcripts can be seen by all supporter roles as well so I have to clean the ticket before I close it in order to not have that info in the transcript as well.
So I have to edit it everytime?
I mean ... If you do as the supporters here said and add roles into the cpanel then yes afaik you cant exclude a role on $remove however I havent tried it tbh

What Im saying is for instance I have supporter and admin roles listed in cpanel for tickets. Sometimes theres info that I dont want supporters to have or its a complaint against a supporter. So I just do as I said and mark supporter role not to view

The issue i ran into was closing a ticket and deleting it didn't ensure the user saw the admins responses
Dm'in them a transcript fixed that for us anyway.

Ah gotcha. I suggested awhile ago tickets that have no text from the ticket opener in a certain period of time auto close maybe they could add your idea as well if they do mine. Would be useful to have that in my circumstances as well however I'm sure I would have to blacklist a lot of ppl because they don't take hints well

I am trying to setup one of my ticket panels to stop people from sending messages once the ticket is closed. However the bot applies both opened and closed ticket perms on creation of the ticket.

Yes, and likewise with the closed permissions, the Read Messages perm was green tick and Send Messages perm was red cross
On open, the perms would both set at the same time and cancel each other out

We got a World of warcraft server where we try to limit toxic trolls and people have to prove their identity. We manually have to add roles to every new user. If we could make that step easier for us, it would be insane as we got ~8000 users.

Multipanels are a premium feature
that allow for a single panel with multiple reactions to open different tickets.
Premium users can combine multiple panels into one multipanel.
First of all you will need to assign a different Create Ticket Reaction for each Panel. Run $help reaction to learn how to do it.
Next, find the IDs of each panel you wish to combine. You can find them in your Panel Configs in the Dashboard
Next, send the multipanel to a channel using $panel [id1] [id2] {id3} ....
e.g. $panel 1 2 4 17 35 to combine panels 1, 2, 4, 17 and 35.
Up to 10 panels may be combined.

It should be able to remove the reactions if everything is correct and functioning, however at times, if users spam the reaction, or they spam it when the bot is offline, it will stack up.

All they would need to do is make a lifetime selfhosted plan if they would want to. Even if it is for 100-150 im sure plenty of servers would pay that as 150 is pretty much nothing for a full custom bot.

Hey, when I click on the emote to open a ticket, the bot doesn't create a channel
If the bot is not working properly, try the following steps:

Run the $debug command in your server, to check the permissions of the bot. Send the link you get to us.

Check if you have any Blacklisted Roles in your Server Configs. Any roles listed there will not be able to use the bot / create tickets.
-
While you're in your Server Configs , make sure that you don't have the premium bot enabled, without actually having premium or the bot on the server.
These are the most common issues. If your problem still exists, you can go to our Troubleshooting Page for more fixes.

Make sure that Ticket Tool can read and write in the channel you are attempting to run commands in. Run the command @Ticket Tool#4843 debug to see Ticket Tools list of permissions in that given channel.
Make sure you're using the correct prefix for Ticket Tool, Ticket Tools default prefix is $ Run the command @Ticket Tool#4843 debug to see Ticket Tools prefix for your server
If ticket tool is offline please contact Ticket Tool support with your server ID so we can fix it asap.

You will possibly need to relog. Look below to see steps on how to relog.
First, you will need to go to the dashboard. Once your there, click on your avatar on the top right. after you clicked it, you will see button that says Logout. You must click that. Once you have logged out, you can log back in.
You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.

- Server Administrator
- Dashboard Role

This Feature is very Sensitive, it has to be the Exact Name.
Ex: My Role On the Server: CoolStaff

So I created a category for my tickets to go, but if a member clicks for a ticket, the category doesn't appear for them, which prevents them from accessing the ticket channel they created... How do I fix this?
edit your category permissions or into the panel settings you edit the permissions for the User I believe

actually the category should not be the problem , check that the ticket permissions for "User" in the panel settings are correct and it will work (like allow Read Messages and Send Messagss)

Users however may use a second or third panel (Varying on the server) to use them for reports.

To change the reaction at all for a single panel you have to have premium, so in this case to have it like a mutli panel in one embed is highly likely a premium feature only.

You can do this one of two ways.
1 - In the "Ticket Options ---> Ticket Message" you can try {@Rolenamehere}.
2 - In the "Ticket Options ---> Ticket Message" you can do <@roleidhere>.
Both ways have seemed to work.
Make sure the bot has permissions via it's role. If you are having difficulty seeing it through the "Manage Server" panel:

I don't believe this works through pinging a role, if you want you can try to do either {@Role Name} or attempt <@&roleid>. (First option is case sensitive)
If those don't work, you will have to work with the variables in the Tag Documents, which can be found at the bottom.

Refer to this, if you are having teouble sending it, pick a channel from the dropdown after you have created the panel and click "send", just make sure tje bot has permissions to send messages there.

And I can longer find the ticket
The admin would have to have fully have closed it, otherwise it registers you still have one opened. If you still have your user on the channel it registers as "your ticket" and cannot create another if they have a ticket limit set for users. The way to close it would be through the channel intial ticket message, or a command by $close.
Normally this happens if the admin removes your access by removing permissions for your account to see the channel and not through the bot.
The other option is you can ask a admin with perms to run the command in the channel by doing $add {userid} without the brackets, or they can simply reopen it on the second embed the bot sends when the ticket is closed.
