Hey, when closing a ticket it automatically deletes it instead of closing it properly? I made sure that the category to move closed tickets to is set and permissions work. (The ticket log is in the same category and the bot writes to it without issues.)

Why sends the bot the transcripts in the ticket-channelI have added the bot to my server and wanted to have the transcripts created and then posted in another channel, until now the transcript itself is only posted in the respective channel and in the "support-log" channel only messages arrive where it says that someone has created or closed a ticket, for example. Is it possible to send the whole transcript with the "free-bot" to another channel? The transcript channel is already set to the correct channel in the settings, but the transcripts do not arrive there.

If I read the docs correctly this is just the category in which closed tickets are placed. This sets the category tickets are put inside when the ticket is closed. or vise versa.

The ticket tool bot was working perfectly fine earlier when i was testing it, now everytime u try using the ping it doesn't do anything and the bot is just dull. it doesnt show up in the server members/list but on the dasboard it says manage and not invite. I kicked it and invited again but its still same issue, i checked everything like perms and roles but theres nothing wrong with it

hey, can someone give me the Link for inviting tt premium bot?
This morning someone created a ticket, sent a message containing a question (which someone in our admin team saw), but was somehow able to fully delete the message before the rest of us could get back (they then closed the ticket, and we have the transcript, which is empty). This is concerning because they shouldn't have permissions to delete messages, as far as I can tell - everything on the panel permissions says they only have read message and send message, and there are no additional permissions for managing messages in the category. Any ideas?

Sometimes, rarely it's an issue with the message itself having something wrong my checks didn't find.
If you have an image verify its still a valid url.
Also try running $debug in the channel you're trying to send it into even if you have admin, Idk what else could be wrong.

Premium users can combine multiple panels into one multipanel.
First of all you will need to assign a different Create Ticket Reaction for each Panel. Run $help reaction to learn how to do it.
Next, find the IDs of each panel you wish to combine. You can find them in your Panel Configs in the Dashboard
Next, send the multipanel to a channel using $panel [id1] [id2] {id3} ....
e.g. $panel 1 2 4 17 35 to combine panels 1, 2, 4, 17 and 35.
Up to 10 panels may be combined.

@bold bobcat in this case I suggest using command style tickets with $new and turning on the delete option which is far more reliable than reactions being removed

I don't believe there is an "out of hours" feature currently. You could set the ticket limit to 0, when you want to enter out of hours. But it would be a manual process.

To disable the premium bot you will have to go to the Dashboard -> Server Configs -> Premium bot -> And on the right-hand side disable the "Use Premium Bot" setting.
Premium features will still work on the normal bot.

I cannot access the ticket tool via the webinterface it always says invite and stays there no matter if I change the browser, use privacy tab or relog on all platforms.

Log is what actions your support team or the user making the ticket has taken.
For instance: Every time a ticket is created, locked or deleted, this will be logged in a logging chat.
But the whole conversation between your support team and a user will be in the transcript.

hey, i have a quastion how do i give perms to roles so they can se the tickets?

A support role lets your support team see into tickets with out having to add them manually to each and every ticket.
You can add as many support roles as you like per panel.
NOTE that the way discord works all admins can see into tickets regardless of this.
To set a Support role go to the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> General Options -> Support Team Roles.
