As a free user, you need to manually generate the transcript before deleting, either by clicking the Transcript button or running the /transcript command. This can be automated as a premium user

Command Style Tickets allow you to open tickets VIA the $new or $ticket commands. This feature also allows you to open tickets for people, by using the aforementioned commands with the user's ping or ID.
You can enable this feature by heading over to your server's Dashboard➞ Panel Configs ➞ Command Style Tickets.
- Bypass channel list and watch all of them → when you enable this option, Ticket Tool will create a ticket whenever someone uses the
$newor the$ticketcommand in a channel it can access.
- Channel to monitor for command $new and $ticket → This is the opposite of the previous option, you can select in which channels Ticket Tool should look for the
$newor$ticketcommand instead of looking at the whole server.
- Delete command after creating ticket → If enabled, Ticket Tool will delete the command (whether it's
$newor$ticket) a few seconds after you run it.
Integrating Ticket Tool with an external bot allows you to customize your server's Ticket System further!
- The external bot must output the
$newor$ticketcommands with the user's ID to start a ticket. Preferably in a private channel.
Eg.

Your ticket panel must be Command Style enabled

You must whitelist that bot's ID in your Dashboard ➞ Server Configs ➞ Bot section.

Try using the Sync Servers button on your top center of the Dashboard page
You should relog from the dashboard, you can do this by clicking here to log out immediately, and then log back in
You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
1. Server Owner (Level: 6)
2. Server Administrator (Level: 4)
3. Dashboard Role (Level: 2)

Can you confirm that this category is brand new and that there are no channels in it?

Probably 👍 make sure Ticket tool can see the channel, send messages, and manage channels in the category permissions
If it still doesn't work, try giving it admin permissions and see if it works - if it does it's a permissions problem in the category

I didnt need admin but its ok! I understand try deleting the role it has(if it has a custom role) and make a new one with new perms and also make a new ticket channel. It happened to me a few days ago and it was because either the role or the channel didnt have the token it needed and the token was used for something else

which means only your staff can interact with the button, you need to disabled it.
I disabled the "Support Team Only" option as instructed, but users are still getting the same error:

This is a fake Ticket Tool, even if the bot is verified. Discord has an odd verification policy, so there could be more than one bot, particularly with the Discord discriminators remaining with them.
You're welcome to report it with the evidence you have provided and the bot ID to them using a report ticket, as well as reporting the application to https://support-dev.discord.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=12275528604823# or https://discord.com/safety/360044103651-reporting-abusive-behavior-to-discord.
Additionally, I recommend always double checking the bots profile or be cautious of any links you open when adding applications, and always be mindful of what permissions you give your moderators/administrators on your server, and to who.

Discord has a limit of 50 channels per category, if you have reached such limit, closed tickets will not be moved
Discord only allows to stack up to 50 channels per category, meaning that if you have already 50 tickets in one category, the bot won't be able to place a ticket in that category, for such reason Ticket Tool counts with overflow categories, meaning that if your main category is filled, the bot will go ahead and place the ticket on the next one available, simply choose a second category in the category pickers:

For mentioning a role you can use one out of three options:

You can head to the Dashboard > Panel configs > Buttons > Close Ticket > enabled Support Team Only

This depends upon which action the error is appearing, the most common cases are the Create Ticket button or one of your Dropdown emojis. You can visit your Button's List to find all available buttons and find the conflicting one by yourself.
- You selected an emoji that doesn't exist anymore, i.e. that has been deleted
- You wrote text there, instead of an emoji (or in addition to an emoji)
- You entered a code for a custom emoji from a server that the bot is not a member of
- You entered a custom emoji code incorrectly
- You're on iPhone and entered an emoji using the phone's emoji pad (use the emoji selector in the website instead)

Impossible, because this option changes the permissions of the button for creating tickets. You can see who has access to the ticket via Panel configs > General - Support team roles.

You should look around in Panel Configs > Permissions! It seems that your support team, additional roles, or everyone permissions have view channel on when closed.
I recommend if you didn't do it yet, make a role for mods and another one for admins

How to create a ticket tool with drop downs to multiple choice tickets so that membersopen ticket accordingly?
Is there a way that when we close the ticket it can immediately move to another section i.e Archives?
You can set the closed ticket category as Archives. But do note that your server can only have 500 channels, its a limit set by Discord. So in future, you will have to transcript and save the ticket content before deleting them.
You can also enable the storage mode, where the bot will reuse the closed ticket by storing it in the archives category (as defined in dashboard) and reuse it for the next ticket. All the contents are cleared in this case. Recommended for servers with high ticket count.

