Any role you put there will have full access to the ticket tool dashboard. The server owner and users with admin permissions already have access to the dashboard.
Be careful of which roles to put here
A Discord Form lets the user answer individual questions in a pop-up Form, which then displays the answers in the ticket message. This can save time if you already know what you want to ask the user.
Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options. In the new pop-up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the Discord form. This is a Discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line, and also the option to have the answer required.
Question Title â Your Question goes here
Question Placeholder â The placeholder text in the input field
Required â If enabled, the user has to answer this question, to submit the form
Multi-Line Input â Allows the user to input multiple lines
Minimum and Maximum Input â Set a minimum and maximum input value for the user
To display the answers from the user, you need to enable Auto display form results on the ticket message as an additional embed
If you don't want a second embed, go into your Panel Configs > Ticket Options > Edit Ticket Message. You use the variable {create.form.x} and replace x with the number of your question. For example, the response to Question 5 can be displayed with {create.form.5}.

hi all, ive invited the bot to a server i admin, i checked the membership list and it seems to be there, howver dashboard is saying this
Try using the Sync Servers button on your top center of the Dashboard page
You should relog from the dashboard, you can do this by clicking here to log out immediately, and then log back in
You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
1. Server Owner (Level: 6)
2. Server Administrator (Level: 4)
3. Dashboard Role (Level: 2)

Yes you can also use emotes in drop down style
The Drop-down menu or Select Menu replaces the buttons on your panel message and uses a drop-down menu with all of your panels. To set this up, go to your Panel Configs and select your main Panel.
First you enable Select Style. Then you add an item in the Dropdown Editor. Now you can start editing your dropdown!
Each line in the dropdown editor represents a line in the drop down menu on discord. You can add more "Items", by clicking on

DONT select the same panel twice. Each option should have a different Panel 
After that, you can put a Display. This is the title of this option and will appear in the drop down menu. The *Description can be set right after that, which will be below the title in grey.

- Panel doesn't send? Make sure you have a valid emoji selected
- Option doesn't show up? Check if two options have the same panel in the DropDown Editor

This error indicates you have selected an invalid emoji, i.e. an emoji the bot isn't capable of using, in a button field
This depends upon which action the error is appearing, the most common cases are the Create Ticket button or one of your Dropdown emojis. You can visit your Button's List to find all available buttons and find the conflicting one by yourself.
- You selected an emoji that doesn't exist anymore, i.e. that has been deleted
- You wrote text there, instead of an emoji (or in addition to an emoji)
- You entered a code for a custom emoji from a server that the bot is not a member of
- You entered a custom emoji code incorrectly
- You're on iPhone and entered an emoji using the phone's emoji pad (use the emoji selector in the website instead)

The transcripts all get saved locally on your server. The bot doesn't store them themself so there's no limit
Once you delete a transcript message in the logging channel it's gone forever

i use this command for the 1st ticket category
You need
2 different tickets aka panels
Have command style ticket enabled on both of them and have them monitor a different channel
So $new on channel 1 makes ticket one
$new on channel 2 makes ticket two
And then simply change the category on both panels so they use a different one

That's not something the bot does or will do, you can nonetheless list the bot's role below all your server roles in the role list

Those limitations are so fricking confusing.
I'll first have to dig into the bot getting a random role, before I can grant that permission and restructure half my roles now.
Cause I can't just give it Manage-Roles, because it'll be manage to manage everything below the top-most role it has
And I have a bot-role (which groups all the bots in the list of active users), higher than the default member role

Manage Roles is the exact same permission as 'Manage Permissions'

I'm unsure sadly, but that error message is coming directly from Discord's API as the bot can't perform the action:
Double check that the bot has all these permissions in both opened & closed category once more:

I added (some of) those permissions also on the closed category, but the error still didn't change. (already had all the Manage permissions)
Try removing the closed category altogether and re-trying. The permission may be required globally if the channel moves categories

It's not possible to edit the logging message unfortunately, but you can input the variable in your transcript or delete message

Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options. In the new pop-up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the Discord form. This is a Discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line, and also the option to have the answer required.

