Run $debug in the server, take a picture of the debug.

Multipanels are a premium feature
that allow for a single panel with multiple reactions to open different tickets.
Premium users can combine multiple panels into one multipanel.
First of all you will need to assign a different Create Ticket Reaction for each Panel. Run $help reaction to learn how to do it.
Next, find the IDs of each panel you wish to combine. You can find them in your Panel Configs in the Dashboard
Next, send the multipanel to a channel using $panel [id1] [id2] {id3} ....
e.g. $panel 1 2 4 17 35 to combine panels 1, 2, 4, 17 and 35.
Up to 10 panels may be combined.
And make sure if you are using free, don't use premium.

no. the bot sites have an api so it records it automatically so you dont have to use the links. one you do $vote link thats it.
You need to click on it again after a few minutes and then you created a ticket

I have it set to support team only and no allowed or disabled roles assigned. Under "general options" I do have the moderator role.

Then check if you have any permissions overrides there
Any role you assign as a blacklisted role won't be able to use commands or reactions.
Go to your Dashboard -> Server Configs. There you will find the option to select blacklisted roles.
Note: Don't forget to save.

To disable the premium bot you will have to go to the Dashboard -> Server Configs -> Premium bot -> And on the right-hand side disable the "Use Premium Bot" setting.

The panel message is where people react to make a ticket. To customize it head over to your Dashboard --> Panel Configs -> Settings -> Panel Options -> Edit Panel Message

Hey there. My premium is set to expire in about a month and I am considering renewing. If it expires and I don't renew, what happens to my existing panels and the ticket message? Are all the premium elements (such as the color, footer, etc) removed?
The panels will be the same i think. The inside message will be cut to the limit

I'm sure this has been asked a million times, I've tried the search function too to no avail - we have 4 tickettool panels set up on our server, every so often the panel will just collect 📩 reactions - is there a way to prevent this? It's not a major problem, I can just remove them, just interested as to why.

Is bot offline?
If the bot is not working properly, try the following steps:

Run the $debug command in your server, to check the permissions of the bot. Send the link you get to us.

Check if you have any Blacklisted Roles in your Server Configs. Any roles listed there will not be able to use the bot / create tickets.

While you're in your Server Configs , make sure that you don't have the premium bot enabled, without actually having premium or the bot on the server.

Make sure that Ticket Tool can read and write in the channel you are attempting to run commands in. Run the command @Ticket Tool#4843 debug to see Ticket Tools list of permissions in that given channel.
Make sure you're using the correct prefix for Ticket Tool, Ticket Tools default prefix is $ Run the command @Ticket Tool#4843 debug to see Ticket Tools prefix for your server
If ticket tool is offline please contact Ticket Tool support with your server ID so we can fix it asap.

I just figured out a work around. But the one I was having issues with the Fortnite comp panel

Well the way my server is, they have to have the clan member role to be able to tryout for the comp team. We happen to have game roles for each game channel, that will unlock them if you have that role. So I was able to disable the fortnite role and enable the clan member role

Make sure that Ticket Tool can read and write in the channel you are attempting to run commands in. Run the command @Ticket Tool#4843 debug to see Ticket Tools list of permissions in that given channel.

If ticket tool is offline please contact Ticket Tool support with your server ID so we can fix it asap.

A support role lets your support team see into tickets with out having to add them manually to each and every ticket.
You can add as many support roles as you like per panel.
NOTE that the way discord works all admins can see into tickets regardless of this.
To set a Support role go to the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> General Options -> Support Team Roles.

Actually gave the bot individual perm by using "add member" yet won't respond
To disable the premium bot you will have to go to the Dashboard -> Server Configs -> Premium bot -> And on the right-hand side disable the "Use Premium Bot" setting.
Premium features will still work on the normal bot.

The first thing you will need to do is invite the premium bot, an invite can be found here
Once the bot is in your server we will head to the dashboard and manage your server. When you are managing your server, you want to head into "Server Configs" then click the drop down menu under "Select the bot you would like to use on this server" then click "Ticket Tool#6207" and then save.

The panel message is where people react to make a ticket. To customize it head over to your Dashboard --> Panel Configs -> Settings -> Panel Options -> Edit Panel Message

How do I delete a ticket when the user deleted the channel before I could close the ticket?
It is still showing up as open on my dashboard.
But the command to close it isn't working because I didn't do it IN the ticket channel that my user deleted.

If the bot is not working properly, try the following steps:

Check if you have any Blacklisted Roles in your Server Configs. Any roles listed there will not be able to use the bot / create tickets.

While you're in your Server Configs , make sure that you don't have the premium bot enabled, without actually having premium or the bot on the server.

It should have Color, and then enter the HEX code of the color you would like for the embed.

the transkript comes into the transkript channel.
Transcripts are a downloadable version of the ticket
Logging is the actions of the ticket
umm...i try create right panel after testing and now when i send all my panels on 1 channel and I'll write command $panel 1 2 3 4 the panel is creating but without reactions :/ What can be a problem?
