In there there'll be a panel sent by Ticket Tool with a dropdown list or a button if the server has it set up

Hi, I am currently getting a DiscordAPIError[10062]: Unknown interaction when i run /setup for a server i'm community manager for. (the reason why I know the error code is because I gotten them a lot from a bot that I code for my friend) is anyone else having issues with Ticket Tool white having issues responding at this time or is it just the server i'm setting up the bot in?

If you get the same error, then it's missing 3 key permissions. You'll need to assign View Channel, Send Messages, and Embed Links to the Ticket Tool role

Even though, this feature isn't reliable for thoroughly testing Ticket Tool considering that the tickets are created based on User roles, and that Roles permissions are only used for Support Team Roles, and Additional Roles.

For testing Ticket Tool as a user we suggest you ask a friend to open a ticket for you as a regular member would do, or use an alternative account to simulate the same process to make sure everything is set properly.

Where can I find this?

You can find this setting on the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Panel -> Attached Panels

Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panel's box (If you do this, it will create a duplicate)

This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.

How do Make a ticket

1. Invite Ticket Tool to your server

First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.

2. Create a Panel

To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the panel configs on the dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.

3. Send the Panel to a Channel

Once you've created a panel on the dashboard you will need to send it to a channel using send on the dashboard.
Select the channel you want your panel to be created in and click send.

Hey, the closest to what you want is to use a dropdown menu or buttons, then enable the forms option to set the questions for each panel and specify the category where the ticket should open for every panel

Missing Permissions

If Ticket Tool is missing one of the needed permissions it won't be able to properly manage the tickets, leading to the mentioned error. Run $debug within the channel you are facing the issue, any permission marked by the bot as :x: is missing for proper functioning.

What if everything is <:check_green:836268328640184380>?

Note that Ticket Tool, or any other bot, isn't able to grant or deny any permission to anyone if it doesn't have it within its permissions, such as a regular user. If within your Permission Options you marked Send TTS Messages and/or Use External Emojis as or and Ticket Tool doesn't have those permissions within its role (since they aren't needed to the basic functioning) the bot won't be able to assign the overrides you have specified.

To fix this, grant the mentioned permissions to the bot or mark them as inside the Permission Options menu.

Pop-up Forms

Setup Forms

Form Options

2. Create a Panel

To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the panel configs on the dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel.

3. Send the Panel to a Channel

Once you've created a panel on the dashboard you will need to send it to a channel using send on the dashboard.
Select the channel you want your panel to be created in and click send.

Inviting and Enabling Premium Bot

The first thing you will need to do is invite the premium bot, an invite can be found here

Once the bot is in your server we will head to the dashboard and manage your server. When you are managing your server, you want to head into "Server Configs" then click the drop down menu under "Select the bot you would like to use on this server" then click "Ticket Tool#6207" and then save.

Which Emoji?

This depends upon which action the error is appearing, the most common cases are the Create Ticket button or one of your Dropdown emojis. You can visit your Button's List to find all available buttons and find the conflicting one by yourself.

Why doesn't the bot accept it as valid?

• You selected an emoji that doesn't exist anymore, i.e. that has been deleted
• You wrote text there, instead of an emoji (or in addition to an emoji)
• You entered a code for a custom emoji from a server that the bot is not a member of
• You entered a custom emoji code incorrectly
• You're on iPhone and entered an emoji using the phone's emoji pad (use the emoji selector in the website instead)

Multipanels

For more convenient use of multipanels, you can now combine panels on the dashboard. This will allow you to directly send the multipanel from the dashboard or via the $panel ID command.

Where can I find this?

You can find this setting on the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Panel -> Attached Panels

Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panel's box (If you do this, it will create a duplicate)

This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.
