The steps to follow when setting the bot for the first time on any server
you can always save a transcript manually by clicking on Transcript after closing the ticket.
you should select a Transcript Channel here:
TTDashboard > Panel Configs > Transcript > Transcript Channel
make sure that you selected the transcript channel for the specific pannel and make sure that TT have the perms to send message and etc.. in the specific channel aswell.
you can do it from the dashboard to the specific panel easily.
then make sure that you selected a transcript channel for the specific panel that you're working in
if you choosed a transcript channel in panel number 2 and you opened a ticket in panel number 1 and tried to save a transcript it won't work with you , you've to select the transcript channel for the panel 1 ( the panel that you're opening a ticket in )

We unfortunately can't handle any of these cases.
Discords Refund Policy states that you can request a refund within 5 days of your initial purchase date.
A prorated refund (partial) can be requested if the bot has been removed by either Discord or the bot developer.
Is it possible to ping someone else when someone opens a ticket?
Within all the messages the bot sends (both embeds and text) you can mention either channels, roles, or even users, these mentions will only send a notification to the user if they are used within a text field, e.g: a role mentioned in an embed won't ping at all the users who have that role.
For mentioning a role you can use one out of three options:
{@Role Name} ➞ Which is Case Sensitive.
{RoleID} ➞ Replace RoleId with the Id of the role you are trying to ping.
<@&RoleID> ➞ Discord's native syntax to ping roles.
<#ChannelID> ➞ Mention a channel by its ID.
<@UserID> ➞ Mention a user by its ID.

First you enable Select Style. Then you add an item in the Dropdown Editor. Now you can start editing your dropdown!
Each line in the dropdown editor represents a line in the drop down menu on discord. You can add more "Items", by clicking on

For some reason everyone can see my tickets when they are created. What am I doing wrong. It was working yesterday and I think I screwed something up. Anyway the Panel is in another category. It points to another category when the ticket is created but everyone can see it and I want it private between the ticket creator and certain roles. Sounds like automation can do the trick, but it's a premium feature
You can also try setting up an external bot to send the close command when the user sends the message, but we don't offer support for external bots

First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the panel configs on the dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.
Once you've created a panel on the dashboard you will need to send it to a channel using send on the dashboard.
Select the channel you want your panel to be created in and click send.

How to switch to the premium bot
The first thing you need to know is: if you don't have long-term premium, switching to @humble sequoia is not recommended. This is because when your premium ends, the premium bot will go inactive and you will have to switch back to the free bot, which is inconvenient.
The second thing is this: the premium bot is not required for access to premium features. All premium features such as claiming, automation, custom messages... are active with the free bot as long as your server has active premium.
Here's how to switch to the premium bot:
- Make sure the free bot is working properly: first, invite @pseudo glen to your server if it's not there. Then use the /botswitcher command to select Ticket Tool White. (If you have any difficulty with this, ask support)
- Make sure you have active premium: in your server's dashboard, look at the Premium Status and make sure it says something other than “Free”, such as “Linked Subscription...” or “Time left...”.
- Invite the premium bot to your server: in Server Configs in your dashboard, there's an Invite Premium Bot button. Use it to invite @humble sequoia.
- Set up permissions for @humble sequoia: if you have many open tickets, the easiest way to do this is to give the bot the Administrator permission. Another option is to give the bot a support team role so it has access to existing tickets. Remember to also grant it access to channels that have panel messages.
- Enable the premium bot: you can do this with the /botswitcher command or with the select menu in Server Configs.
- Re-send any panel messages: Use the Send button in Panel Configs to do this. This is necessary because existing panel messages sent with @pseudo glen will go inactive while the free bot is inactive.
And that's all! Enjoy using the premium bot!
How do i Get permission to make a ticket in my server?
Any role you put there will have full access to the ticket tool dashboard. The server owner and users with admin permissions already have access to the dashboard.
Be careful of which roles to put here

Are you seeing this message when you use a Ticket Tool command in a channel? It may be because the bot is missing permissions in that channel.
Try the following:
- Right-click the channel, select Edit Channel, then Permissions
- Scroll down to Advanced Permissions and add Ticket Tool there
- Make sure that View Channel and Send Messages are
for Ticket Tool - Save the changes
- In the channel, use the /debug command to check for any other missing permissions
- If needed, go back to the Permissions menu and grant Ticket Tool any missing permissions
- Retry using the command you wanted to use and confirm that it works properly now.

