When I say delete ticket, it doesn't delete the channel. it only deletes the messages

Note: For this to work properly, Ticket Tool requires the Mention Everyone permission. Or the role must have the Allow anyone to @mention this role setting enabled

Usually that error happens when the bot is missing permissions, usually SEND MESSAGE in the channel.
Make sure you set up all the required permissions
When first invited to your server, Ticket Tool should have the permissions shown below in order to ensure an appropriate functioning:
When customizing permissions for the different ticket participants, you must make sure Ticket Tool has the permissions you want it to grant to others, you can learn more about this here.
Missing Permissions

in terms of getting information, its good, however, in terms of having a good ui demonstrating the info, its not good, if you see programs such as discord chat exporter (first github that pops up), the ability to download chats directly through that, and then opening those html files onto a browser is amazing, because it recreates the discord ui

By default, only the server owner and administrators can access the dashboard. You'll have to add dashboard roles on the dashboard to give your mod roles access to the dashboard.
(That's a lot of dashboard)

Dashboard > Server Configs > Dashboard Roles

Within all the messages the bot sends (both embeds and text) you can mention either channels, roles, or even users, these mentions will only send a notification to the user if they are used within a text field, e.g: a role mentioned in an embed won't ping at all the users who have that role.
For mentioning a role you can use one out of three options:
{@Role Name} ➞ Which is Case Sensitive.
{RoleID} ➞ Replace RoleId with the Id of the role you are trying to ping.
<@&RoleID> ➞ Discord's native syntax to ping roles.
<#ChannelID> ➞ Mention a channel by its ID.
<@UserID> ➞ Mention a user by its ID.

A Discord Form lets the user answer individual questions in a pop-up Form, which then displays the answers in the ticket message. This can save time if you already know what you want to ask the user.
Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options. In the new pop-up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the Discord form. This is a Discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line, and also the option to have the answer required.
Question Title ➞ Your Question goes here
Question Placeholder ➞ The placeholder text in the input field
Required ➞ If enabled, the user has to answer this question, to submit the form

I'm assuming that the Judge role is not your member role?
Disable Support Team Only and remove that role from the list. That will make it so anyone can create a ticket

Struggling to find this answer - is there a way to change what role can see a ticket based on which ticket is opened?
So:
1| Open a Ticket might be automatically be seen by the Officers and the Support role,
but
2| Open a Complaint might be seen by the Officers, the Support role, and anyone with the Mediator role?
So what your saying is when a Complaint ticket get's Opened it can be seen by the ticket maker, Officer's the support role and anyone who's a Moderator?
Not a capital M moderator, but say a created role within the Discord server called Mediator or something.

So one suggestion i have is Going into your Server and Editing the Categories you do not want that role to see, Also Check if they have Administrator on the role itself Via Server Setting's. if so remove it and manually give it the permission's to Ban,Kick,etc then set the role via the Category to not be able to see,send or read message History

Is it possible to make it so our support team can reassign a ticket to a specific team? They can assign it to another person, but more so some automation such as !claim @teamname and then have it move into a specific category that the other team can use?

For more convenient use of multipanels, you can now combine panels on the dashboard. This will allow you to directly send the multipanel from the dashboard or via the $panel ID command.
You can find this setting on the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Panel -> Attached Panels
Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panel's box (If you do this, it will create a duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.

Hey quick question I finally got the tickets set up in my server and I'm not sure what I need to change in the settings but nobody can type anything into the tickets. They can open them and we can close them but it stops with that. Anyone got some advice that can help?
In the dashboard, head to the menu Panel Configs -> Permissions -> Ticket Owner, Edit Opened
and make sure Send Message is ✅ .
This change will not affect existing tickets, only newly created ones.

You would have to manually disable the automation on every new ticket
and manually enable it when closed

It does. It is different to the support team role.
I understood it myself, but does this section give mail access to closing tickets? This section is for the bot management role, not staff
No it should not do that.
You should deny the role the use of the Close button.
And probably also the Confirm Close button and the /close command

This depends upon which action the error is appearing, the most common cases are the Create Ticket button or one of your Dropdown emojis. You can visit your Button's List to find all available buttons and find the conflicting one by yourself.
- You selected an emoji that doesn't exist anymore, i.e. that has been deleted
- You wrote text there, instead of an emoji (or in addition to an emoji)
- You entered a code for a custom emoji from a server that the bot is not a member of
- You entered a custom emoji code incorrectly

