Via the ticket tool's dashboard, I gave the support team access to 3 commands (add, remove, rename), but the support team can't trigger these commands using "/" on the server. In general, this role does have permission to use application commands (server-wide and in the ticket category).
What else do I need to set so it works?
Unfortunately we don't do support in voice channels. What exactly do you mean by ticket? Did you mean the ticket message?

Unlike the regular Ticket Limit, the global limit will limit the amount of tickets a user can create at the same time for ALL Panels. When a ticket is closed again, the limit resets for that user.
To customize it head over to your Dashboard ➞ Server Configs ➞ Global Ticket Limit
Note: This is not a limit for how many tickets a user can open at all times or how many tickets you can have open on the server in total. This is just a limit per user for open tickets.

I think Ticket Tool could be missing the view channel and send messages permissions for the category.
so I gave the ticket tool EVERY Permission, including administrator permissions, so it has access to everything, is this possibly why?

To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the panel configs on the dashboard.

Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.
Once you've created a panel on the dashboard you will need to send it to a channel using send on the dashboard.
Select the channel you want your panel to be created in and click send.

But now when trying, it asks to connect my discord account. One of the panels will be the panel the buttons rest on, create a secondary panel, create a button, and save it (when it pulls up the dropdown menu). After that go to your primary panel, go to the panel settings, and attach the secondary panel.
Once you do this, use the /setup command in discord, choose the primary channel, and choose what channel it will be sent in.

Thread Style Tickets allow for the grouping of tickets into threads under a parent channel, as opposed to channels that are grouped under categories.
You can enable this feature by heading to your server's Dashboard➞ Panel Configs ➞ Thread Style Tickets and selecting a channel under which Ticket Tool will create threads.
For this feature to work properly, Ticket Tool will need these additional permissions,
Create Private Threads,Send Messages in Threads, andManage Threads.
Support Team roles will not be able to see newly created tickets by default, to make this the standard behavior, enable the
Auto add team to threadoption in the dashboard. This will ping your support team roles so the ticket shows up in their channel list.

The first thing you will need to do is invite the premium bot, an invite can be found here
Once the bot is in your server we will head to the dashboard and manage your server. When you are managing your server, you want to head into "Server Configs" then click the drop down menu under "Select the bot you would like to use on this server" then click "Ticket Tool#6207" and then save.

You will need to delete some channels from that Discord server, as it has hit the Discord set channel limit. If you are not the Owner/Admin of the server, all you can do is tell them of the error, you can't actually fix it

This depends upon which action the error is appearing, the most common cases are the Create Ticket button or one of your Dropdown emojis. You can visit your Button's List to find all available buttons and find the conflicting one by yourself.
- You selected an emoji that doesn't exist anymore, i.e. that has been deleted
- You wrote text there, instead of an emoji (or in addition to an emoji)
- You entered a code for a custom emoji from a server that the bot is not a member of
- You entered a custom emoji code incorrectly

We have a problem with the permissions being complete and never changed.
How do I fix the ticket tool? Actually When I open the Ticket tool. After opening the message was not full. I mean, there are missing words on it. I already set up the ticket tool. However, this happened when I added the wick. I had already set up the wick bot, too, which is currently 100%. (I already asked them, but they said go to ticket tool support, which is the reason I'm here.)
Okay so I recently switched from ticket tool premium to the basic one. I am trying to use the regular bot from the premium one and it glitched my panel. Additionally, it glitches when my members open a ticket, like doesn’t show the full message it’s supposed to. I’ve never encountered this when switching from premium to basic, how do I fix this?
If you have switched due to you no longer having premium, then do take note that there is a character limit for alot of the fields for free users that is heavily reduced when compared to premium users (premium users have the full range allowable by Discord)

The bot is still missing the Send Messages permission in that specific channel (same as what JDog told you previously).

You may have accidentally denied them permission to use the Create Ticket button.
Look in the following places in your server's dashboard
👉 Server Configs > Blacklist Roles
Any roles there will be unable to interact with the bot in any way, including creating tickets.👉 Panel Configs > Buttons > Create Ticket > Support team only
If this is enabled, only your staff will be able to use the button.
👉 Panel Configs > Buttons > Create Ticket > Disabled Roles
Any roles there will be unable to use the button.

Usually I like to use another bot that has logs, sometimes it shows sometimes it doesn't.

Try using the Sync Servers button on your top center of the Dashboard page
You should relog from the dashboard, you can do this by clicking here to log out immediately, and then log back in
You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
1. Server Owner (Level: 6)
2. Server Administrator (Level: 4)
3. Dashboard Role (Level: 2)
:warning: You can check your level using the </permissionlevel:1029797400174399542> command on your Discord Server
If the bot's response is:
- @User is permission level: 0 (User)
You don't have any of the 3 levels required to access the server's dashboard
Dashboard > Panel Configs > General > Support Team Roles
Simply remove the role from there

You can use premium also with the white bot, to switch to gold one, follow this please:
The first thing you will need to do is invite the premium bot, an invite can be found here
Once the bot is in your server we will head to the dashboard and manage your server. When you are managing your server, you want to head into "Server Configs" then click the drop down menu under "Select the bot you would like to use on this server" then click "Ticket Tool#6207" and then save.

I assume you gave each panel a unique name? And a unique category to open the tickets in?

Nope.
This error indicates you have selected an invalid emoji, i.e. an emoji the bot isn't capable of using, in a button field
This depends upon which action the error is appearing, the most common cases are the Create Ticket button or one of your Dropdown emojis. You can visit your Button's List to find all available buttons and find the conflicting one by yourself.
- You selected an emoji that doesn't exist anymore, i.e. that has been deleted
- You wrote text there, instead of an emoji (or in addition to an emoji)
- You entered a code for a custom emoji from a server that the bot is not a member of
- You entered a custom emoji code incorrectly
- You're on iPhone and entered an emoji using the phone's emoji pad (use the emoji selector in the website instead)

Like.. somebody opens a ticket on panel 1 and the ticket number is 10000, another person opens right after that somebody a ticket on panel 2, and the ticket number is 10001

Its possible, but it's a premium feature, you can't force your staff to click on the button unfortunately

I have created 4 private categories for three roles. Using Ticket Tool, users submit tickets in 4 different channels, and those tickets show up in the 4 private categories I created, but only admins can see them, other roles cannot. How can I resolve this?