A Discord Form lets the user answer individual questions in a pop-up Form, which then displays the answers in the ticket message. This can save time if you already know what you want to ask the user.
Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options. In the new pop-up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the Discord form. This is a Discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line, and also the option to have the answer required.
Question Title ➞ Your Question goes here
Question Placeholder ➞ The placeholder text in the input field
Required ➞ If enabled, the user has to answer this question, to submit the form
Multi-Line Input ➞Allows the user to input multiple lines
Minimum and Maximum Input ➞ Set a minimum and maximum input value for the user
To display the answers from the user, you need to enable Auto display form results on the ticket message as an additional embed
In case you don't want a second embed, go into your Panel Configs > Ticket Options > Edit Ticket Message. In there you use the variable {create.form.x} and just replace x with the number of your question. For example, the response to Question 1 can be displayed with {create.form.1}. If you don't use this variable, the response from the user is lost.

This error indicates you have selected an invalid emoji, i.e. an emoji the bot isn't capable of using, in a button field
This depends upon which action the error is appearing, the most common cases are the Create Ticket button or one of your Dropdown emojis. You can visit your Button's List to find all available buttons and find the conflicting one by yourself.
- You selected an emoji that doesn't exist anymore, i.e. that has been deleted
- You wrote text there, instead of an emoji (or in addition to an emoji)
- You entered a code for a custom emoji from a server that the bot is not a member of
- You entered a custom emoji code incorrectly
- You're on iPhone and entered an emoji using the phone's emoji pad (use the emoji selector in the website instead)

You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
1. Server Owner (Level: 6)

Regarding your issue, remove the support management role from your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Ticket > Ticket Opened Roles

Did you check the Audit log? - It may be another bot or user assigning the role

The first thing you will need to do is invite the premium bot, an invite can be found here
Once the bot is in your server we will head to the dashboard and manage your server. When you are managing your server, you want to head into "Server Configs" then click the drop down menu under "Select the bot you would like to use on this server" then click "Ticket Tool#6207" and then save.

Missing Permissions
This error is a direct outcome of the bot missing permissions as depicted above. When troubleshooting this error we suggest you go through these steps:
- Use the </debug:1029783024264564765> command to check if the bot is lacking core role or channel permissions.
- Compare the category/channel's overrides and contrast them with the bot's roles to identify any permission denial that is breaking the functioning

Well, what are you trying to do?
A message that says “Ticket Tool has pinned a message to this channel”? That's normal. The bot itself deletes the notice.
It's the big green + button at the right of the dropdown at the top of the Panel Configs menu.
You have accidentally enabled a feature called Server Storage.
It's in Server Configs. Disable it and the channels should delete alright.

What I mean is, so that the bot in the initial message when opening a ticket can specify a variable with the number of previous tickets of the same user who opened, in the same panel. For example, a user creates a ticket on one panel, and in the variable "Total number of requests: 1", the user creates a second ticket in the same panel: "Total number of requests: 2"

Clear your app's cache and close it and reopen it
Depends on what you mean by old tickets
A closed ticket is still a channel in your server and should appear in your channel list.
Under normal circumstances, there's a menu with a few buttons at the bottom of a closed ticket. Those buttons are Transcript, Open, and Delete
Just press the Open button and the ticket will be reopened.
As for deleted tickets, they're gone forever irretrievably.
Sadly no such feature, but feel free to leave the suggestion using the s!suggest command in #🤖│bot-spam

For more convenient use of multipanels, you can now combine panels on the dashboard. This will allow you to directly send the multipanel from the dashboard or via the $panel ID command.
You can find this setting on the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Panel -> Attached Panels
Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panel's box (If you do this, it will create a duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.

