I have a questionâŠ. Iâm making my own discord server and I would like to know how can I make that when one person make a tick of support, it makes like a private channel with the mods and only the person that want help?
First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the panel configs on the dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.
Once you've created a panel on the dashboard you will need to send it to a channel using send on the dashboard.
Select the channel you want your panel to be created in and click send.

Hello, I tried to integrate Ticket Tool with the Sapphire bot, and the integration worked, but I had activated the bot form, and with the method I used, the form is not being displayed. I looked for alternative ways and found some, but I would need the ID of the panel I'm using, and I don't see that information available anywhere
The "panel ID" is the number to the left of the panel name in the dashboard
I see that on support commands, but i didn't identify where id this number on dashboard

Hello! We are considering to switch our ticket support to @humble sequoia. We are currently using a completely different bot that is lacking customization. I had just one question. Is there an option to allow only 1 ticket to be created across all panels? If we create a multi panel, and you allow only 1 ticket to be created, it seems they can still create a second ticket when selecting the other panel.

The only way to do that would be remove the bot's access to non-ticket channels
As it's currently not possible to restrict custom commands to certain channels

Is that because you canât use {{}} within each other
{} are the start and end of a variable
they do not serve as brackets to perform mathematical operations
So if you have 2 variables, there should only be a max of 4 brackets
But again, as far as I remember (been a while since I've tested it), it's not possible to multiply variables with each other

Claiming allows you to change the ticket name, category and permissions. To use it you have to enable it first on your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Claiming

How do I make it so when a ticket is opened a specific role is pinged to help?
1. Open your Panel Configs tab in your server's dashboard
2. Select the panel you want to ping your support team on
3. Open the Ticket options menu
4. Click on Edit Ticket Message
5. In the Message Content use one of the role mention syntax ({@Role Name}/{Role ID})
6. Save changes
Note: For this to work properly, Ticket Tool requires the Mention Everyone permission. Or the role must have the Allow anyone to @mention this role setting enabled

My ticket bot works, but what's the point of naming tickets if there is no identifier when someone creates one?
You have to edit the ticket name for each panel
The ticket name is the default channel name of all tickets. To edit it, go to your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Ticket. There you can edit the channel name of opened and closed tickets. You can also use variables in there.

Maximum panels attached for multi panel is 24 (25 if you include the one you attaching too).
However how many you can create on the Dashboard I am not aware of a hard cap for panels.
As transcript files are stored in Discord in the channel you assign there is no maximum.

They should be saved by default up to i think 10 images
After reading the docs
It seems like premium is required to store images up to 8MB
does @ticket tool close work when sent by other bots? If the other bot is missing permissions it says "You don't have permissions to use this." (which sounds like its supposed to work) but if I give the bot admin perms, ticket tool does nothing

I like saving the channels idk why, i'm gonna just start doing transcripts if its an issue with the number of channels.
Thatâs the issue. Ticket Tool limits categories upto 45 channels/tickets. You either have to delete some or add more categories tickets can get into when the main one is full.
Discord only allows to stack up to 50 channels per category, meaning that if you have already 50 tickets in one category, the bot won't be able to place a ticket in that category, for such reason Ticket Tool counts with overflow categories, meaning that if your main category is filled, the bot will go ahead and place the ticket on the next one available, simply choose a second category in the category pickers:

Role permissions don't count if a channel permission is denying it
You may have changed settings from the dashboard and didn't re-send the ticket message
The bot needs View Channel, Embed links and Send message to be able to display the /debug command

This error indicates you have selected an invalid emoji, i.e. an emoji the bot isn't capable of using, in a button field
This depends upon which action the error is appearing, the most common cases are the Create Ticket button or one of your Dropdown emojis. You can visit your Button's List to find all available buttons and find the conflicting one by yourself.
- You selected an emoji that doesn't exist anymore, i.e. that has been deleted
- You wrote text there, instead of an emoji (or in addition to an emoji)
- You entered a code for a custom emoji from a server that the bot is not a member of
- You entered a custom emoji code incorrectly

The only thing close to that would be using overflow categories.
Note: This only applies when the category limit is reached.
First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the panel configs on the dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.
Once you've created a panel on the dashboard you will need to send it to a channel using send on the dashboard.
Select the channel you want your panel to be created in and click send.

How to make multiple buttons?
For more convenient use of multipanels, you can now combine panels on the dashboard. This will allow you to directly send the multipanel from the dashboard or via the $panel ID command.
You can find this setting on the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Panel -> Attached Panels
Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panel's box (If you do this, it will create a duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.

So if you need 5 ticket opening buttons you need to have to have 5 panels aswell

you can set up a very basic ticket system without dashboard but you will severely lack alot of custom options

The Drop-down menu or Select Menu replaces the buttons on your panel message and uses a drop-down menu with all of your panels. To set this up, go to your Panel Configs and select your main Panel.
First you enable Select Style. Then you add an item in the Dropdown Editor. Now you can start editing your dropdown!
Each line in the dropdown editor represents a line in the drop down menu on discord. You can add more "Items", by clicking on 

First you select a panel. That's the panel this option will open a ticket for.
DONT select the same panel twice. Each option should have a different Panel 
After that, you can put a Display. This is the title of this option and will appear in the drop down menu. The *Description can be set right after that, which will be below the title in grey.
Additionally you can select an emoji, that will be shown in front of each option. You can either manually input the ID of an emoji or select it in the selector.
- Panel doesn't send? Make sure you have a valid emoji selected
- Option doesn't show up? Check if two options have the same panel in the DropDown Editor

You need Administrator or a dashboard role set by an Administrator to be able to access the dashboard
Any role you put there will have full access to the ticket tool dashboard. The server owner and users with admin permissions already have access to the dashboard.
Be careful of which roles to put here
