Does anyone know why my tickets come on the top of my server and not in the ‘purchase’ channel no more?
Or how can I change this?
Either due to the category permissions, or if you have close to 50 channels in your "purchase" category, then you have hit the discord set max channels per category limit
Discord only allows to stack up to 50 channels per category, meaning that if you have already 50 tickets in one category, the bot won't be able to place a ticket in that category, for such reason Ticket Tool counts with overflow categories, meaning that if your main category is filled, the bot will go ahead and place the ticket on the next one available, simply choose a second category in the category pickers:
how do i give people permission to the ticket
its specifically people that have permission to everything that can see tickets and i dont want to give people these permissions to avoid getting nuked
1. Go into your Dashboard
2. Open your Panel Configs tab
3. Select the panel you want to grant access to
4. Open the General options menu
5. Select your Support Team Roles
6. Save changes

I enabled the free 7d premium trial and now its saying I don't have access to the dashboard anymore.
Ensure that you have an active bot in your server (I am assuming that you may have switched between the white and gold bots). Use the /botswitcher command to select the active bot for your server

You should relog from the dashboard, you can do this by clicking here to log out immediately, and then log back in
You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
1. Server Owner (Level: 6)
2. Server Administrator (Level: 4)
3. Dashboard Role (Level: 2)

You can add that role as an Additional Role by going to the Dashboard > General > Additional Roles

First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the Panel Configs Tab on the Dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and you are ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.

With Ticket Tool's automation, you'll be able to customize your ticket system workflow! Using the Automation Editor you can:
- Chose out of 6 different triggers
- Set a Message Watcher to wait for a message for a given time, or to wait for the absence of them
- Add delays on the execution of actions after the trigger or watcher finds a message!
Automations can be stopped, by running the /automation stop command inside the ticket you want it to stop in. Restart it with /automation start You'll also be able to view the current status of the automations with /automation.
- Automation is on ALPHA TESTING PHASE, things might work unexpectedly or not at all.
- Any automation will run for a maximum of 7 days or until the ticket is closed, afterward, it will stop checking
+ You can have 5 automations per panel

You need to create a panel dedicated to each use, For example, let's say you want 2 options:
- Support
- Report a problem
You need to create a separate panel for support, and a separate one for reporting a problem, then add them in Dropdown Item(s).

The main purpose of separating each one separately is to enable you to customize the settings of each section of tickets separately.
Also, if you do not have time to create another panel with the same settings in the control panel, we have provided you with the cloning feature, where you can create another identical panel with the click of a button, and then assign it to the Dropdown.
In addition to that , to make it more organized , I suggest you to create a third panel which called "Main" , and setup the settings in it, So when you want to edit a panel later, you won't have any difficulty finding what you're looking for.

The whole point of the dropdown is for multiple options

For more convenient use of multipanels, you can now combine panels on the dashboard. This will allow you to directly send the multipanel from the dashboard or via the $panel ID command.
You can find this setting on the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Panel -> Attached Panels
Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panel's box (If you do this, it will create a duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.
You will also need to go to the Dashboard > Dropdown Style > Disable it

How like when you open a ticket it can ping like certain roles that you have discord sever like for instance like dealership server for rp and its role called Vvc employees how would I make ping them when someone make a ticked
1. Go into your Dashboard
2. Open your Panel Configs tab
3. Select the panel you want to ping your support on
4. Open the Ticket options menu
5. Click on Edit Ticket Message
6. In the Message Content use one of the role mention syntax (**{@Role Name}**/**{Role ID}**)
7. Save changes
Note: For this to work properly, Ticket Tool requires the Mention Everyone permission. Or the role must have the Allow anyone to @mention this role setting enabled

Yep, you're only a normal user. You dont have access to it. You either need Administrator or a db role.
Any role you put there will have full access to the ticket tool dashboard. The server owner and users with admin permissions already have access to the dashboard.
Be careful of which roles to put here

Head over to your Dashboard ➞ Panel Configs ➞ Permission Options ➞ Everyone Role Opened/Closed and customize the base permissions for everyone in your tickets.
Note: This set of permissions may be affected by the overrides of Support Team, Additional Roles, and User permissions.

