The Drop-down menu or Select Menu replaces the buttons on your panel message and uses a drop-down menu with all of your panels. To set this up, go to your Panel Configs and select your main Panel.
First you enable Select Style. Then you add an item in the Dropdown Editor. Now you can start editing your dropdown!
Each line in the dropdown editor represents a line in the drop down menu on discord. You can add more "Items", by clicking on 

First you select a panel. That's the panel this option will open a ticket for.
DONT select the same panel twice. Each option should have a different Panel 
After that, you can put a Display. This is the title of this option and will appear in the drop down menu. The *Description can be set right after that, which will be below the title in grey.
Additionally you can select an emoji, that will be shown in front of each option. You can either manually input the ID of an emoji or select it in the selector.
- Panel doesn't send? Make sure you have a valid emoji selected
- Option doesn't show up? Check if two options have the same panel in the DropDown Editor

The ticket name is the default channel name of all tickets. To edit it, go to your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Ticket. There you can edit the channel name of opened and closed tickets. You can also use variables in there.

How can I make it so my members can open more than 1 ticket
There are mainly two ways to limit how many tickets an individual user can create:
You can restrict the amount a user can open across all your panels by following these steps:
> 1. Open the Server Configs tab in your server's dashboard
> 2. Update the Global Ticket Limit field
> 3. Save changes
Secondarily you can also set a limit per panel, meaning that a single user can open a certain amount of tickets on the given panel. Note that the Global Limit takes precedence upon Panel Limit, to set the latter follow this procedure:
> 1. Open the Panel Configs in your server's dashboard
> 2. Open the Limits options menu
> 3. Update the Open tickets each user counter
> 4. Save changes
When the Open tickets all users limit is hit, users won't be able to create more tickets.

First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the panel configs on the dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.
Once you've created a panel on the dashboard you will need to send it to a channel using send on the dashboard.

Ahhh help, I’m trying to fix up the tickets where I can separate out boosters from others so we can prioritize booster tickets but I’m not sure how I can do that, or is there anyway I can set it up to where only booster roles can interact with a certain panel, I do have premium if that helps
You can totally make a panel that only boosters can open! It can be in a channel only they can see, or the button/command can have the booster role as its allowed role.

Permissions! In Panel Configs, to go permissions. There's a button for opened permissions and closed permissions for the support team, owner, additional roles, and everyone else!

For more convenient use of multipanels, you can now combine panels on the dashboard. This will allow you to directly send the multipanel from the dashboard or via the $panel ID command.
You can find this setting on the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Panel -> Attached Panels
Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panel's box (If you do this, it will create a duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.

We can not do anything to fix a ratelimit imposed by discord. You can try to use thread style tickets to get around it

Ticket tool wont be able to move any more channels to your closed category.
I'd recommend deleting some tickets or setting up an overflow category
Discord only allows to stack up to 50 channels per category, meaning that if you have already 50 tickets in one category, the bot won't be able to place a ticket in that category, for such reason Ticket Tool counts with overflow categories, meaning that if your main category is filled, the bot will go ahead and place the ticket on the next one available, simply choose a second category in the category pickers:

Hi. So I use the regular ticket tool bot, I closed and deleted a ticket in my server (I have discord admin rights) and didnt save the transcript but meant to. Is there anyway to recover that ticket transcript or is it lost into the abyss now?

Claiming allows you to change the ticket name, category and permissions. To use it you have to enable it first on your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Claiming
Then why in a server do they not have premium and have claiming.
If they're using claiming, they have premium
They don't have premium.
Then they're not using Ticket Tool's claiming feature

Is there a way I can access the archive of a ticket? I think I ticket I had was closed before I could see the answer
unless a transcript of that ticket was generated then no, i'd say to reach out to that servers team again and see if they have a copy

that'll mean that you don't have any of the permissions required to access the dashboard. You'll need either the Administrator permission in one of your roles, or have an allowed dashboard role
Any role you put there will have full access to the ticket tool dashboard. The server owner and users with admin permissions already have access to the dashboard.
Be careful of which roles to put here
How see ticket history
You can view a closed tickets history through a transcript. Although if one wasn't generated then you won't be able to view the history if the ticket was deleted

I see it ping the role, but they don't get added. If I manually ping the role in the ticket then anyone with the support role gets added

I’m a little confused as to if I set up my automation correctly and if someone can point out where I did wrong that would be wonderful. I have it set like this currently and the goal is that after our support team answers, we will put in a cooldown channel so the ticket owner wouldn’t be able to open another ticket within 12 hours to avoid ticket spamming and for some reason automation is running itself even if no one talked in the ticket yet which is strange

Anyone know how to make the bot ping a certain role when a ticket is made
1. Open your Panel Configs tab in your server's dashboard
2. Select the panel you want to ping your support team on
3. Open the Ticket options menu
4. Click on Edit Ticket Message
5. In the Message Content use one of the role mention syntax ({@Role Name}/{Role ID})
6. Save changes
Note: For this to work properly, Ticket Tool requires the Mention Everyone permission. Or the role must have the Allow anyone to @mention this role setting enabled

but when I type $new ${userid} apply to staff a support ticket opens instead of an "apply to staff" ticket.
If I understand correctly, only one panel can be opened with /new per channel.
You’d have to have Ticket Tool watch a different channel.
But I may be mistaken!

