Question | $new command
I currently have two panels for two different support requests (one is to speak to team member A, one is to speak to team member B).
The panels are called "SSM Support" and "OM Support". However, no matter what I insert in the command "$new {reasoning}", it always opens a ticket with the "SSM Support" panel.
- "$new SSM Support" -> opens the "SSM Support" panel
- "$new OM Support" -> opens the "SSM Support" panel
Only when I deactivate "command style" for the "SSM Support" panel, it opens the "OM Support" panel.
I assume something is incorrect in how I use the "$new" command. How can I fix it to open a specific support pannel?
Hello I want to create a ticket tool in my server and i also added forms, it works. When i open the ticket i dont know how to see the results of the form via people filling them out how do i fix that?
Example someone opens up a ticket fills out the form but when i view the ticket they opened i dont see what they've filled out.

Hey there! See below how to make a dropdown menu
The Drop-down menu or Select Menu replaces the buttons on your panel message and uses a drop-down menu with all of your panels. To set this up, go to your Panel Configs and select your main Panel.
First you enable Select Style. Then you add an item in the Dropdown Editor. Now you can start editing your dropdown!
Each line in the dropdown editor represents a line in the drop down menu on discord. You can add more "Items", by clicking on 

First you select a panel. That's the panel this option will open a ticket for.
DONT select the same panel twice. Each option should have a different Panel 
After that, you can put a Display. This is the title of this option and will appear in the drop down menu. The *Description can be set right after that, which will be below the title in grey.
Additionally you can select an emoji, that will be shown in front of each option. You can either manually input the ID of an emoji or select it in the selector.
- Panel doesn't send? Make sure you have a valid emoji selected
- Option doesn't show up? Check if two options have the same panel in the DropDown Editor

follow instructions below ⬇️
First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the panel configs on the dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.
Once you've created a panel on the dashboard you will need to send it to a channel using send on the dashboard.
Select the channel you want your panel to be created in and click send.

Do $debug in a channel with Ticket Tool and make sure it has all the necessary Discord permissions.

Sadly that isnt possible. Only way to keep track of it is by editing your claimed ticket message with the name of the claimed person. Feel free to suggest it though!

For more convenient use of multipanels, you can now combine panels on the dashboard. This will allow you to directly send the multipanel from the dashboard or via the $panel ID command.
You can find this setting on the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Panel -> Attached Panels
Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panel's box (If you do this, it will create a duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.

There are mulitple options to fix this issue.
1: Make sure you have access to the Dashboard. ( Do the /permissionlevel command in your server and send a screenshot in here)
2: Click theButton on the Dashboard
3: Log out and log-in again
You can skip the first step as you are the owner.
Ohh no, thats not how additional roles work. He will either have to set up a dashboard role (look below) or give you administrator.
Any role you put there will have full access to the ticket tool dashboard. The server owner and users with admin permissions already have access to the dashboard.
Be careful of which roles to put here

Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options. In the new pop-up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the Discord form. This is a Discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line, and also the option to have the answer required.

Required ➞ If enabled, the user has to answer this question, to submit the form
Multi-Line Input ➞ Allows the user to input multiple lines

4. Open the General options menu
5. Select your Support Team Roles

You may have accidentally denied them permission to use the Create Ticket button.
Look in the following places in your server's dashboard ⬇️ ⬇️
Server Configs > Blacklist Roles
Any roles there will be unable to interact with the bot in any way, including creating tickets.
Panel Configs > Buttons > Create Ticket > Support team only
If this is enabled, only your staff will be able to use the button.

With Ticket Tool's automation, you'll be able to customize your ticket system workflow! Using the Automation Editor you can:
- Chose out of 6 different triggers
- Set a Message Watcher to wait for a message for a given time, or to wait for the absence of them
- Add delays on the execution of actions after the trigger or watcher finds a message!
Automations can be stopped, by running the /automation stop command inside the ticket you want it to stop in. Restart it with /automation start You'll also be able to view the current status of the automations with /automation.
- Automation is on ALPHA TESTING PHASE, things might work unexpectedly or not at all.
- Any automation will run for a maximum of 7 days or until the ticket is closed, afterward, it will stop checking

This error indicates you have selected an invalid emoji, i.e. an emoji the bot isn't capable of using, in a button field
This depends upon which action the error is appearing, the most common cases are the Create Ticket button or one of your Dropdown emojis. You can visit your Button's List to find all available buttons and find the conflicting one by yourself.
- You selected an emoji that doesn't exist anymore, i.e. that has been deleted
- You wrote text there, instead of an emoji (or in addition to an emoji)
- You entered a code for a custom emoji from a server that the bot is not a member of
- You entered a custom emoji code incorrectly
- You're on iPhone and entered an emoji using the phone's emoji pad (use the emoji selector in the website instead)

Hey guys, how can I set up the ticket app to allow admins to open multiple tickets.

I have this Setup and want after 48 Hours (without any Response) that the Ticket Tool Bot is reminding that its 48h since the last Reply and the ticket will be closed blablabla and then closes is
But for now its either just Closing the Ticket without the Reminder, just sending the Reminder or even if there are replies within that 48h Limit, the ticket gets closed. Can someone help me out on this one?

yea but nothing happend thats why i lowered it to 5 minutes so it would be 2 days -> reminder -> 5 mins -> close
but that didnt work as well weirdly enough
i dont know that much about automation but the bot sends the reminder which means the second automation doesnt stop, maybe that could be the issue...
i will check if i can figure it out somehow - if someone has any other tips pls let me know!