The Drop-down menu or Select Menu replaces the buttons on your panel message and uses a drop-down menu with all of your panels. To set this up, go to your Panel Configs and select your main Panel.
First you enable Select Style. Then you add an item in the Dropdown Editor. Now you can start editing your dropdown!
Each line in the dropdown editor represents a line in the drop down menu on discord. You can add more "Items", by clicking on 

First you select a panel. That's the panel this option will open a ticket for.
DONT select the same panel twice. Each option should have a different Panel 
After that, you can put a Display. This is the title of this option and will appear in the drop down menu. The *Description can be set right after that, which will be below the title in grey.
Additionally you can select an emoji, that will be shown in front of each option. You can either manually input the ID of an emoji or select it in the selector.
- Panel doesn't send? Make sure you have a valid emoji selected
- Option doesn't show up? Check if two options have the same panel in the DropDown Editor

How can I have a ticket
My understanding is that the Automation stuff is iffy, but I'm wondering if there's a way around that.
I have it setup where it's supposed to watch for a message from the Support Team, and if no message, send a message.
However, every single time, without fail, it'll send the message even if support has been messaging in the ticket.
Is there a way to fix it, or is it a lost cause until it's fixed from TicketTool entirely?

You should relog from the dashboard, you can do this by clicking here to log out immediately, and then log back in
You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
1. Server Owner (Level: 6)
2. Server Administrator (Level: 4)
3. Dashboard Role (Level: 2)
:warning: You can check your level using the </permissionlevel:1029797400174399542> command on your Discord Server
If the bot's response is:

how do i edit what roles can see the ticket ?
The server I’m in goes by the members then if needed add a role with /add
The Drop-down menu or Select Menu replaces the buttons on your panel message and uses a drop-down menu with all of your panels. To set this up, go to your Panel Configs and select your main Panel.
First you enable Select Style. Then you add an item in the Dropdown Editor. Now you can start editing your dropdown!
Each line in the dropdown editor represents a line in the drop down menu on discord. You can add more "Items", by clicking on 

First you select a panel. That's the panel this option will open a ticket for.
DONT select the same panel twice. Each option should have a different Panel 
After that, you can put a Display. This is the title of this option and will appear in the drop down menu. The *Description can be set right after that, which will be below the title in grey.
Additionally you can select an emoji, that will be shown in front of each option. You can either manually input the ID of an emoji or select it in the selector.
- Panel doesn't send? Make sure you have a valid emoji selected
- Option doesn't show up? Check if two options have the same panel in the DropDown Editor

I kinda of figured it out
The ticket name is the default channel name of all tickets. To edit it, go to your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Ticket. There you can edit the channel name of opened and closed tickets. You can also use variables in there.

How do I sort tickets into different categories?
1. Open your Panel Configs tab in the server's dashboard
2. Select the panel you want to grant access to
3. Open the Category options menu
4. Select the categories of your preference
5. Save changes

Looks good, have you tried it with a brand new ticket? If so, make sure Ticket tool has the permissions to see channel and send messages in the permissions category

Yes! Like that! So far this is what I have!
Alright, you would need one panel per each button option, and then you can combine all panels into one on your main, using the instructions below ⬇️
For more convenient use of multipanels, you can now combine panels on the dashboard. This will allow you to directly send the multipanel from the dashboard or via the $panel ID command.
You can find this setting on the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Panel -> Attached Panels
Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panel's box (If you do this, it will create a duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.

Fica na parte em que tem que explicar o que está acontecendo aí lá também pede um ID
É necessário copiar e colar o ID do servidor com o qual está a utilizar o ticket, clicar com o botão direito do rato no ícone do servidor e há um botão que diz copiar ID do servidor

Para obter o ID de um servidor no Discord, clique com o botão direito do mouse no ícone do servidor e selecione "Copiar ID do servidor". No Discord no computador, você pode fazer isso diretamente. No Discord para celular, você precisa tocar nas elipses (...) ao lado do nome do servidor e, em seguida, selecionar "Copiar ID do servidor"

First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the panel configs on the dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.
Once you've created a panel on the dashboard you will need to send it to a channel using send on the dashboard.
Select the channel you want your panel to be created in and click send.

Do $debug in a channel with Ticket Tool and make sure it has all the necessary Discord permissions.

You can head to the Dashboard > Panel configs > Buttons > Delete/Close Ticket > enabled Support Team Only 
Dashboard > Panel configs > General - Support team only add your role from there
The Ticket Message is the first message sent by the bot on a new ticket. To customize it head over to your Dashboard ➞ Panel Configs ➞ Ticket ➞ Edit Ticket Message

They get deleted. The whole channel is deleted with it

The channel is deleted - gone, you can't do nothing with it unfortunately.
What exactly are you looking at doint?
Ok, nah just curious since we may use it to archive those tickets in case someone needs to access to them again, but I guess closing them does the job

Ah, if that's what you're looking to do you can simply save a transcript before deleting them
1. Open your Panel Configs tab in your server's dashboard
2. Select the panel you want to grant access to
3. Open the Transcript options menu
4. Using the Transcript Channel selector, pick the channel you want your transcripts to be sent to
5. Save changes

You can only do this when a ticket is created, but this is a premium feature
