excellent support; I didn't expect anything but was pleasantly surprised 
This is an amazing bot, I use it in pretty much every server I own.
I used modmail in the past, but it just wasn't the same, because it's not as easy as this bot. This bot is extremely easy to use, set up, and manipulate to your own liking, as opposed to a DM ticket bot which is very complicated and annoying.
Cons
Now, I do think that a couple of features that could be free are locked behind a pay wall, but that's not that bad. I definitely recommend making a couple of features free, because some people actually NEED the features you have locked behind the pay wall.
Overall
Overall, this bot is amazing, and I would rate it about an 8/10, just because of what is the premium bot. If you would just help to make a couple of features free, that would be amazing and I bet more people would use your bot!

I give Ticket Tool Premium a 7.5 I think there are still too few options, I would like an option that Ticket Tool Premium also has options such as that you can create a ticket via DM etc, this is my idea: In the do commands channel ,new/$new/.new or !new, then it gives a message Your ticket is being created look in your DM, then you can set commands yourself such as numbers because you can do options so that you create a ticket less easily , because tickets are often created unnecessarily, for more information DM me and I can show you.
Really one of the most useful bots out there for large communities. We run two 40k+ members communities and have a server exclusively for ticket tool. Good stuff. Fast and good support too!!

When confronting him I felt like making excuses was the first priority instead of simply apologizing and admitting his mistake. I was worried I'd be too cryptic with what I was saying but he seemed to understand what I was saying the whole way through.
He also figured out that my issue had nothing to do with the bot itself but rather my app version. Glad we found that out or I'd be scrolling through settings for hours.

9/10 Probably 1 of the the best if not the best ticket bot out there, although would like to have more control over channel permissions when claimed. Such as the permissions of the staff that claims a ticket as it's impossible to configure the server to your standards. Would be great to see some sort of suggestions channel where the community can input on what the developers could do to make the bot itself better as I have many needed ideas.
