Not really, there is no way to mass delete channels. So using $delete by hand is your only way, but then even then you'll have a ratelimit.

To cancel your Ticket Tool Premium Subscription, just head over to your User Settings in Discord, then Subscriptions. Look for Premium Apps and click on Manage Subscriptions. There you can cancel your subscription at the end of your billing cycle.

I appreciate your concern, though like previously stated in the entire conversation we have 0 idea where to navigate anyone when it is not an inquiry related to Ticket Tool. Thereas we are not obligated, nor is members simply trying to assist here, to attempt to assist someone or direct someone outside of Ticket Tool as we cannot accurately guide them. We tell people they are in the wrong place so they can look themselves.
He has all "right" otherwise to speak here and tell people we cannot properly help them, as per what the command says, so politely quit the arguing.

I cant use this bot in my server
First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the panel configs on the dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.
Once you've created a panel on the dashboard you will need to send it to a channel using send on the dashboard.
Select the channel you want your panel to be created in and click send.

Do $debug in a channel with Ticket Tool and make sure it has all the necessary Discord permissions.
Start at step 2 create a panel. You can eventually run /setup in your server.

No idea, but they're all reviewed by staff first.

If you want an answer from staff, feel free to open a ticket. Users don't have access to submitted reviews, only staff has to review them. So I answer with my experience regarding suggestions.
So not sure why you're commenting something dumb like that. You get an answer and should be happy someone answers you.

Hey if they're deleted and you don't have a transcript: no.
@hidden mural if they're only closed and not deleted you might be able to see them again (and save the transcript).
But I dont see that ticket window anymore

everything worked before I added a 2nd admin group, after I created the 2nd amin group it stopped working and now "Normal" users get this

Claiming allows you to change the ticket name, category and permissions. To use it you have to enable it first on your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Claiming

Note: For this to work properly, Ticket Tool requires the Mention Everyone permission. Or the role must have the Allow anyone to @mention this role setting enabled

Claiming is a premium feature, and only for Support Team
It can be for your server. The Support Team I'm referring to is the roles you put as Support Team for that panel. If you want the command to claim a ticket, run /claim

You can turn Support Only off.
A panel is the core of Ticket Tool, so its important to do the adequate process:
1. Go into your Dashboard
2. Open your Panel Configs tab
3. Click on the+or in theCreatebutton
4. Fill in the blanks

The panel message is where people react to make a ticket. To customize it head over to your Dashboard --> Panel Configs -> Panel -> Edit Panel Message

You can check the Dashboard History on the dashboard for changes being made via the dashboard.
If you want to see when (and by who) a ticket is created you can log it:

Logging Channel
Here you will define which channel @humble sequoia will save the Logs in (ticket created/deleted/closed, etc.)

➞ Ticket Closed ➞ Logs when a ticket is closed
➞ Ticket Opened ➞ Logs when a ticket is opened

It should work for newly created tickets then.
1. Go into your Dashboard

5. Find what role you'd like to edit permissions for
6. Choose if you'd like to edit opened or closed permissions for that role
7. Edit the permissions by tickingor unticking
each permission
8. Save changes
You might also double check the permissions.
i added the perms to support channel in the discord and added the roles in the dashboard

Hi, nope, if ticket was deleted, there is no way to recover it, and transcripts are not saved unless you do it yourself (or you'll get premium where you can set auto-save transcripts)

Hi, you can add this role to Server Configs->Blacklist Roles (they won't be able to open any ticket on your server)
or Panel Configs->Buttons->Edit Create Ticket Button->Disabled Roles (they will not be able to open ticket from the panel to which you have added roles)