I have a very urgent issue
In my server we had a signup ticket that turned into a chain channel where the whole server would say one word and one word only. This ticket was extremely special to us but this morning we have found it had been closed and deleted.
There are no logs that tell us who did it or if the bot did it.
Is there any way we can find out who did it and recover the ticket?
If the ticket has been deleted and no transcript is saved, it cannot be recovered
As for checking who deleted the ticket, check the audit log* to confirm if the bot deleted it or some user
If it's by the bot, unless you had logging enabled, you cannot see who deleted the ticket.
Unfortunately logging was not enabled but has been now, audit log just says the ticket was renamed to closed and then deleted but not who did it
Someone can help? If one Re-Opened a Ticket, he cant write in his own ticket. Open Permission is set correctly but the ticket owner cant write into an re-opened ticket. For 3 Weeks ago, it works fine. Something changed and we dont changed anything in bot

First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the Panel Configs Tab on the Dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and you are ready to get started with configuring your panel.

Within all the messages the bot sends (both embeds and text) you can mention either channels, roles, or even users, these mentions will only send a notification to the user if they are used within a text field, e.g: a role mentioned in an embed won't ping at all the users who have that role.
For mentioning a role you can use one out of three options:
{@Role Name} ➞ Which is Case Sensitive.
{RoleID} ➞ Replace RoleId with the Id of the role you are trying to ping.
<@&RoleID> ➞ Discord's native syntax to ping roles.
<#ChannelID> ➞ Mention a channel by its ID.
<@UserID> ➞ Mention a user by its ID.

First you enable Select Style. Then you add an item in the Dropdown Editor. Now you can start editing your dropdown!
Each line in the dropdown editor represents a line in the drop down menu on discord. You can add more "Items", by clicking on 

First you select a panel. That's the panel this option will open a ticket for.
DONT select the same panel twice. Each option should have a different Panel 
After that, you can put a Display. This is the title of this option and will appear in the drop down menu. The *Description can be set right after that, which will be below the title in grey.
Additionally you can select an emoji, that will be shown in front of each option. You can either manually input the ID of an emoji or select it in the selector.

Are you seeing this message when you use a Ticket Tool command in a channel? It may be because the bot is missing permissions in that channel.
Try the following:
- Right-click the channel, select Edit Channel, then Permissions
- Scroll down to Advanced Permissions and add Ticket Tool there
- Make sure that View Channel and Send Messages are
for Ticket Tool
- Save the changes
- In the channel, use the /debug command to check for any other missing permissions
- If needed, go back to the Permissions menu and grant Ticket Tool any missing permissions
- Retry using the command you wanted to use and confirm that it works properly now.

The Drop-down menu or Select Menu replaces the buttons on your panel message and uses a drop-down menu with all of your panels. To set this up, go to your Panel Configs and select your main Panel.
First you enable Select Style. Then you add an item in the Dropdown Editor. Now you can start editing your dropdown!
Each line in the dropdown editor represents a line in the drop down menu on discord. You can add more "Items", by clicking on 

First you select a panel. That's the panel this option will open a ticket for.
DONT select the same panel twice. Each option should have a different Panel 
After that, you can put a Display. This is the title of this option and will appear in the drop down menu. The *Description can be set right after that, which will be below the title in grey.
Additionally you can select an emoji, that will be shown in front of each option. You can either manually input the ID of an emoji or select it in the selector.
- Panel doesn't send? Make sure you have a valid emoji selected
- Option doesn't show up? Check if two options have the same panel in the DropDown Editor

i'm in a server with members and admins so they got 2 ticket rooms one for members and the other for admins to open a ticket and say what they wanna say
i got no problem with the members one
but i want to make a role that can see the admin tickets
so is it a bot command to add the role in the bot system or just a normal edit from the category

5. Select your Support Team Roles

However, you can apply it to an old ticket by closing and reopening it

I have the 'Open' ticket category set to Mail but yet the mod doesn't put the channel in that category. It puts it at the top of the server list. Any idea why?

It was set before I put that category, I added in this bot a few days ago

is there a way to neaten up my ticket areas as atm every time a ticket opens it just looks messy or is there nothing that can be done

because when i open a ticket it just look at a bit bad
see so the ticket areas are for all the areas that when the tickets get open and the private areas are for all the code that get sent when i ticket is opened

@pseudo ravine I'm Brazilian and I managed to put all the messages from the bot's ticket system in Portuguese. Only this specific message remains in English, which makes the system look not very pleasant.

When a panel is created, it is assigned a unique panel ID based on the timestamp of its creation.
Everything else is done via databases
When is the panel actually created
when you press the Create a panel button or when you set the name

I see no reason why the panel would be created when you press the green + button
It makes sense to me that it's created when you press the Create button inside the popup menu.
But that's just my guess. As a programmer you can make a better guess than i can, i'm sure
