The first thing you will need to do is invite the premium bot, an invite can be found here
Once the bot is in your server we will head to the dashboard and manage your server. When you are managing your server, you want to head into "Server Configs" then click the drop down menu under "Select the bot you would like to use on this server" then click "Ticket Tool#6207" and then save.
Unfortunately this hasn’t been helpful after following the steps, on the dashboard still shows BOT ERROR
The bot needs the right role and permissions. If the bot has problems with doing something that involved another user then bumping up the role of the bot in the role list will help.
Bot has the right permissions, even applied admin permission to be absolutely sure I didn’t get anything wrong

First, find the IDs of each panel you wish to combine. You can find them in your Panel Configs in the Dashboard
Next, send the multipanel to a channel using $panel [id1] [id2] {id3} ....
e.g. $panel 1 2 4 17 35 to combine panels 1, 2, 4, 17 and 35.
Up to 25 panels may be combined.
You can also watch this video tutorial.
For a more convenient use of multipanels, you can now combine panels on the dashboard. This will allow you to directly send the multipanel from the dashboard or via the $panel ID command.
You can find this setting on the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> General Options
Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panels box (If you do this, it will create duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.

Add a role mention to the ticket message
The Ticket Message is the first message sent by the bot in a new ticket. To customise it head over to your Dashboard ➞ Panel Configs ➞ Settings ➞ Ticket Options ➞ Edit Ticket Message
Within all the messages the bot's sends (both embeds and text) you can mention either channels, roles, or even users, these mentions will only send a notification to the user if they are used within a text field, e.g: a role mentioned in an embed won't ping at all the users who have that role.
For mentioning a role you can use one out of three options:
{@Role Name} ➞ Which is Case Sensitive.
{RoleID} ➞ Replace RoleId with the Id of the role you are trying to ping.
<@&RoleID> ➞ Discord's native syntax to ping roles.
<#ChannelID> ➞ Mention a channel by its ID.

Discord only allows to stack up to 50 channels per category, meaning that if you have already 50 tickets in one category, the bot won't be able to place a ticket in that category, for such reason Ticket Tool counts with overflow categories, meaning that if your main category is filled, the bot will go ahead and place the ticket on the next one available, simply choose a second category in the category pickers:
It's at most 50 tickets per category

Hi, you can change where the transcript is being sent from the respective panel config. For more information, refer the below response

If no channel is selected, the bot will save the transcript in the ticket itself.
You can also change the channel settings and make it private if that's an option

That 8 is not from any kind of database query
It's just a counter that gets incremented every time a ticket is created
So bot will not remember how many tickets I and before and it will just reset number to what I select for example if from 300 I will make 1?

that's the only count the bot does keep track of

Try to kick and add again its my advice what I do when bots not works for me or if you added bot to server and you had opened dashboard from other day when you didnt have added it to new then reload dashboard in browser

I tried to send that in my test server and it just delete that message and nothing else

Okay good then. If you create for example new role in your server then it not appear in dashboard until you reload it bc I tried it when I wanted to set role what will allow to create tickets and so much bots have that so if you for example have opened dashboard from other day and you add bot to new server then it will not appear until you reload it so this is advice for future :))

Hi, while setting up the button emoji for ticket tool, I saw that old emojis that have already been deleted from the server are still showing up in the list of available emojis. Is there any way to clear those non-existent emojis from the ticket tool web interface so that only actual existing emojis are shown?
That's strange. Consider logging out of the the dashboard and then back in and seeing if it helps the issue?
hmm still the same. Strangely enough, when I selected those deleted emoji, the emoji would actually still show up in the button on Discord. Seems like there's some ghosting on Discord's end. However, I think the latest icons are listed on the extreme left as the first emoji, so I'm using this way to determine which emoji I should use. The unique numerical ID (I assume it's tied to the time of uploading the emojis) are similar for the emojis I uploaded recently, which includes brand new emojis, so I'm using that to check whether an emoji is the latest or not. Hopefully the bot can tell which emojis are deleted though, or maybe there's some caching somewhere somehow that I cannot access and purge.
Maybe it's a repeat emoji from a different server?
Ticket Tool has access to all the emojis from servers it shares with you, not just the server you're managing.

Dashboard roles are for accesing the dashboard only.
What you're looking for is Support Team Roles
$help support
A support role lets your support team see into tickets with out having to add them manually to each and every ticket.
You can add as many support roles as you like per panel.
NOTE that the way discord works all admins can see into tickets regardless of this.
To set a Support role go to the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Settings -> General Options -> Support Team Roles.
Note that the support team roles won't be added to existing tickets, only to tickets created after the change
For existing tickets you will have to change the permissions manually.

They cannot be edited or disabled, as they are a discord requirement that is set by the developer of any bot. The ephemeral messages can be removed by pressing the little blue Dismiss message text, or by restarting your discord client.

To disable the premium bot you will have to go to the Dashboard ➞ Server Configs ➞ Premium bot ➞ And on the right-hand side select the primary free bot in the drop down menu.

The ticket name is the default channel name of all tickets. To edit it, go to your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Settings > Ticket Options. There you can edit the channel name of opened and closed tickets. You can also use variables in there.

Currently Ticket Tool cannot toggle that permission sadly. You would have to remove that permission in your server's role permissions, and manually add them back on a channel basis.

The settings themselves will be saved, so that if you subscribe they will go back to work as normal

I pressed the save button and it was saved at the bottom left, but when I looked at the bot again, the same text was still there, it did not write a small text that I wrote.

Any role you put there will have full access to the ticket tool dashboard. The server owner and users with admin permissions already have access to the dashboard.
