Hi there! What exactly are you trying to do?
Trying to make a ticket tool so people can create tickets in my server?
First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the panel configs on the dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.
Once you've created a panel on the dashboard you will need to send it to a channel using send on the dashboard.
Select the channel you want your panel to be created in and click send.

Hi everyone, I need help with something I'm having trouble setting up. I want each button to be a ticket type that only a specific role can see.
Example:
The Report Ticket would be visible only to agents with the Report role.
The Purchase Ticket would be visible only to agents with the Purchase role.
How can I do this?
For each panel, under menu -> General -> Support team roles, set the roles as youve outlined above.
After that you can make use of multipanels to add buttons for more panels
For more convenient use of multipanels, you can now combine panels on the dashboard. This will allow you to directly send the multipanel from the dashboard or via the $panel ID command.
You can find this setting on the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Panel -> Attached Panels
Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panel's box (If you do this, it will create a duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.

If Ticket Tool is missing one of the needed permissions it won't be able to properly manage the tickets, leading to the mentioned error. Run $debug within the channel you are facing the issue, any permission marked by the bot as :x: is missing for proper functioning.
Note that Ticket Tool, or any other bot, isn't able to grant or deny any permission to anyone if it doesn't have it within its permissions, such as a regular user. If within your Permission Options you marked Send TTS Messages and/or Use External Emojis as

and Ticket Tool doesn't have those permissions within its role (since they aren't needed to the basic functioning) the bot won't be able to assign the overrides you have specified.
To fix this, grant the mentioned permissions to the bot or mark them as

Its a premium feature, but you can change the ticket name by going to Menu -> Ticket -> Ticket opened channel name

I am looking to use the Ticket bot and set up something like an ordering system.
Therefore i want to include the following buttons in the ticket, after it has been openend.
- Send Order
This should be clicked by the customer after he put in the kind and amount of ordered crates.
The button then should ping the support team so they know, that they have to work in the ticket and process the order.
I got many more questions, but this would be a good start! 😄

You could use the forms feature so that they have to fill out before the ticket is created, but you can't create your own buttons
A Discord Form lets the user answer individual questions in a pop-up Form, which then displays the answers in the ticket message. This can save time if you already know what you want to ask the user.
Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options. In the new pop-up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the Discord form. This is a Discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line, and also the option to have the answer required.
Question Title ➞ Your Question goes here
Question Placeholder ➞ The placeholder text in the input field
Required ➞ If enabled, the user has to answer this question, to submit the form
Multi-Line Input ➞ Allows the user to input multiple lines
Minimum and Maximum Input ➞ Set a minimum and maximum input value for the user
To display the answers from the user, you need to enable Auto display form results on the ticket message as an additional embed
If you don't want a second embed, go into your Panel Configs > Ticket Options > Edit Ticket Message. You use the variable {create.form.x} and replace x with the number of your question. For example, the response to Question 5 can be displayed with {create.form.5}.

Hey! You can use the {Role ID} variable in your ticket message to ping a role.
Go to Menu -> Message -> Edit Ticket Message, and inside your message content paste the Role ID variable
(Make sure to replace the text with your supports role)

Once a category has 45 channels, ticket tool can no longer create a channel inside it

Alternatively, you can send the panel, and next to the embed there'll be a "x" button to delete it.

Hey there! Transcript links expire after 24h. Simply use the "Direct Link" button again to generate a nee link.
If this transcript was created before the button was implemented, you will need to download the HTML file to view the transcript
Since the server im hosting a rb tickets are rare but otherr server has recently tickets coming. We usually save the ticket links to our google docs that if needed we can go back to them. So on documention side how would that work if i would want to look a ticket made a example year ago and has already got lost in the discord transcrip channel. Would i just need to try find the old ticket. Sorry if my questions are dum xD
Well, the transcript link should have the channel name in it. So you can copy that and use Discord's search feature to look up the specifc ticket transcript

It's still not working. When a ticket is opened, one of the roles I want is showing in permissions for the open ticket but the other role isn't showing therefore they can't see the ticket

Hi, is there a way for me as a server user to view a transcript of a ticket I opened on the server? I mean, is there a way to see the entire transcript history? The one I'm looking for isn't listed in the one sent to the internal server.
Unless you used /transcript or a transcripted was generated, then no unfortunately. Ticket tool only formats the data, data itself is stored in discord

