No, this is not a mobile app game support. If you actually clicked on the discord icon on the app, youd know you're in the wrong place.
For more convenient use of multipanels, you can now combine panels on the dashboard. This will allow you to directly send the multipanel from the dashboard or via the $panel ID command.
You can find this setting on the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Panel -> Attached Panels
Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panel's box (If you do this, it will create a duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.

When you have a dropdown menu, each item is its own separate panel as well
with its own separate settings
Your dropdown menu is set up on panel 2
but the actual items correspond to panels 3 and 4.
So you should select the categories for panels 3 and 4.

They are private by default. If there's unwanted users there then you must have done something wrong setting them up.

If you're not going to have long-term premium, it's not recommended that you switch to the premium bot.
You should use /botswitcher and choose Ticket Tool White. All the premium features are available on the white bot as long as you have premium.

If you have premium, you may have extra customization and features, but you still can have transcripts for free
So when members make a ticket and it is time to close the ticket, there is no option to save the transcript. All I am getting is close or cancel buttons.

if Ticket Tool in your category don't have permissions Manage Channels and Manage Roles, then they'll appear at the top of the server until you fix it
Ooh perfect, I thought it would work by role proxy, by placing a "bot role" on ticket tool and making that role manage messages etc but it only works by making the ticket tool directly have the base permissions for manage messages

That's not really a Ticket Tool issue. That's a matter of how the permissions are set for your server's roles and channels.
What i usually do is remove the everyone role's View Channels permission, and create a separate “Member” role that does have the permission. Within each channel, the View Channel permission would also have to be set to

Even though, this feature isn't reliable for thoroughly testing Ticket Tool considering that the tickets are created based on User roles, and that Roles permissions are only used for Support Team Roles, and Additional Roles.
For testing Ticket Tool as a user we suggest you ask a friend to open a ticket for you as a regular member would do, or use an alternative account to simulate the same process to make sure everything is set properly.
Using the View As Role feature won't be helpful in this scenario. You'll need to use another account

- You selected an emoji that doesn't exist anymore, i.e. that has been deleted
- You wrote text there, instead of an emoji (or in addition to an emoji)
- You entered a code for a custom emoji from a server that the bot is not a member of
- You entered a custom emoji code incorrectly
- You're on iPhone and entered an emoji using the phone's emoji pad (use the emoji selector in the website instead)

The best way to do this is probably to start a new subscription on the other bot shortly before the old subscription would expire
Another way is to collect votes and redeem a key shortly before, then start a new subscription after the old one expires

If the base panel is tickets and you've also added it as a multipanel as in the screenshot, there will be 2 buttons (one from the original panel and one from the multipanel). Try deleting tickets from the multipanel options and resending the panel.

The reason why people can see your tickets is probably that you made everyone's View Channel permission neutral

But also, if there were additional roles, the tickets would break because the bot isn't Administrator
and you're making it toggle the Manage Permissions permission

For the time being, you can change the bot's nickname by right-clicking the bot in the user list on your server and clicking Change Nickname

The Drop-down menu or Select Menu replaces the buttons on your panel message and uses a drop-down menu with all of your panels. To set this up, go to your Panel Configs and select your main Panel.
First you enable Select Style. Then you add an item in the Dropdown Editor. Now you can start editing your dropdown!
Each line in the dropdown editor represents a line in the drop down menu on discord. You can add more "Items", by clicking on

Unlike the regular Ticket Limit, the global limit will limit the amount of tickets a user can create at the same time for ALL Panels. When a ticket is closed again, the limit resets for that user.
To customize it head over to your Dashboard ➞ Server Configs ➞ Global Ticket Limit
Note: This is not a limit for how many tickets a user can open at all times or how many tickets you can have open on the server in total. This is just a limit per user for open tickets.

I was wondering this as well, as member of a sever that has ticket bot is there way to view closed tickets chats reguarding the user who created a ticket but isn't the owner of the sever?
So say I just got support from a ticket closed in one sever but want to review what the staff said in it
If that transcript has been saved, it can be accessed from your transcripts channel - however if it has already been deleted without the transcript being saved then there is unfortunately not a way to recover it
As mentioned previously, with premium you can enable auto transcripts which can either automatically send the trancript to the channel or automatically dm the user the transcript

Are you seeing this message when you use a Ticket Tool command in a channel? It may be because the bot is missing permissions in that channel.
Try the following:
- Right-click the channel, select Edit Channel, then Permissions
- Scroll down to Advanced Permissions and add Ticket Tool there
- Make sure that View Channel and Send Messages are
for Ticket Tool
- Save the changes
- In the channel, use the /debug command to check for any other missing permissions
- If needed, go back to the Permissions menu and grant Ticket Tool any missing permissions
- Retry using the command you wanted to use and confirm that it works properly now.

You would have to use the variable <t:{time}:R> which shows a reletive timestamp to that user of ticket creation.

