about 90 restarted without an issue (if the crashed shards were indeed the ones having problems)

The premium bot will become unfunctional after its expiry.
It will stop working after your server loses your 'Premium Status'.

It depends, if you need it now I can force update your shard now.
It could take upto an hour as i'm slowly restarting on servers.

A ticket limit may be set per panel to prevent users from spamming tickets. By default this limit is set to 3. Once a user hits this limit the bot will notify the users that they reached the limit.
To set a ticket limit go to the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> General Options -> Ticket Limit

To disable the premium bot you will have to go to the Dashboard -> Server Configs -> Premium bot -> And on the right-hand side disable the "Use Premium Bot" setting.
Premium features will still work on the normal bot.

you got banned then the user permission gets deleted

Everything worked fine until today but around 12h when you click on the reaction the ticket doesn't open or close. So I kick the bot and reinvite, except that I can't manage it anymore even if it's on the server, I put the admin perms on it to make sure it's not coming from that but nothing has changed (I let it have the admin perms). Tout marché très bien jusqu’à aujourd'hui mais au alentour de 12h quand on clique sur la réaction le ticket ne s'ouvre pas ou ne se ferme pas. J'ai donc kick le bot et réinviter, sauf que je ne peut plus le gérer même si il est sur le serveur, je lui ai mis les perms admin pour être sur que ca ne vienne pas de ça mais rien n'a changé (je lui ai laissé les perms admin). Since you're not the only one having issues with the bot right now, this is probably just the bot having problems on some shards.

The bot should be back online in all shards.
While the bot was down (I didn't know it was at first), I manually deleted a ticket channel that was empty, and now the web panel shows 1 open ticket too many. How can I fix this ?
The dashboard stats are currently outdated, that issue won't affected the bot and will fix itself next time a ticket is opened by the bot.

you know where you can use the view server as role, well im using that to 'create a ticket' but its not allowing me to see the ticket channel as a member, however its allowing me and my staff members too

I found that using the words of the emoji doesnt show up unless you save then go back into the reaction settings. Last time I did it my emojis did show up though. May have to scroll

A ticket limit may be set per panel to prevent users from spamming tickets. By default this limit is set to 3. Once a user hits this limit the bot will notify the users that they reached the limit.

Any role you put there will have full access to the ticket tool dashboard. The server owner and users with admin permissions already have access to the dashboard.

When I react to the panel it doesn't create the ticket. Any clue on what I could be doing wrong?
If the bot is not working properly, try the following steps:

Run the $debug command in your server, to check the permissions of the bot. Send the link you get to us.

Check if you have any Blacklisted Roles in your Server Configs. Any roles listed there will not be able to use the bot / create tickets.

While you're in your Server Configs , make sure that you don't have the premium bot enabled, without actually having premium or the bot on the server.
These are the most common issues. If your problem still exists, you can go to our Troubleshooting Page for more fixes.

Well you setup the panels as normal, and I believe it takes the first panels information to create the description, footer, etc.

Hi, my ticket tool was working fine, but since couple of days, whenI close a ticket, the bot successfully change permission and ticket name, but it doesnt move the ticket anymore. What could be wrong?
I fixed the bug with two step being disabled.
I updated how it worked a day ago and it had a bug that it no longer deleted tickets.

what I changed was, it now runs the close action before it does delete so you always have access to both events.
eg.. dm on close will now work if two step is disabled.

Discord has a limit of 50 channels per category.
you will either need to create another category or delete/move some tickets.
Ticket Tool supports setting multiple fallback categories.

I was curious Josiah. My tt will close the ticket send the transcript save the transcript then say who closed the ticket in the ticket channel
That last actions not included in the transcripts on either side I assume because of the order the actions are taken. This is intended? Since I use my manager-log channel it doesnt matter much to me but sometimes a user might want to know in their transcript who closed their ticket
Just happens to work like that, I've applied a change to my code and it will be pushed next time I update.
