The first thing you will need to do is invite the premium bot, an invite can be found here

Because it is an issue with Discord, causing the bot to either not work or not at all. Ticket Tool is in 2.1 million servers, so a bot this large when Discord has issues is going to have some issues, especially when Ticket Tool in short terms gets turned off to avoid getting rate limit spammed. Premium is in a smaller server count, so there is not as many issues that can be a issue.
Based on the fact it is now a second day in a row we have had issues with the bot because of Discord related outages and this outage took 4 hours for discord employees to begin implementing a fix almost an hour ago, Discord is not really predictable.

The Drop-down menu or Select Menu replaces the buttons on your panel message and uses a drop-down menu with all of your panels. To set this up, go to your Panel Configs and select your main Panel.
First you enable Select Style. Then you add an item in the Dropdown Editor. Now you can start editing your dropdown!
Each line in the dropdown editor represents a line in the drop down menu on discord. You can add more "Items", by clicking on 

First you select a panel. That's the panel this option will open a ticket for.
DONT select the same panel twice. Each option should have a different Panel 
After that, you can put a Display. This is the title of this option and will appear in the drop down menu. The *Description can be set right after that, which will be below the title in grey.
Additionally you can select an emoji, that will be shown in front of each option. You can either manually input the ID of an emoji or select it in the selector.
- Panel doesn't send? Make sure you have a valid emoji selected
- Option doesn't show up? Check if two options have the same panel in the DropDown Editor
Create multiple individual tickets. You link them in the dropdown editor

As Discord is having issues, resulting in the bot being down. We have temporarily locked the channels until the outage is resolved. Avoid asking staff and becoming demanding. Read this message for the sake of all of our sanity. Direct messaging, or becoming demanding with staff in any sort of way with this outage will result in moderation action with no prior warning.
Due to the above incident, we have recently shut off the primary bot. Premium services are likely to remain unaffected. We have no ETA on a fix for primary services as we are waiting on a fix from Discord itself.
Reminder that any actions against staff such as pinging or direct messaging will result in strict moderation actions until the outage is resolved.

The ticket name is the default channel name of all tickets. To edit it, go to your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Ticket. There you can edit the channel name of opened and closed tickets. You can also use variables in there.

I recomend using the /id command to get the role's mention ID and pasting that into the message

How to add roles in panel message
Include a role mention
Within all the messages the bot sends (both embeds and text) you can mention either channels, roles, or even users, these mentions will only send a notification to the user if they are used within a text field, e.g: a role mentioned in an embed won't ping at all the users who have that role.
For mentioning a role you can use one out of three options:
{@Role Name} ➞ Which is Case Sensitive.
{RoleID} ➞ Replace RoleId with the Id of the role you are trying to ping.
<@&RoleID> ➞ Discord's native syntax to ping roles.
<#ChannelID> ➞ Mention a channel by its ID.
<@UserID> ➞ Mention a user by its ID.

A Discord Form lets the user answer individual questions in a pop-up Form, which then displays the answers in the ticket message. This can save time if you already know what you want to ask the user.
Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options. In the new pop-up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the Discord form. This is a Discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line, and also the option to have the answer required.
Question Title ➞ Your Question goes here
Question Placeholder ➞ The placeholder text in the input field
Required ➞ If enabled, the user has to answer this question, to submit the form
Multi-Line Input ➞Allows the user to input multiple lines
Minimum and Maximum Input ➞ Set a minimum and maximum input value for the user
To display the answers from the user, you need to go into your Panel Settings > Ticket Options > Edit Ticket Message. In there you use the variable {create.form.x} and just replace x with the number of your question. For example, the response to Question 1 can be displayed with {create.form.1}. If you don't use this variable, the response from the user is lost.

Changing the ticket name is premium feature, but if you'd like to try it out using the 7 days free trial, head over to Panel configs > Ticket > Ticket opened channel name

The upgrade button being present on the premium bot is normal. Since you bought premium using the upgrade button on the free bot.
The option to upgrade is present on both bots
Currently you can't, however a white label version of the bot is planned

nvm for some reason the subscription on free bot is canceled, I just subscribed to premium bot again
You just need to keep the free bot on the server since you bought it through it

To invite the premium bot please follow these steps
The first thing you will need to do is invite the premium bot, an invite can be found here
Once the bot is in your server we will head to the dashboard and manage your server. When you are managing your server, you want to head into "Server Configs" then click the drop down menu under "Select the bot you would like to use on this server" then click "Ticket Tool#6207" and then save.
Premium bot advantages is being faster and more stable since it is present on less servers
You can use the premium features on the free bot normally if you wish to keep it

Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panel's box (If you do this, it will create a duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.

She means that your bot is missing the Send Messages permission in the channel where you're trying to do /debug
That's why you get the error.
It's missing several other permissions as well
You should be able to see which permissions it's missing after you give it the Send Messages permission and use /debug again
Without premium, the character limit is 250 characters.
The tickets that make them members are public, everyone can see their tickets..and I don't know how to do it, plus they also have access to write

Hello. Transcripts in my server isn't working properly.
Its showing that Transcript saved in #deleted-channel. (1st pic)
I double checked my dashboard and it shows that the transcript channel is still there (2nd pic)
I also tried changing the transcript channel to a different one but is still providing the same result.

If you're wondering about a transcript issue that started recently, it's related to a recent bugfix and the developer is looking into things. Please be patient. In the meantime, consider enabling the Two Step Close and Two Step Ticket settings for your tickets, to make sure they're not automatically deleted without transcript.
We regret any loss of information caused by this incident.
