Hello,
Thank you for your response.
The issue occurs on my panel.
When I click Close on a ticket and then click Cancel in the confirmation message, Discord displays "Interaction Failed".
The Close button works correctly, but the Cancel button does not.
I have attached a screenshot of the error below.
Please let me know if you need any additional information or screenshots of the panel configuration.

If you are seeing claimed tickets, in premium, they can go directly to a catergory.

I've been having trouble with ticket tools, when I react to a panel I do get a new private channel but I don't have the "read messages" right, does anyone have any idea what could cause this behavior ? I did not change tricky options (And no blacklisted roles)

@acoustic grove the point I am trying to make, is, two types of support is I think a little too much, most giant servers use just support channels, because they do not have enough staff to fulfill the order of users, so enthusiastic users can fill that, servers medium-large use ticket, but ticket has limits, and the last method is very rare, but there is this mod-mail system using a bot, a bot creates a string or something, and staff can answer on the bot.

First of all you will need to assign a different Create Ticket Reaction for each Panel. Run $help reaction to learn how to do it.

Next, send the multipanel to a channel using $panel [id1] [id2] {id3} ....

You will possibly need to relog. Look below to see steps on how to relog.
First, you will need to go to the dashboard. Once your there, click on your avatar on the top right. after you clicked it, you will see button that says Logout. You must click that. Once you have logged out, you can log back in.

I have, but it still seem to not work. I've even loaded some of the individual panels on their own and it still limits users to one.

so I did redo the multi panel command but I see the issue now.
So it is not dming you "Ticket Limit Reached" so that means it is not actually stopping you because theres a limit. It is stopping you because there is a time limit for how long the wait is for one person to create a ticket.
Ex.
I create a ticket, it opened, I need to wait 30 seconds to open another one.
and I removed myself from the server so your all good.

Hello, I have a problem... Well, you probably could already guess that much since I'm here. I am on many different gaming servers. Some of them use bots, just like the ticket tool bot. But I never see descriptions. I tried all options and don't know the reason for this....

Hi, how come my closed tickets not always move to the closed category? In my settings I have the correct category it should move to. After 50 tickets it just stops moving them automatically to the correct closed ticket category. Anyone?
Discord limits categories to 50 channels
The best option to set multiple closed categories so if one filled up the other will be used.
Discord also has a 500 channel total limit
