it dosn´t works. i have blocked the commands for all channels, but i can use the slash command also in every channel. the bot has no permissions in this channel and i can still use the commands
Reload discord. Otherwise I think you did not set this up correctly or admins override this permissions, though I don't think they do.
the bot is realy funny. i disable the "setup" command so i can´t use it with the prefix but i can used it with slash.
i had restart DC and i am the only admin

The transcript only saves the link to the file. The file itself no longer exists because it was sent in a channel that's now deleted

I think that refers to the form options. Check if you have set a title there
It's not something you can check retroactively
But you can enable logs for it

If you have premium you can just delete the embed.

i upgraded to the premium version, but my tags are still getting cut off after 250 characters when i use the tag command in my server. i have not invited the premium bot to the server yet, as i just did the upgrade - do i need to have the premium bot in the server for the tags to work past 250 characters?

Claiming is a premium feature.
1. Go into your Dashboard
2. Open your Panel Configs tab
3. Select the panel you want to grant access to
4. Open the Transcript options menu
5. Using the Transcript Channel selector, pick the channel you want your transcripts to be sent to

oh i see, so when i close a ticket it gives me option for transcript open and delete, i can only open it from there, once i hit delete and it saves transcripts and removes the ticket, it cant be reopened

so mods did not have permissions to see tickets and then we changed the permissions.
Hey all, we've got a Bot Error for our server, directs us to the server settings to check the premium settings, but the problem is that we have no premium bot to remove, we've only ever had the free one. Is there any way to fix this other than kicking/reinviting the bot?
That again depends on what you mean by changed the permissions
Kicking and reinviting the bot will not help, in fact
In Server Configs there's a dropdown menu where you can select either the free bot or the premium bot
Make sure the free bot is selected there, and make sure the free bot is in your server
What's your server's ID? I'll take a look at your settings just in case.

Tickets are channels like any other. You can't hide a channel's user list. You can't hide a ticket's user list.
If Discord ever implemented something like hiding a channel's user list, i would be very happy.

The first thing you will need to do is invite the premium bot, an invite can be found here
Once the bot is in your server we will head to the dashboard and manage your server. When you are managing your server, you want to head into "Server Configs" then click the drop down menu under "Select the bot you would like to use on this server" then click "Ticket Tool#6207" and then save.

Within all the messages the bot sends (both embeds and text) you can mention either channels, roles, or even users, these mentions will only send a notification to the user if they are used within a text field, e.g: a role mentioned in an embed won't ping at all the users who have that role.
For mentioning a role you can use one out of three options:
{@Role Name} ➞ Which is Case Sensitive.
{RoleID} ➞ Replace RoleId with the Id of the role you are trying to ping.
<@&RoleID> ➞ Discord's native syntax to ping roles.
<#ChannelID> ➞ Mention a channel by its ID.
<@UserID> ➞ Mention a user by its ID.

Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options. In the new pop-up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the Discord form. This is a Discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line, and also the option to have the answer required.

Required ➞ If enabled, the user has to answer this question, to submit the form
Multi-Line Input ➞Allows the user to input multiple lines

To display the answers from the user, you need to go into your Panel Settings > Ticket Options > Edit Ticket Message. In there you use the variable {create.form.x} and just replace x with the number of your question. For example, the response to Question 1 can be displayed with {create.form.1}. There's some workarounds though
Here's what i would do:
- Deny the Send Messages permission from the ticket user's opened permissions
- Remove the View Channel permission from the Additional Roles opened permissions
- Create a role called Can Write in Tickets and add it to the Additional Roles
- When a staff member is ready to unlock the ticket, add the Can Write in Tickets role to the ticket user
If you're not using the Additional Roles for anything else, that works

Well if you read instead of spamming, you would know that it is just a way to give back and access a few select perks. You dont get premium buy purchasing it through our server.

alright so basically:
you have the main panel (A) where you enable the dropdown style.
- now in the panel (a) enable the dropdown style.
- Create another panel (b) and add it as an option in the panel (a)
- create another panel (c) and add it as an option in panel (a)
make sure you dont use only panel (b/c) for all the options. thats probably where youre going wrong

You will possibly need to relog. Look below to see the steps on how to relog.
You need one of these 3 things to access the dashboard.
1. Server Owner (Level: 6)
2. Server Administrator (Level: 4)
3. Dashboard Role (Level: 2)

Less servers use the premium bot so it has better uptime and speed
for premium it’s working for me but normal it isn’t

well when a user opens a ticket he can choose one of the support members or maybe like that, maybe each user can have their role but not sure

nope, but instead you could have it so that when the ticket is created, your support team cannot access the ticket other than the member who claimed the ticket (claiming is a premium feature just so you know)
