When someone makes a ticket, there is no limit for the answer to the form, but it gets cut off anyway. What do I do?

Question for anyone that may have an answer. I may just be blind so if I am, I apologize but, is there a way that once a ticket is closed that it can be setup to be automatically deleted within a set time frame?
We’re using ticket tool and it’s been absolutely amazing however, we find ourselves hitting the channel cap of the server pretty often. We like to keep tickets read-only in an archive category for about 30 days and then we manually delete them however, it’s becoming a chore to do this by hand. If there’s a way for the bot to automatically delete them after 30days of being closed, that’d be amazing.
If anyone has any suggestions, lmk and plz ping in reply so I see it!

The Drop-down menu or Select Menu replaces the buttons on your panel message and uses a drop-down menu with all of your panels. To set this up, go to your Panel Configs and select your main Panel.
First you enable Select Style. Then you add an item in the Dropdown Editor. Now you can start editing your dropdown!
Each line in the dropdown editor represents a line in the drop down menu on discord. You can add more "Items", by clicking on

DONT select the same panel twice. Each option should have a different Panel 
After that, you can put a Display. This is the title of this option and will appear in the drop down menu. The *Description can be set right after that, which will be below the title in grey.

So the issue seems to be you enabled the premium bot before inviting it
The first thing you will need to do is invite the premium bot, an invite can be found here
Once the bot is in your server we will head to the dashboard and manage your server. When you are managing your server, you want to head into "Server Configs" then click the drop down menu under "Select the bot you would like to use on this server" then click "Ticket Tool#6207" and then save.
Simply click on 'here' above for a direct invite to the premium bot ^
And you should regain Dashboard access 😄

You can just create a discord channel and call it "Tickets" or "Support"
Then you can run for basic and easy setup the /setup´command
Ok so, the emojis for cancel close and confirm close button were deleted, that's why it wasn't working!
So it quite literally were the other buttons besides the one we looked at? haha

First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the panel configs on the dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.
Once you've created a panel on the dashboard you will need to send it to a channel using send on the dashboard.
Select the channel you want your panel to be created in and click send.

Right now all it does is send the user a predefined message saying they were guilty. Id also like it to show who ran the command and say what command it was in the transcript, just so that i dont have to go scraping through the transcripts to find out. Wondering if theres anyway this can be done as right now I cant see one.

This error indicates you have selected an invalid emoji, i.e. an emoji the bot isn't capable of using, in a button field
This depends upon which action the error is appearing, the most common cases are the Create Ticket button or one of your Dropdown emojis. You can visit your Button's List to find all available buttons and find the conflicting one by yourself.
- You selected an emoji that doesn't exist anymore, i.e. that has been deleted
- You wrote text there, instead of an emoji (or in addition to an emoji)
- You entered a code for a custom emoji from a server that the bot is not a member of
- You entered a custom emoji code incorrectly
- You're on iPhone and entered an emoji using the phone's emoji pad (use the emoji selector in the website instead)

Okay Im having a bit of trouble with Ticket Tool x Sapphire? I dont know how to explain it but I am working on a server and I have two separate embeds that require a ticket bot. One Submission embed with two buttons and the other is a support button.
Im having trouble registering the second button for the submission embed, if I try to click on it, nothing happens. Even if there is a panel created for that button. The support button also does not work, it instead uses the panel meant for the first button of the submission embed.
I dont know where I am going wrong?

The Drop-down menu or Select Menu replaces the buttons on your panel message and uses a drop-down menu with all of your panels. To set this up, go to your Panel Configs and select your main Panel.
First you enable Select Style. Then you add an item in the Dropdown Editor. Now you can start editing your dropdown!
Each line in the dropdown editor represents a line in the drop down menu on discord. You can add more "Items", by clicking on

DONT select the same panel twice. Each option should have a different Panel 
After that, you can put a Display. This is the title of this option and will appear in the drop down menu. The *Description can be set right after that, which will be below the title in grey.
Additionally you can select an emoji, that will be shown in front of each option. You can either manually input the ID of an emoji or select it in the selector.
- Panel doesn't send? Make sure you have a valid emoji selected
- Option doesn't show up? Check if two options have the same panel in the DropDown Editor

2. Select the panel you want to ping your support team on
3. Open the Ticket options menu
4. Click on Edit Ticket Message
5. In the Message Content use one of the role mention syntax ({@Role Name}/{Role ID})
6. Save changes
Note: For this to work properly, Ticket Tool requires the Mention Everyone permission. Or the role must have the Allow anyone to @mention this role setting enabled

The ticket name is the default channel name of all tickets. To edit it, go to your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Ticket. There you can edit the channel name of opened and closed tickets. You can also use variables in there.

You have text in the 'Button Emoji' field. You can only have an emoji there

i cant make channel for tickets
I cant access the dashboard, its saying only admins or people with dashboard access can use the setup command. But I have the highest role in the server other than Administrator permission and I'm the one who invited it to the server.
As In the server isnt coming up on the manage servers page

You need to send /debug in our server and then the permissions that are ❌ you need to turn it on

Claiming allows you to change the ticket name, category and permissions. To use it you have to enable it first on your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Claiming

Hello,
I'm currently configuring the Ticket Tool bot and I can't get further because of this issue.
I have the Discord Sapphire bot and Ticket Tool working together. Via Sapphire you have a drop-down menu and when you click one it sends you to the Ticket Tool bot.
However the issue is that when you select 1 of the 4 options in the drop-down menu you always get sent to option one. So when you click option 3 in the menu, Ticket Tool still sees it as option 1 and sends you to that ticket help.
Is there like a panel id so I can send the users to the different panels through Sapphire?

You need to go to your dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Command Style and select a different channel for all of your panels (options). I'll attach a screenshot I made with my own bot.

Try using the Sync Servers button on your top center of the Dashboard page
You should relog from the dashboard, you can do this by clicking here to log out immediately, and then log back in
You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
1. Server Owner (Level: 6)
2. Server Administrator (Level: 4)
3. Dashboard Role (Level: 2)
:warning: You can check your level using the </permissionlevel:1029797400174399542> command on your Discord Server
If the bot's response is:
- @User is permission level: 0 (User)
You don't have any of the 3 levels required to access the server's dashboard

The $new is always the same response, no matter what channel it is sent in
For example. I have report, appeal and general support - tickets. As you can see in the screenshot I've sent above I also have 3 channels that the $new is sent into. You have to set the channel for each option individually so ticket tool knows what kind of ticket to open. (See settings above)