1. Go into your Dashboard
2. Open your Panel Configs tab
3. Select the panel you want to ping your support on
4. Open the Ticket options menu
5. Click on Edit Ticket Message
6. In the Message Content use one of the role mention syntax (**{@Role Name}**/**{Role ID}**)
7. Save changes
Note: For this to work properly, Ticket Tool requires the Mention Everyone permission. Or the role must have the Allow anyone to @mention this role setting enabled

I don't think that's possible.
The closest alternative may be to leave server notifications on but turn notifications off channel by channel for non-ticket channels.

Sorry guys for the dumb question, pls where i can find my open ticket on a server channel? I cannot find it anymore on the left menu where i see all the rooms of that channel and when I try to open another one an automated response says that I cannot open because I've already one opened but there is no link to it. Hey, if you have an open ticket, it will be displayed on the channel list on the left. If it’s a larger server, make sure you have ‘show all channels’ enabled in the server menu in case discord isn’t showing you the channel

In that case, it’s possible the ticket has been closed and there is a closed ticket limit - you can try reaching out to staff in that server to see if they can help you more

I've just checked and confirmed - if you left the server you loose your permissions to see the ticket. This is why ticket tool is telling you you have reached the limit, as your ticket is still open, you just can't see it
your best bet for getting this rectified is speaking to staff at that server

Yep, staff should be able to still see it. It will most likely be closed for inactivity by the staff there, so you can keep trying to make a ticket if you don't get a response from the staff

Get the id of the role (this can be done either with developer mode enabled on your discord account, or with ticket tools /id command /id @role
Include <@&roleid> in the message, where roleid is the id of the role that you just got. Ticket tool will also give you the full formatted mention in the /id command

so I tried the 7 day free trial of the premium ticket bot, and it did not let me use it even after I used bot switcher, now that the 7 days are over, it won’t let me use the /botswitcher command. Everytime I try it, it says “this application won’t respond” I tried going to the dashboard but it says it won’t let me till I use bot switcher, but again it won’t let me anyone know how to fix this

A Discord Form lets the user answer individual questions in a pop-up Form, which then displays the answers in the ticket message. This can save time if you already know what you want to ask the user.
Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options. In the new pop-up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the Discord form. This is a Discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line, and also the option to have the answer required.
Question Title ➞ Your Question goes here
Question Placeholder ➞ The placeholder text in the input field
Required ➞ If enabled, the user has to answer this question, to submit the form
Multi-Line Input ➞Allows the user to input multiple lines

I have the bloxlink integration enabled yet the username information still doesn't appear.
The person needs an account with Bloxlink for it to work.
This feature requires you to have a Verified Bloxlink Account and enables Bloxlink variables. Enabling this feature will enable access to Bloxlink variables within the selected panel as well as the auto display feature explained below.
When having multiple accounts linked on Bloxlink, the variables will show the information for the main or primary account.
If the user doesn't count with a Roblox account linked to Bloxlink the bot will skip adding the embed even if this feature has been enabled.
To enable this feature, head over to Dashboard -> Menu -> Integrations -> Bloxlink for Roblox
Available Variables:
{roblox.name}- Roblox username
{roblox.display.name}- Roblox user display name
{roblox.id}- Roblox user id
{roblox.url}- Roblox user url

Use a dashboard role
Any role you put there will have full access to the ticket tool dashboard. The server owner and users with admin permissions already have access to the dashboard.

What roles can see closed tickets
Hey, the roles you’ve added in the dashboard as support team roles will be able to see them (as well as anyone with the native discord permission administrator as that perm allows you to always see all channels)
I have added the supporter role to the dashboard but there is no way for them to see closed tickets, only open tickets
After clicking Close and confirming, the channel disappears and only the server owner is left. Only then can you see the turned off channels

Hm. Something I have noticed is that you’ve added @everyone into your support team roles, meaning by default, everyone will be able to see open and closed tickets. Is this intentional?
Thank you very much. My problem has been solved. I tried to open the view channel permission in Additional Roles Permissions 'edit closed' so that I can see the closed channel.
I only have to add everyone to the supporter role so that everyone can issue tickets normally. Otherwise, they will not be able to see the tickets they have issued.

If you just want the user pinged as a reminder, You would create a custom command that pings the user, and set the action to run that custom command.
If you have the * if a message is found in x time set to restart timer, the timer will automatically reset every time the user sends a message so no manual checking is required

DONT select the same panel twice. Each option should have a different Panel 
After that, you can put a Display. This is the title of this option and will appear in the drop down menu. The *Description can be set right after that, which will be below the title in grey.
Additionally you can select an emoji, that will be shown in front of each option. You can either manually input the ID of an emoji or select it in the selector.
- Panel doesn't send? Make sure you have a valid emoji selected
- Option doesn't show up? Check if two options have the same panel in the DropDown Editor

As of now, you are not able to change Ticket Tool's profile picture, nonetheless, our Development Team is working on the release of white labels, this is your own custom bot!
For the time being, you can change the bot's nickname by right-clicking the bot in the user list on your server and clicking Change Nickname
Because server admins set up the Close button so that a user with your roles cannot use it