They do not auto save unless you are premium.
When you close a ticket you can press transcripts.

Configured the panel/button etc, but when hitting send and selecting the channel, it keeps giving this error.
Ive given it admin perms, manually assigned it full access to manage channels etc, and it still wont work
make sure to resync on the website and check the roles again along with permissions.
if you have both ticket and ticket tools make sure you enable ticket tool as well.

Most likely the bot is missing permissions.
It is missing VIEW MESSAGE``SEND MESSAGE and READ MESSAGE HISTORY
First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the panel configs on the dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.
Once you've created a panel on the dashboard you will need to send it to a channel using send on the dashboard.
Select the channel you want your panel to be created in and click send.

Can I transfer from one server maded tickets to new one like clone as
The Backup and Restore feature allows you to transfer your panels, tags, and all settings to a new server, even if the server the settings were created has been deleted! You will want to copy the whole key.
First, go to your server's Dashboard â then Server Configs â under Config Backup & Restore (Server Owner Only) click on Old version can be found here and generate a new backup key by pressing the green button. Now, a key should be generated in the box above. You may need to refresh the page to see this.
Once you have your backup key, navigate to the same page on the new server. Copy the key on the Restore from backup key field.
Now you can choose what you want to copy. Finally, press the green Restore Configs button.
- We suggest you keep this backup key somewhere safe, in case your server is deleted so you are able to recover your panel's settings.
- This feature is only usable by the server's owner
Its only possibly using the backup key as above

In Powershell you can add a # at the start of a line to make it a comment
Basically the line is there but it's not being executed

Easiest would be copying the panel and removing the things from the panel that you want to tempirarily hide

Select your wanted Command
Where it says Command Arguments, click on New
Use {argument.1} in your message (Edit Message)
Ticket Tool custom commands do not cost any money. But to use embed in Custom Commands you do.
I do not need to use any embeds
Then you can do your auto-responder.
How?
Custom Commands are used to send a predefined response to your channels. Commands will only respond if the command itself is used, it will not function if you put the tag into a sentence.
To create commands, go to: Dashboard > Custom Commands > New. After creating and naming one, you can edit the command trigger and behaviors. Tap on the edit message button to edit the response of the command.

A Command argument is something that repeats something that was included in the trigger.
An example is $test hello. If I am using This is a test {argument.1} it would reply with This is a test hello.

A Discord Form lets the user answer individual questions in a pop-up Form, which then displays the answers in the ticket message. This can save time if you already know what you want to ask the user.
Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options. In the new pop-up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the Discord form. This is a Discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line, and also the option to have the answer required.
Question Title â Your Question goes here
Question Placeholder â The placeholder text in the input field
Required â If enabled, the user has to answer this question, to submit the form
Multi-Line Input â Allows the user to input multiple lines
Minimum and Maximum Input â Set a minimum and maximum input value for the user
To display the answers from the user, you need to enable Auto display form results on the ticket message as an additional embed
If you don't want a second embed, go into your Panel Configs > Ticket Options > Edit Ticket Message. You use the variable {create.form.x} and replace x with the number of your question. For example, the response to Question 5 can be displayed with {create.form.5}.

Hi there! It's not possible to restrict custom commands to just tickets unfortunately. You can simply instruct your staff to only use them in tickets
Hey there! Here's a setup guide for you
First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the panel configs on the dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.
Once you've created a panel on the dashboard you will need to send it to a channel using send on the dashboard.
Select the channel you want your panel to be created in and click send.

Do $debug in a channel with Ticket Tool and make sure it has all the necessary Discord permissions.

That's not possible. The only one to do that would be to remove the bot's access to normal channels

You're forced to open it manually
Commands to open tickets exist and are called Command Style
How to do that
The only way a ticket opens is if it was closed, and you want to open it again, so it can be also public to the ticket opener, you can open it by using /open, or press the open from the support team controls.

For the "channel to monitor..." you will choose the channels you want the command to work in, as example, you choose the channel "chatroom" and you type in $new or $ticket, it will open, if you don't pick that channel, it won't.
