The first thing you will need to do is invite the premium bot, an invite can be found here
Once the bot is in your server we will head to the dashboard and manage your server. When you are managing your server, you want to head into "Server Configs" then click the drop down menu under "Select the bot you would like to use on this server" then click "Ticket Tool#6207" and then save.

Next, find the IDs of each panel you wish to combine. You can find them in your Panel Configs in the Dashboard
Next, send the multipanel to a channel using $panel [id1] [id2] {id3} ....
e.g. $panel 1 2 4 17 35 to combine panels 1, 2, 4, 17 and 35.
Up to 10 panels may be combined.

You can create a Command, you can execute it and the bot response with an Custom Message that you need to set up on the "Tag".

Give the bot temporary Admin and execute the "Debug" Command.
It has admin already but won't respond to the debug cmd, I also made sure I use the correct prefix.

One of the events setting the bots status would fail randomly causing the bot to crash, I've removed the unused status event and will continue to monitor the bot to verify the issues been solved.

(The event was shardResume and it was using client.user.setPresence and running into a connection issue randomly Tried to send packet <Presence data here> but no WebSocket is available etc..
I'm not 100% sure why I was setting the presence in shardResume since it wasn't changing anything.. so I've just removed it.

First, you will need to go to the dashboard. Once your there, click on your avatar on the top right. after you clicked it, you will see button that says Logout. You must click that. Once you have logged out, you can log back in.

The panel message is where people react to make a ticket. To customize it head over to your Dashboard --> Panel Configs -> Settings -> Panel Options -> Edit Panel Message

But when i close a ticket and confirm, the bot will send an embed with 3 reacts(save transcript;reopen ticket;close ticket)

Discord changed it's permissions a little while back, and without the Manage Roles permissions it's unable to correctly edit a channels permissions. You would have seen it working but in my logs I was getting a large number of errors from discord.
You don't need to give it Admin, just make sure the Ticket Tool role has the needed permissions.

I got the same message today, some how my ticket tool lost it's admin perms on the role.
Once I readded admin it fixed the issue.
The audit log didn't show when it lost the perms so I think it might have been my dyno bot doing a member thing on it as it had gotten given the member role.
do your command $debug in the transcript channel to get a log telling you if its good to go or not

With premium that is possible. For free version the fastest would be typing '$transcript #channel' and '$delete'

You will possibly need to relog. Look below to see steps on how to relog.
First, you will need to go to the dashboard. Once your there, click on your avatar on the top right. after you clicked it, you will see button that says Logout. You must click that. Once you have logged out, you can log back in.
You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
- Server Owner
- Server Administrator
- Dashboard Role

My ticket window shows that it is trying to ping my role but I still dont get a ding. I made sure the bot has permission to allow the member to @ people. If i make a ticket and it does @leaden rose then it works but not when other people open a ticket and the roles are @ tagged. Anything I am overlooking here?

Any role you assign as a blacklisted role won't be able to use commands or reactions.
Go to your Dashboard -> Server Configs. There you will find the option to select blacklisted roles.
Note: Don't forget to save.
Huh didnt know we could do that. I just disallow a role I assign them from viewing the ticket channel itself. Will have to look into blacklisting later on

The public announcements shows what we know. We have ideas, but nothing for certain. We thought we fixed it last outage, but ig that didnt go too well or it could be discords api that is reporting to be having technical difficulties. SO there are multiple reasons why the bot could be dowm
and once we have a 110% confirmation that the bot should not be having more outages, then we will announce that. But right now, we are waiting it out
so erm when the bot is back how do i limit the support to only 1 role for example support role BUT ALLOW us to jump in if needed (basically i dont want people on the member list except those who are doing the ticket ie claimed etc
