Within all the messages the bot sends (both embeds and text) you can mention either channels, roles, or even users, these mentions will only send a notification to the user if they are used within a text field, e.g: a role mentioned in an embed won't ping at all the users who have that role.
For mentioning a role you can use one out of three options:
{@Role Name} ➞ Which is Case Sensitive.
{RoleID} ➞ Replace RoleId with the Id of the role you are trying to ping.
<@&RoleID> ➞ Discord's native syntax to ping roles.
<#ChannelID> ➞ Mention a channel by its ID.
<@UserID> ➞ Mention a user by its ID.

You will need to put it in the message content section for it to actually ping the role.

First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the panel configs on the dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.
Once you've created a panel on the dashboard you will need to send it to a channel using send on the dashboard.
Select the channel you want your panel to be created in and click send.

See above regarding mentions, make sure to put the mention in the message content section of the ticket message or it won’t actually ping the role / user.

For more convenient use of multipanels, you can now combine panels on the dashboard. This will allow you to directly send the multipanel from the dashboard or via the $panel ID command.
You can find this setting on the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Panel -> Attached Panels

The first thing you will need to do is invite the premium bot, an invite can be found here
Once the bot is in your server we will head to the dashboard and manage your server. When you are managing your server, you want to head into "Server Configs" then click the drop down menu under "Select the bot you would like to use on this server" then click "Ticket Tool#6207" and then save.

Ticket Tool is experiencing a delay in some servers due to an issue with our connection to Discord. It appears OVH (our VPS) experienced a hardware fault after a scheduled network upgrade on their part.
There is nothing we can do at the moment as this is not our cause, nor do we have any way of fixing it. We have NO ETA because of this.
This is also unrelated to the outage yesterday,

If this is enabled, only your staff will be able to use the button.

Try to find premium features in that server, premium users usally edit their panels, embeds and everything possible.

They have 2 embeds, they have authors, custom close, custom claim, and custom closrequest, etc.

How do you get servers
Delayed Responses / Outage Notice
Some servers are experiencing either full outages or delayed response times. Our hosting provider, like yesterday's outage, is performing maintenance, causing issues with our connection to Discord.
There is nothing in our immediate ability that we can do, however, our developer is currently looking into another VPS (hosting provider) to hopefully eliminate downtime.
We have NO ETA on a full fix, though it appears this issue is mostly resolved at this point. Pinging or direct messaging staff, or being a nusiance in any chat will result in disciplinary actions. Thank you for your understanding and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

So logically it would be like navigating through the menu, once you click something on the first, 3 new options pop up
But for me once I click anything a ticket is automatically opened (which should be the last step)

That's not possible within ticket tool as ticket tool can only do a normal dropdown style
What you want is something very advanced, you may want to use sapphire with advanced dropdown in combination with ticket tool in command style tickets

Any command, no matter if its in existing tickets or just simple / ones sends this error message. I have removed and readded the bot and this is still happening
I'm not super familiar with discords layout, and i'm worried that a past moderator of the effected server might have messed with some settings that I don't know about (none of my others are having this issue)

i have a server with two communities. each having restricted categories and channels. I want tickets raised in community A to remain visible by the person who raised the ticket and the moderator alone.... same should apply to community B. tickets raised in community B should only be visible to the person who raised the ticket and community B.... no other person

I have added a new role into the support aystem, both of those roles have identical permissions...
However there are over 50 existing tickets, and they are only able to see newly generated tickets, i have spend a good chunk of my evening to look at the problem but i'm at a loss, is there a way that new supports can see existing tickets without adding them manualy, because let's be honest, that is a pain in the back side
I'm afraid not as it will only work for new tickets and can't change ticket permissions retroactively

Hello guys how do i make so that when a ticket is opened it pings the support staff role
1. Open your Panel Configs tab in your server's dashboard
2. Select the panel you want to ping your support team on
3. Open the Ticket options menu
4. Click on Edit Ticket Message
5. In the Message Content use one of the role mention syntax ({@Role Name}/{Role ID})
6. Save changes
Note: For this to work properly, Ticket Tool requires the Mention Everyone permission. Or the role must have the Allow anyone to @mention this role setting enabled