If you're recieving the error "You don't have permission to use this", please check the following:
Panel Configs -> Buttons -> Create Ticket -> Support team only 
Turning this off means that anyone can use this button.
If you're still getting the error, check
Panel Configs -> Buttons -> Create Ticket -> Disabled roles.
Roles here won't be able to use the button

How do I make it so the form is shown in the actual ticket?
A Discord Form lets the user answer individual questions in a pop-up Form, which then displays the answers in the ticket message. This can save time if you already know what you want to ask the user.
Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options. In the new pop-up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the Discord form. This is a Discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line, and also the option to have the answer required.
Question Title ➞ Your Question goes here
Question Placeholder ➞ The placeholder text in the input field
Required ➞ If enabled, the user has to answer this question, to submit the form
Multi-Line Input ➞ Allows the user to input multiple lines
Minimum and Maximum Input ➞ Set a minimum and maximum input value for the user
To display the answers from the user, you need to enable Auto display form results on the ticket message as an additional embed
If you don't want a second embed, go into your Panel Configs > Ticket Options > Edit Ticket Message. You use the variable {create.form.x} and replace x with the number of your question. For example, the response to Question 5 can be displayed with {create.form.5}.

How to set up like this?
For more convenient use of multipanels, you can now combine panels on the dashboard. This will allow you to directly send the multipanel from the dashboard or via the $panel ID command.
You can find this setting on the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Panel -> Attached Panels
Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panel's box (If you do this, it will create a duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.

I assume you mean theyre not moving to the category you wanted, could you check how many channels are in your closed category?

If a category has more than 45 channels ticket tool will fail to move to them.
Try clearing some tickets and seeing if that fixes the issue

Hi there, I have a problem with the dropdown menu and selecting its items. I have two categories in the dropdown menu, and if the menu was just updated, the placeholder text is there and I can select any category just fine. But if I've already selected and opened a ticket from, say, the Support category, I can't open a Support ticket again and the placeholder text is gone. Is there a fix for this? Thanks

With Ticket Tool's automation, you'll be able to customize your ticket system workflow! Using the Automation Editor you can:
- Chose out of 6 different triggers
- Set a Message Watcher to wait for a message for a given time, or to wait for the absence of them
- Add delays on the execution of actions after the trigger or watcher finds a message!
Automations can be stopped, by running the /automation stop command inside the ticket you want it to stop in. Restart it with /automation start You'll also be able to view the current status of the automations with /automation.
- Automation is on ALPHA TESTING PHASE, things might work unexpectedly or not at all.
- Any automation will run for a maximum of 7 days or until the ticket is closed, afterward, it will stop checking
+ You can have 5 automations per panel

How do i get a ticket to ping roles when its created?
1. Open your Panel Configs tab in your server's dashboard
2. Select the panel you want to ping your support team on
3. Open the Ticket options menu
4. Click on Edit Ticket Message
5. In the Message Content use one of the role mention syntax ({@Role Name}/{Role ID})
6. Save changes
Note: For this to work properly, Ticket Tool requires the Mention Everyone permission. Or the role must have the Allow anyone to @mention this role setting enabled

make sure ticket tool has at least these permissions in that channel, View Channel, Send Messages, and Embed Links

Can you make sure you're using the correct panel and that you've saved your changes seeing as the photo of the message editor you sent is completely different rather than just the role not being pinged

it still didnt work
Could you check what number appears here and then try using $panel followed by that number and retrying

Right now it is setup so everyone can see it
Head over to your Dashboard➞ Panel Configs ➞ Permission Options ➞ Everyone Role Opened/Closed and customize the base permissions for everyone in your tickets.
Note: This set of permissions may be affected by the overrides of Support Team, Additional Roles, and User permissions.

Is it your server? Are you an administrator?
You need to ensure that Ticket Tool has all the perms that it needs, otherwise it will not be able to see and respond to commands. (Usually shown by a "The application did not respond" error).
When first invited to your server, Ticket Tool should have the permissions shown below in order to ensure an appropriate functioning:
When customizing permissions for the different ticket participants, you must make sure Ticket Tool has the permissions you want it to grant to others, you can learn more about this here.
Missing Permissions
This error is a direct outcome of the bot missing permissions as depicted above. When troubleshooting this error we suggest you go through these steps:
- Use the </debug:1029783024264564765> command to check if the bot is lacking core role or channel permissions.
- Compare the category/channel's overrides and contrast them with the bot's roles to identify any permission denial that is breaking the functioning
- If you can't still figure it out, let our <@&540295656720302081> know so they can guide you through
- If you are a server administrator and would like to understand more how to set up your server's permissions, we suggest checking the Discord Support Knowledge Base

You are not an admin,
You must either be Server Owner, Server Administrator, or have a role that has been given explicit Dashboard Access.
Any role you put there will have full access to the ticket tool dashboard. The server owner and users with admin permissions already have access to the dashboard.
Be careful of which roles to put here
Once any of these 3 conditions are met, then you should be able to configure your bot.