It is possible that it requires manage roles permissions to view roles. For example, you enabled it so only support team members can close/delete tickets. For that, it is necessary for the ticket tool to be able to view roles.

Manage roles would allow the bot to manage your channel permissions, and since category permissions do not sync, thats what permissions the bot needs to function correctly, even if it isn't actually a role that it is removing, and just a user.

Are you seeing this message when you use a Ticket Tool command in a channel? It may be because the bot is missing permissions in that channel.
Try the following:
- Right-click the channel, select Edit Channel, then Permissions
- Scroll down to Advanced Permissions and add Ticket Tool there
- Make sure that View Channel and Send Messages are
for Ticket Tool - Save the changes
- In the channel, use the /debug command to check for any other missing permissions
- If needed, go back to the Permissions menu and grant Ticket Tool any missing permissions
- Retry using the command you wanted to use and confirm that it works properly now.

The bot may not have the set up permissions to type in that channel. It's either that, or you could try re-sending it.

Note: For this to work properly, Ticket Tool requires the Mention Everyone permission. Or the role must have the Allow anyone to @mention this role setting enabled

By default everyone can use the Close (and Confirm Close) button.
There's multiple ways to deny permission to a user, though. If you have accidentally disabled permission to someone, it may be best to #🎫│make-a-ticket and tell us your server's ID and let us figure out the cause.

hello, I am trying to use automation to automatically close tickets after 5 minutes of a message being detected, it seems as if the embeds are not being detected as a message, is that a common issue?

Afterwards if you ever want to insert the reason for closing it is possible if you insert {delete.reason} or {close.reason} depending on how you operate in the personalized message,
namely this only works if the moderators use the /close or /delete commands and complete the command giving the reason

is the variable you additionally use to say that the moderator who closed the ticket didn't give a reason

Well as you can see under Permission Level it says 0 - user
This means that you don't have a role with the permission Administrator enabled
The role name can be admin but you need the actual permission in settings to be enabled
Or you can ask the server owner to assign you a dashboard role
Any role you put there will have full access to the ticket tool dashboard. The server owner and users with admin permissions already have access to the dashboard.
Be careful of which roles to put here

I found the solution, to put a personalized emoji in a button, just go to the server where the server is located, put a \ then the emoji in question and copy paste the result on the dashboard
Hello everyone, i have 2 questions.
1- In our server there is role called "Ban Appeal Staff". It is un-mentionable rolein every channel but we want to make it mentionable in ticket channels only by reporter. Is that possible? I set "@everyone mention @Ban Appeal Staff but it doesn't effect the Ticket Tools' opened channels (tickets) - if you didn't understand what i mean please tell me i will explain better.

I don't fully understand the first, but I have an answer for the second.
You have to go to the server settings and copy the support role ID (requires developer mode ==> advanced discord account setting)
once on the panel you do <@&Id of the role>, and if you ever want it to ping the people activate the ping permission to ticket tool and do not put the mention of the role in the embed but in the part above (see screenshot)

That is a good question.
You could try the following as a test:
-
set {create.form.x} (replace X with the number of your question) in the ticket message outside the embed.
-
make a custom command, Regex type, and add the word you want the bot to respond to as the trigger.
(edit the output text of said custom command) -
Now test it by filling out the trigger word in your form and creating a new ticket

The closest is what we do: the close question tells the user to head to #📈│reviews and post a review there
With premium you can also set up a custom close DM that tells the user to go somewhere to give feedback.
Of course, the feedback system itself it not a feature the bot currently has.

You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
1. Server Owner (Level: 6)
2. Server Administrator (Level: 4)
3. Dashboard Role (Level: 2)

If the bot's response is:

You don't have any of the 3 levels required to access the server's dashboard
Oki I have no clue how someone is supposed to give a higher level to their staff. I checked the Ticket Tool docs as well as the FAQ's, including the one that talks about levels, and nothing helps me understand HOW to make level permissions higher for a specific User
