Next, find the IDs of each panel you wish to combine. You can find them in your Panel Configs in the Dashboard
Next, send the multipanel to a channel using $panel [id1] [id2] {id3} ....
e.g. $panel 1 2 4 17 35 to combine panels 1, 2, 4, 17 and 35.
Up to 10 panels may be combined.

@jade topaz check general settings in your panel, make sure 2 step ticket is enabled.
@rotund kite 2 step is enabled, but the actual "channel" it created was deleted before the ticket was closed, so although the channel isn't there, it's as if there's an open ticket floating around
It could only be somebody deleted the channel or somebody used the $delete command

You will possibly need to relog. Look below to see steps on how to relog.
First, you will need to go to the dashboard. Once your there, click on your avatar on the top right. after you clicked it, you will see button that says Logout. You must click that. Once you have logged out, you can log back in.
You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
- Server Owner
- Server Administrator
- Dashboard Role

It's just to confirm the closing of the ticket. If you click on the x those emojis disappear again
You can disable that in general options of your panel settings "Two Step Close"

does anyone here have a setup for a customer closing the ticket and wanting to reopen it later? the way it's setup on our server is that it goes into a private channel called "closed tickets" and of course it boots out the customer and gives them the Clyde bot error when they try to type again.
@vestal owl that suggestion you made is an option. it's in the settings somewhere but it lets you choose which channel a "closed ticket" goes to
you can also disable the deleting emoji/text showing up
if the closed ticket removes the user from the ticket, it can only be opened by someone that has access to the ticket
im fairly sure if you set the perms to allow the ticket maker to still have access to a closed ticket, they can reopen it, not 100% sure on this though

"Keep Visible" will disable any permission changes to the @everyone role, allowing everyone to see into tickets.

People cant see my "open ticket category" but when someone opens a ticket, then everyone can see it.
"Keep Visible" will disable any permission changes to the @everyone role, allowing everyone to see into tickets.
Head over to your Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings --> General Options -> Keep Visible

Premium users can combine multiple panels into one multipanel.
First of all you will need to assign a different Create Ticket Reaction for each Panel. Run $help reaction to learn how to do it.
Next, find the IDs of each panel you wish to combine. You can find them in your Panel Configs in the Dashboard
Next, send the multipanel to a channel using $panel [id1] [id2] {id3} ....
e.g. $panel 1 2 4 17 35 to combine panels 1, 2, 4, 17 and 35.
Up to 10 panels may be combined.
