Heya! Recently, my friend who is the server owner of a server that I'm admin in, was hacked and couldn't access her account. We managed to backup and restore everything, including text channels, roles, server pfp and name etc. I was trying to see if I can do the same thing with Ticket Tool also, so I can move every setting to the new server. I did find the section called "Config Backup & Restore", however, it said "server owner only". Am I able to do something to take my previous settings to the new server, or do I have to copy them myself?

How I can do like this??
The Drop-down menu or Select Menu replaces the buttons on your panel message and uses a drop-down menu with all of your panels. To set this up, go to your Panel Configs and select your main Panel.
First you enable Select Style. Then you add an item in the Dropdown Editor. Now you can start editing your dropdown!
Each line in the dropdown editor represents a line in the drop down menu on discord. You can add more "Items", by clicking on

DONT select the same panel twice. Each option should have a different Panel 
After that, you can put a Display. This is the title of this option and will appear in the drop down menu. The *Description can be set right after that, which will be below the title in grey.
Additionally you can select an emoji, that will be shown in front of each option. You can either manually input the ID of an emoji or select it in the selector.
- Panel doesn't send? Make sure you have a valid emoji selected
- Option doesn't show up? Check if two options have the same panel in the DropDown Editor

Can somebody tell me how to set up my ticket so it says different reqierements or questions when someone opens it?
A Discord Form lets the user answer individual questions in a pop-up Form, which then displays the answers in the ticket message. This can save time if you already know what you want to ask the user.
Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options. In the new pop-up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the Discord form. This is a Discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line, and also the option to have the answer required.
Question Title ➞ Your Question goes here
Question Placeholder ➞ The placeholder text in the input field
Required ➞ If enabled, the user has to answer this question, to submit the form
Multi-Line Input ➞Allows the user to input multiple lines
Minimum and Maximum Input ➞ Set a minimum and maximum input value for the user
To display the answers from the user, you need to enable Auto display form results on the ticket message as an additional embed
If you don't want a second embed, go into your Panel Configs > Ticket Options > Edit Ticket Message. You use the variable {create.form.x} and replace x with the number of your question. For example, the response to Question 5 can be displayed with {create.form.5}.

Send three different panels with dropdowns. And delete the embeds for the 2 panels you don't want to be seen. You can easily do this if you're on pc

how can I disable people being able to add entire roles to a ticket
Apologies if this has been asked before, I’m just needing a confirmation for the below please!
I was paying for premium in a server, the bot was invited by me and it was all under my name (as far as that goes) - I was an admin not the owner of the server just for clarity.
I’ve since left this server but I didn’t kick or stop anything via the dashboard prior to leaving the server, and of course can’t see this server on my dashboard anymore.
Will I still be paying for premium for this server that I’m no longer in, or does the premium end once I’ve left?
I just want to make sure I’m cut off from it completely “^^

The Ticket Owner is missing the Read Message History permission.
You can change this by heading to the panel and then menu > permissions > ticket owner > edit opened > and enable Read Message History for the ticket owner.

How do I make it automatically ping the staff role when a ticket is made?
1. Go into your Dashboard
2. Open your Panel Configs tab
3. Select the panel you want to ping your support on
4. Open the Ticket options menu
5. Click on Edit Ticket Message
6. In the Message Content use one of the role mention syntax (**{@Role Name}**/**{Role ID}**)
7. Save changes
Note: For this to work properly, Ticket Tool requires the Mention Everyone permission. Or the role must have the Allow anyone to @mention this role setting enabled

Well, you could use the {close.reason} or {delete.reason} and include if they've gotten a coupon there (when using the close or delete commands). That information will then be displayed in the transcript message, which you can search for it quickly using Discord's search feature.
For existing transcripts, unless you know some information like who opened the ticket you will have to manually check one by one.
Please note editing the transcript message is a premium feature

yall know a way to make this work? basically a squad leader who can post something like: "we are recruiting" with a command or something, which will create a ticket. when a user presses on it, it will create a ticket so that the squad leader can interview the recruit if that makes sense. (can be outside ticket tool as well, just need it to work.)

But, if you set all recruiters under one role, you could use a standard Ticket Setup, or even the command style tickets

I'm helping as an admin in a server using tickettool.
The server gets a lot of tickets so we want to be able to categorise the tickets to help keep on top of them all.
The server owner doesn't want to give me fully perms (understandable) and hasn't been able to give me limited perms to do the following:

allow me to rename tickets (e.g. ticket 101 to 'Login issue').

allow me to recatagorise tickets into different categories setup they have already set up (e.g. From new tickets, to 'new user', ' 'troublesooning', 'onboarding').

You won't have admin perms but will have full Dashboard access
Any role you put there will have full access to the ticket tool dashboard. The server owner and users with admin permissions already have access to the dashboard.

That's not possible unfortunately. You can't currently add any additional buttons to the ticket message.
To add roles you can use the /add command

When you create a panel to create a ticket, can you add drop-down select boxes or would you have to get premium for that?
The Drop-down menu or Select Menu replaces the buttons on your panel message and uses a drop-down menu with all of your panels. To set this up, go to your Panel Configs and select your main Panel.
First you enable Select Style. Then you add an item in the Dropdown Editor. Now you can start editing your dropdown!
Each line in the dropdown editor represents a line in the drop down menu on discord. You can add more "Items", by clicking on 

First you select a panel. That's the panel this option will open a ticket for.
DONT select the same panel twice. Each option should have a different Panel 
After that, you can put a Display. This is the title of this option and will appear in the drop down menu. The *Description can be set right after that, which will be below the title in grey.
Additionally you can select an emoji, that will be shown in front of each option. You can either manually input the ID of an emoji or select it in the selector.
- Panel doesn't send? Make sure you have a valid emoji selected
- Option doesn't show up? Check if two options have the same panel in the DropDown Editor