What do you mean, that is literally the guide on how to make that.
Discord only allows to stack up to 50 channels per category, meaning that if you have already 50 tickets in one category, the bot won't be able to place a ticket in that category, for such reason Ticket Tool counts with overflow categories, meaning that if your main category is filled, the bot will go ahead and place the ticket on the next one available, simply choose a second category in the category pickers:

You may have accidentally denied them permission to use the Create Ticket button.

Any roles there will be unable to interact with the bot in any way, including creating tickets.
Panel Configs > Buttons > Create Ticket > Support team only
If this is enabled, only your staff will be able to use the button.

The ticket name is the default channel name of all tickets. To edit it, go to your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Ticket. There you can edit the channel name of opened and closed tickets. You can also use variables in there.

For example, for your first panel which called Service:

In your case , you can only do the 2 buttons now:
For more convenient use of multipanels, you can now combine panels on the dashboard. This will allow you to directly send the multipanel from the dashboard or via the $panel ID command.
You can find this setting on the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Panel -> Attached Panels
Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panel's box (If you do this, it will create a duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.

A Discord Form lets the user answer individual questions in a pop-up Form, which then displays the answers in the ticket message. This can save time if you already know what you want to ask the user.
Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options. In the new pop-up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the Discord form. This is a Discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line, and also the option to have the answer required.
Question Title ➞ Your Question goes here
Question Placeholder ➞ The placeholder text in the input field
Required ➞ If enabled, the user has to answer this question, to submit the form
Multi-Line Input ➞ Allows the user to input multiple lines
Minimum and Maximum Input ➞ Set a minimum and maximum input value for the user
To display the answers from the user, you need to enable Auto display form results on the ticket message as an additional embed
If you don't want a second embed, go into your Panel Configs > Ticket Options > Edit Ticket Message. You use the variable {create.form.x} and replace x with the number of your question. For example, the response to Question 5 can be displayed with {create.form.5}.

How can I ping the roles
1. Go into your Dashboard
2. Open your Panel Configs tab
3. Select the panel you want to ping your support on
4. Open the Ticket options menu
5. Click on Edit Ticket Message
6. In the Message Content use one of the role mention syntax (**{@Role Name}**/**{Role ID}**)
7. Save changes
Note: For this to work properly, Ticket Tool requires the Mention Everyone permission. Or the role must have the Allow anyone to @mention this role setting enabled

ok, so i have a ticketing system created, with different categories of tickets. i have created a role for each category, so the user with that role should be able to see everything within the category...however, they can't see everything in the category, only old tickets (created earlier than a certain date). any new tickets that are dragged into that category, the users with permissions for the category can't see

this is what the server view for a role looks like. that are added to the "Dex" category
but this is what they should see:
so, how do I ensure that tickets added to this category inherit the visibility and permissions of the category itself
Click server icon and turn off ‘show muted channels’ then click the channel at the very top of the server called ‘Channels & Roles’ and then check all categories.
Although I think if you make them a non private channel and then just limit roles to who can see them, this might be a better approach for you? Rather making it a private channel to everyone.
Also note that server owner & administrators will see all channels even if they are private.
Also @rapid nest you could check perms for the bot is setup correctly just to be totally sure if for say the above doesn’t work for any reason.

there is no 'show muted channels
Make sure the bot doesn’t create tickets with say read channels off for the role you are trying to get them to view
Turn show all channels on and hide muted off

Actually viewing the tickets should be Discord. And not ticket tool; Unless you have permissions on ticket tool elsewhere in say a panel for example read channel for a role off when a ticket is created.

That's a discord issue not a bot issue. Embeds take the width of the image added so both the panel and the line at the bottom have to be the same size. However on some devices and even on the same device it can sometimes look odd

Yeah would totally be Discord showing embeds in some type of weird format on their end.
image resizing is a mystery to me on discord as sometimes when your image is a weird size and you upload it twice it will send it in two different sizes

You can only do one thing to send an embed. Can’t really change much when coding an embed bot other than what Discord provides
Maybe you did image on different embed parts
There are many elements to a embed. Maybe try resending them?

no no, it was a long time ago and I sent it as a normal image in chat, just sent it twice accidentally and laughed as both showed in different sizes on discord (before discord added the split view of images in chat)

A Discord Form lets the user answer individual questions in a pop-up Form, which then displays the answers in the ticket message. This can save time if you already know what you want to ask the user.
Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options. In the new pop-up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the Discord form. This is a Discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line, and also the option to have the answer required.
Question Title ➞ Your Question goes here
Question Placeholder ➞ The placeholder text in the input field
Required ➞ If enabled, the user has to answer this question, to submit the form
Multi-Line Input ➞ Allows the user to input multiple lines
Minimum and Maximum Input ➞ Set a minimum and maximum input value for the user
To display the answers from the user, you need to enable Auto display form results on the ticket message as an additional embed
If you don't want a second embed, go into your Panel Configs > Ticket Options > Edit Ticket Message. You use the variable {create.form.x} and replace x with the number of your question. For example, the response to Question 5 can be displayed with {create.form.5}.