This error indicates you have selected an invalid emoji, i.e. an emoji the bot isn't capable of using, in a button field
This depends upon which action the error is appearing, the most common cases are the Create Ticket button or one of your Dropdown emojis. You can visit your Button's List to find all available buttons and find the conflicting one by yourself.
- You selected an emoji that doesn't exist anymore, i.e. that has been deleted
- You wrote text there, instead of an emoji (or in addition to an emoji)
- You entered a code for a custom emoji from a server that the bot is not a member of
- You entered a custom emoji code incorrectly
- You're on iPhone and entered an emoji using the phone's emoji pad (use the emoji selector in the website instead)
Please look above on how to fix that issue.

This depends upon which action the error is appearing, the most common cases are the Create Ticket button or one of your Dropdown emojis. You can visit your Button's List to find all available buttons and find the conflicting one by yourself.
- You selected an emoji that doesn't exist anymore, i.e. that has been deleted
- You wrote text there, instead of an emoji (or in addition to an emoji)
- You entered a code for a custom emoji from a server that the bot is not a member of
- You entered a custom emoji code incorrectly
- You're on iPhone and entered an emoji using the phone's emoji pad (use the emoji selector in the website instead)

Hi. I'm new to management. I'm trying to add Support Tool to a server I'm a Community Manager of. I added the tool but I can't access it in the panel. It isn't showing the server on the dashboard and says there are no servers that have the tool online or I don't have permission to it. Only my own private discord shows up but that's not the server I want to setup a Panel on.

You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
1. Server Owner (Level: 6)
2. Server Administrator (Level: 4)
3. Dashboard Role (Level: 2)

I made 3 different kinds of ticket report buttons in my server's report section. Can I merge them into one button that asks which category they need, once clicked? So they can select from 1 of the 3? It's a little messy to have all 3 showing.

That's intentional, you don't need to add all of your buttons, as it's adding the other buttons to the panel you're sending
The "5 buttons" you're referring to is the max amount of buttons in the row, not how many buttons you're going to have

You either need administrator on the server or a dashboard role.
Any role you put there will have full access to the ticket tool dashboard. The server owner and users with admin permissions already have access to the dashboard.

This error takes place when your server has reached the 500 channel limit Discord has per server
It means your server has 500 channels and you need to delete some

nono, I want the person opening the ticket to also be able to add other people to that ticket when needed. We use tickettool within the company, so for example instances when other departments is needed etc

So if those people aren’t needed in every ticket the only way is with the $add command after a ticket was opened, especially if its more than one person.
If someone from the support team is opening a ticket that needs one extra person you can do $new user id

This error indicates you have selected an invalid emoji, i.e. an emoji the bot isn't capable of using, in a button field
This depends upon which action the error is appearing, the most common cases are the Create Ticket button or one of your Dropdown emojis. You can visit your Button's List to find all available buttons and find the conflicting one by yourself.
- You selected an emoji that doesn't exist anymore, i.e. that has been deleted
- You wrote text there, instead of an emoji (or in addition to an emoji)
- You entered a code for a custom emoji from a server that the bot is not a member of
- You entered a custom emoji code incorrectly
- You're on iPhone and entered an emoji using the phone's emoji pad (use the emoji selector in the website instead)

First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the panel configs on the dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.
Once you've created a panel on the dashboard you will need to send it to a channel using send on the dashboard.
Select the channel you want your panel to be created in and click send.

I wanna combine all my ticket panels into one thing where you can select what you want. But I can't figure out how to do that
For more convenient use of multipanels, you can now combine panels on the dashboard. This will allow you to directly send the multipanel from the dashboard or via the $panel ID command.
You can find this setting on the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Panel -> Attached Panels
Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panel's box (If you do this, it will create a duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.