A Discord Form lets the user answer individual questions in a pop-up Form, which then displays the answers in the ticket message. This can save time if you already know what you want to ask the user.
Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options. In the new pop-up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the Discord form. This is a Discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line, and also the option to have the answer required.
Question Title ➞ Your Question goes here
Question Placeholder ➞ The placeholder text in the input field
Required ➞ If enabled, the user has to answer this question, to submit the form
Multi-Line Input ➞Allows the user to input multiple lines
Minimum and Maximum Input ➞ Set a minimum and maximum input value for the user
To display the answers from the user, you need to enable Auto display form results on the ticket message as an additional embed
In case you don't want a second embed, go into your Panel Configs > Ticket Options > Edit Ticket Message. In there you use the variable {create.form.x} and just replace x with the number of your question. For example, the response to Question 1 can be displayed with {create.form.1}. If you don't use this variable, the response from the user is lost.
You can do that using forms, see above.

Oh, I get what you mean.
For more convenient use of multipanels, you can now combine panels on the dashboard. This will allow you to directly send the multipanel from the dashboard or via the $panel ID command.
You can find this setting on the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Panel -> Attached Panels
Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panel's box (If you do this, it will create a duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.
You can make it using multipanels. Which looks like this.

I'm having an intermittent issue where some discord users can't see the ticket tool message in our ticket creation channel. View message history is allowed, and the users in question have 'view embeds/links' on as well. Most users have no issue creating a ticket but every day or two we get someone who sees the channel as entirely blank. Any ideas as to whats going on?
Apparently one of the users who was unable to see the bot message in the discord client was able to see it on the web app

Any role you put there will have full access to the ticket tool dashboard. The server owner and users with admin permissions already have access to the dashboard.

The panel message is where people react to make a ticket. To customize it head over to your Dashboard --> Panel Configs -> Panel -> Edit Panel Message

First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the Panel Configs Tab on the Dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and you are ready to get started with configuring your panel.

The Drop-down menu or Select Menu replaces the buttons on your panel message and uses a drop-down menu with all of your panels. To set this up, go to your Panel Configs and select your main Panel.
First you enable Select Style. Then you add an item in the Dropdown Editor. Now you can start editing your dropdown!
Each line in the dropdown editor represents a line in the drop down menu on discord. You can add more "Items", by clicking on

DONT select the same panel twice. Each option should have a different Panel 
After that, you can put a Display. This is the title of this option and will appear in the drop down menu. The *Description can be set right after that, which will be below the title in grey.
Additionally you can select an emoji, that will be shown in front of each option. You can either manually input the ID of an emoji or select it in the selector.
- Panel doesn't send? Make sure you have a valid emoji selected
- Option doesn't show up? Check if two options have the same panel in the DropDown Editor

Hello! Is it normal for the bot not to respond?
It will sync servers you've access/you're in too. You can transfer settings as server owner.
The Backup and Restore feature allows you to transfer your panels, tags, and all settings to a new server, even if the server the settings were created has been deleted! You will want to copy the whole key.
First, go to your server's Dashboard ➞ then Server Configs ➞ under Config Backup & Restore (Server Owner Only) click on Old version can be found here and generate a new backup key by pressing the green button. Now, a key should be generated in the box above. You may need to refresh the page to see this.
Once you have your backup key, navigate to the same page on the new server. Copy the key on the Restore from backup key field.
Now you can choose what you want to copy. Finally, press the green Restore Configs button.
- We suggest you keep this backup key somewhere safe, in case your server is deleted so you are able to recover your panel's settings.
- This feature is only usable by the server's owner

Hey there. You can set the “Category Created/Opened” to the same category for both panels

Unfortunately we can't do anything about that. Due to how Discord timeouts work, you can't use buttons while in timeout

However, when a user creates a ticket, our support admins (who appear to have the correct permission/role) aren't able to see/reply/close the ticket. Ticket Tool has a useful command that helps you get the ID of various things like channels, roles, emojis, and your server.
Just use the command </id:1029797400174399546> <#channel/@role/:emoji:>. Now copy everything, including the brackets <...>, to your dashboard (or wherever you want it)
If you want the server ID, just use the command without any option.