This ticket is a drop-down ticket only.
This error indicates you have selected an invalid emoji, i.e. an emoji the bot isn't capable of using, in a button field
This depends upon which action the error is appearing, the most common cases are the Create Ticket button or one of your Dropdown emojis. You can visit your Button's List to find all available buttons and find the conflicting one by yourself.
- You selected an emoji that doesn't exist anymore, i.e. that has been deleted
- You wrote text there, instead of an emoji (or in addition to an emoji)
- You entered a code for a custom emoji from a server that the bot is not a member of
- You entered a custom emoji code incorrectly
- You're on iPhone and entered an emoji using the phone's emoji pad (use the emoji selector in the website instead)

When people create tickets in my server my mods can’t see it unless I manually add them but I have them in the support team roles .. can anyone help with this

You cannot, each dropdown item will open a different panel's ticket.
so how could i display all the dropdowns on a singular panel?
I would create one which will act as the "hub", meaning you don't display its ticket button. Set that one to dropdown mode. Then create panels and attach them to the "hub" panel.

Within all the messages the bot sends (both embeds and text) you can mention either channels, roles, or even users, these mentions will only send a notification to the user if they are used within a text field, e.g: a role mentioned in an embed won't ping at all the users who have that role.
For mentioning a role you can use one out of three options:
{@Role Name} ➞ Which is Case Sensitive.
{RoleID} ➞ Replace RoleId with the Id of the role you are trying to ping.
<@&RoleID> ➞ Discord's native syntax to ping roles.
<#ChannelID> ➞ Mention a channel by its ID.
<@UserID> ➞ Mention a user by its ID.

Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options. In the new pop-up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the Discord form. This is a Discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line, and also the option to have the answer required.

Required ➞ If enabled, the user has to answer this question, to submit the form

Hello everyone, we are trying to configure private threads tickets. Members or roles get added there by mentioning.
We want to add moderators to the thread "loudly", but for other roles just highlight the thread without ping.
Normally this gets done by editing a message and mentioning the role in edit, but that is not quite doable here.
@silent at the beginning of the message does not work either, it just posts it verbatim.
Is there any way to add roles to ticket thread without pinging them? Some form of silent mention.
The bot has mention at-everyone enabled, it pings roles in channel-style tickets which are normally not mentionable.
Go back to your main dashboard page and use the selection at the top to select the panel for Help & inquiry then press Category.

That's impossible. Each dropdown item has to have it's own panel.
Make sure you're looking at the one linked to the second option
A panel can only be used on one item at a time

1. Open your Panel Configs tab in your server's dashboard
2. Select the panel you want to ping your support team on
3. Open the Ticket options menu
4. Click on Edit Ticket Message
5. In the Message Content use one of the role mention syntax ({@Role Name}/{Role ID})
6. Save changes
Note: For this to work properly, Ticket Tool requires the Mention Everyone permission. Or the role must have the Allow anyone to @mention this role setting enabled

That sounds to me like your server has notifications set to all messages. Or, the channel(s) in question is/are set that way. Would that be the case?

That looks like it could be the channel with your ticket panel rather than an actual ticket. Another thing to remember is that claiming tickets is a premium feature, you're using ticket tool white, which is the free bot

First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the panel configs on the dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.
Once you've created a panel on the dashboard you will need to send it to a channel using send on the dashboard.
Select the channel you want your panel to be created in and click send.

He needs to have ‘Show All Channels’ enabled in the server to move channels around

What are transcripts?
Transcripts are like a copy of that ticket that's stored so you can go back and either re-read or check something from a past ticket.
They're stored inside your discord server, and once a ticket is closed you'll have the option to create one.