Im ersten Schritt laden wir den Bot auf deinen Server ein. Sobald du dies gemacht hast und der Bot auf deinem Server ist, kannst du über das Dashboard deinen Server verwalten.
Um ein Panel zu erstellen gehen wir im Dashboard zu den Panel Configs.
Dort angekommen, klicken wir auf Create Panel.
Tippe nun einen Namen für das neue Panel ein (du kannst gerne noch weitere optionale Einstellungen vornehmen).
Nachdem du auf Create Panel geklickt hast, kann es mit der Konfiguration des Panels im nächsten Schritt weitergehen.
Ein Beispiel, um ein Panel zu erstellen, ist in der Abbildung unterhalb dieses Textes zu sehen.
Nachdem du nun ein Panel über das Dashboard erstellt hast, müssen wir dieses noch über den send Knopf im Dashboard in einen Kanal schicken.

They should remain valid for a few weeks (in most of the cases), after that, it could stop working and you would need to update it.

Hi, my staff team is having issues with some tickets as there’s multiple panels and some of the tickets have the same number as others which confuses them whilst running a command which needs the channel of the ticket. Is there any way to change the ticket name to the panel name rather than have it as just “ticket-{number}”
Those are against TOS and there's nothing Ticket Tool can do about
The ticket name is the default channel name of all tickets. To edit it, go to your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Ticket. There you can edit the channel name of opened and closed tickets. You can also use variables in there.

You have a few issues going on..... I can help you in a ticket if you head to #🎫│make-a-ticket. I see you have an Arabic ticket open currently. If you would prefer Arabic support, then one of our Arabic team will be along when they are available
You have the Visitor role in the "Blacklist Roles", so anyone with that role cant use any buttons etc associated with Ticket Tool.
You also have the Create Ticket button set to "Support Team Only", so that will limit who can open tickets in your server
If you want people with that role to be able to make a ticket, then yes, remove it

Can you confirm the category hasn't reached such limit?
When reviewing each category, they do not exceed the limit of 45 channels.

A Discord Form lets the user answer individual questions in a pop-up Form, which then displays the answers in the ticket message. This can save time if you already know what you want to ask the user.
Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options. In the new pop-up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the Discord form. This is a Discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line, and also the option to have the answer required.
Question Title ➞ Your Question goes here
Question Placeholder ➞ The placeholder text in the input field
Required ➞ If enabled, the user has to answer this question, to submit the form
Multi-Line Input ➞Allows the user to input multiple lines
Minimum and Maximum Input ➞ Set a minimum and maximum input value for the user
To display the answers from the user, you need to enable Auto display form results on the ticket message as an additional embed
If you don't want a second embed, go into your Panel Configs > Ticket Options > Edit Ticket Message. You use the variable {create.form.x} and replace x with the number of your question. For example, the response to Question 5 can be displayed with {create.form.5}.

Com que
Primero querrás invitar al bot a tu servidor. Una vez el bot esté en tu servidor, puedes configurarlo en el dashboard.
Para crear un panel deberás ir a la pestaña Panel Configs en el Dashboard.
Una vez en el dashboard, deberás dar click en Crear Panel
Ingresa el nombre del panel (Completa los demás ajustes de tu preferencia)
Haz click en Create Panel y ya estás listo para configurar el panel

A Discord Form lets the user answer individual questions in a pop-up Form, which then displays the answers in the ticket message. This can save time if you already know what you want to ask the user.
Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options. In the new pop-up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the Discord form. This is a Discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line, and also the option to have the answer required.
Question Title ➞ Your Question goes here
Question Placeholder ➞ The placeholder text in the input field
Required ➞ If enabled, the user has to answer this question, to submit the form
Multi-Line Input ➞Allows the user to input multiple lines
Minimum and Maximum Input ➞ Set a minimum and maximum input value for the user
To display the answers from the user, you need to enable Auto display form results on the ticket message as an additional embed
If you don't want a second embed, go into your Panel Configs > Ticket Options > Edit Ticket Message. You use the variable {create.form.x} and replace x with the number of your question. For example, the response to Question 5 can be displayed with {create.form.5}.

Are your members seeing this message when they try to create a ticket?
You may have accidentally denied them permission to use the Create Ticket button.
Look in the following places in your server's dashboard:
👉 Server Configs -> Blacklist Roles
Any roles there will be unable to interact with the bot in any way, including creating tickets.👉 Panel Configs -> Buttons -> Create Ticket -> Support team only
If this is enabled, only your staff will be able to use the button.
👉 Panel Configs -> Buttons -> Create Ticket -> Disabled Roles
Any roles there will be unable to use the button.

Try using the Sync Servers button on your top center of the Dashboard page
You will possibly need to relog. Look below to see the steps on how to relog.
You should relog from the dashboard, you can do this by clicking here to log out immediately, and then log back in
You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
1. Server Owner (Level: 6)
2. Server Administrator (Level: 4)
3. Dashboard Role (Level: 2)

When customizing permissions for the different ticket participants, you must make sure Ticket Tool has the permissions you want it to grant to others, you can learn more about this here.
Missing Permissions
This error is a direct outcome of the bot missing permissions as depicted above. When troubleshooting this error we suggest you go through these steps:
- Use the </debug:1029783024264564765> command to check if the bot is lacking core role or channel permissions.
- Compare the category/channel's overrides and contrast them with the bot's roles to identify any permission denial that is breaking the functioning
- If you can't still figure it out, let our <@&540295656720302081> know so they can guide you through
- If you are a server administrator and would like to understand more how to set up your server's permissions, we suggest checking the Discord Support Knowledge Base