Do you mean like an "open" and "closed" time for your tickets (like a shops opening times) ?
If so, there is a Premium
feature on the Dashboard > Panel Configs > Limits > Time Schedule. Here you can specify what times tickets can be open (when your support is "open for business")
Also, I want the ticket to be automatically deleted if no one responds to it for a day or more, how do I do that?
You can with automations, which is a premium feature.

If you have a premium subscription while using the Primary bot (because of the /botswitcher command), you can still use the premium features
That would be the Discord feature, Ticket Tool doesn’t have something like that
I want only the free Version right now. In Winter i want Premium back
Then your only solution would be the cancel the subscription for now, and then purchase it again when you need it

To cancel your Ticket Tool Premium Subscription, just head over to your User Settings in Discord, then Subscriptions. Look for Premium Apps and click on Manage Subscriptions. There you can cancel your subscription at the end of your billing cycle.

How do I find out who has access to and control the bot?
Everyone who has dashboard access can manage the bot. Dashboard > Server Configs
All stuff in Discord is based on if they're support team, have additional permissons.
Users who have administrator in Discord can manage the bot too via the dashboard.
How do I make it so the user that created the ticket can still see it after I close it? I have it move it from one category to another on my server once it closes but they can't see it in that category
1. Go into your Dashboard
2. Open your Panel Configs tab
3. Select the panel you want to grant access to
4. Open the Permissions options menu
5. Find what role you'd like to edit permissions for
6. Choose if you'd like to edit opened or closed permissions for that role
7. Edit the permissions by tickingor unticking
each permission
8. Save changes

So I did that and I did user permission, closed, then put view channel and send messages but it isn't letting them for some reason
Check the permissions for the category in Discord too, it might override.

My "Open Ticket" and "Closed Ticket" category has the same settings. Will the settings update right away after I change them on the ticket tool? Like I haven't closed a ticket since making changes but all the previous ones still don't have access

First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the panel configs on the dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.
Once you've created a panel on the dashboard you will need to send it to a channel using send on the dashboard.
Select the channel you want your panel to be created in and click send.

Right now the only way for the transcript to not be sent as a file is if it where stored on a different location than your Discord channel, saving it on our servers and due to privacy reasons it's not viable at all, for now it's not possible but from a time ago the developer has been considering creating a feature that allows transcripts to be saved to a Google Drive account you set up.
That's why suggesting this isn't viable, at least not now

yes, but i was hoping it would auto delete already closed channels
so i dont have to go and delete them when i reach my 50 channel limit
2 days is the maximum duration from the pre-made list of durations, but the maximum is 7 days if you use seconds
I'm pretty sure it only applies to newly created tickets after saving the changes

Hello, i need to do a backup of my server, it's possible to migrate or exp/import setting from my dashboard to integrate it on the new serv ?
The Backup and Restore feature allows you to transfer your panels, tags, and all settings to a new server, even if the server the settings were created has been deleted! You will want to copy the whole key.
First, go to your server's Dashboard ➞ then Server Configs ➞ under Config Backup & Restore (Server Owner Only) click on Old version can be found here and generate a new backup key by pressing the green button. Now, a key should be generated in the box above. You may need to refresh the page to see this.
Once you have your backup key, navigate to the same page on the new server. Copy the key on the Restore from backup key field.
Now you can choose what you want to copy. Finally, press the green Restore Configs button.
- We suggest you keep this backup key somewhere safe, in case your server is deleted so you are able to recover your panel's settings.
- This feature is only usable by the server's owner

Looks like your PayPal denied the payment.
User Settings->Billing->Edit Payment methods->Delete your payment method and then go make new one... u can make same as u had and payments will work again...

yup, but if that not works, you need log in to your paypal account->click the gear icon (next to logout)->payments tab->automatic payments->revoke access for discord payment->and repeat as in my last message: User Settings->Billing->Edit Payment methods->Delete your payment method and then go make new one