How do I make several different options for a ticket like this?
The Drop-down menu or Select Menu replaces the buttons on your panel message and uses a drop-down menu with all of your panels. To set this up, go to your Panel Configs and select your main Panel.
First you enable Select Style. Then you add an item in the Dropdown Editor. Now you can start editing your dropdown!
Each line in the dropdown editor represents a line in the drop down menu on discord. You can add more "Items", by clicking on 

First you select a panel. That's the panel this option will open a ticket for.
DONT select the same panel twice. Each option should have a different Panel 
After that, you can put a Display. This is the title of this option and will appear in the drop down menu. The *Description can be set right after that, which will be below the title in grey.
Additionally you can select an emoji, that will be shown in front of each option. You can either manually input the ID of an emoji or select it in the selector.
- Panel doesn't send? Make sure you have a valid emoji selected
- Option doesn't show up? Check if two options have the same panel in the DropDown Editor

2. Select the panel you want to ping your support team on
3. Open the Ticket options menu
4. Click on Edit Ticket Message
5. In the Message Content use one of the role mention syntax ({@Role Name}/{Role ID})
6. Save changes
Note: For this to work properly, Ticket Tool requires the Mention Everyone permission. Or the role must have the Allow anyone to @mention this role setting enabled

A Discord Form lets the user answer individual questions in a pop-up Form, which then displays the answers in the ticket message. This can save time if you already know what you want to ask the user.
Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options. In the new pop-up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the Discord form. This is a Discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line, and also the option to have the answer required.
Question Title ➞ Your Question goes here
Question Placeholder ➞ The placeholder text in the input field
Required ➞ If enabled, the user has to answer this question, to submit the form
Multi-Line Input ➞ Allows the user to input multiple lines
Minimum and Maximum Input ➞ Set a minimum and maximum input value for the user
To display the answers from the user, you need to enable Auto display form results on the ticket message as an additional embed
If you don't want a second embed, go into your Panel Configs > Ticket Options > Edit Ticket Message. You use the variable {create.form.x} and replace x with the number of your question. For example, the response to Question 5 can be displayed with {create.form.5}.

Hey when we do /delete <reason>, is it possible to log the reason somewhere ?
You could put the {delete.reason} variable somewhere to reference, like the Transcript message or the actual delete message, which would be logged inside the transcript.
You could add a field to your Transcript Message embed, name that Delete Reason, then fill the content with {delete.reason}. Then this will only appear if a reason was provided.

Transcripts are only saved locally within the server or if setup the ticket owners dms
Once the transcript message itself is gone the transcript is permanently removed

Discord does not offer the ability to copy code text for mobile devices, I believe.

I think the simplest option is to have Premium and add new embeds to the Ticket Message, then make the actual Message content the response(s) from your form.
Or just put the responses inside your ticket message.
Another way could be to copy the entire embed and then paste it into the message box and then select and copy only the part you want from that?
That's what i tend to do for other bots embeds, although it is a pretty long way of doing it

idk how to make several different buttons for making a ticket like what yall got here. i've now been watching yt videos trying to figure it out, but so far i've only found how to make a basic, one-option ticket, still completely lost as to how i add those options
For more convenient use of multipanels, you can now combine panels on the dashboard. This will allow you to directly send the multipanel from the dashboard or via the $panel ID command.
You can find this setting on the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Panel -> Attached Panels
Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panel's box (If you do this, it will create a duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.

With Ticket Tool's automation, you'll be able to customize your ticket system workflow! Using the Automation Editor you can:
- Chose out of 6 different triggers
- Set a Message Watcher to wait for a message for a given time, or to wait for the absence of them
- Add delays on the execution of actions after the trigger or watcher finds a message!
Automations can be stopped, by running the /automation stop command inside the ticket you want it to stop in. Restart it with /automation start You'll also be able to view the current status of the automations with /automation.
- Automation is on ALPHA TESTING PHASE, things might work unexpectedly or not at all.
- Any automation will run for a maximum of 7 days or until the ticket is closed, afterward, it will stop checking
+ You can have 5 automations per panel
With premium you can set automations and close the ticket after x amount of time

Yes! Everytime a new ticket is created a channel or a thread will be created. Discord has a limit of 50 channels per category. We limit to 45. You can add additional categories in your dashboard to prevent that.
Discord only allows to stack up to 50 channels per category, meaning that if you have already 50 tickets in one category, the bot won't be able to place a ticket in that category, for such reason Ticket Tool counts with overflow categories, meaning that if your main category is filled, the bot will go ahead and place the ticket on the next one available, simply choose a second category in the category pickers:
