This bot is a very good bot. Lots of options, works well and well, little to complain about.

Only downside is that it cannot handle the pressure of the galling users. So a disadvantage. Oh well, they work hard behind the scenes so it certainly compensates.

I have to say, ignoring the recent down time the ticket tool is one of the best bots I have used. There is a great web interface, it works almost out of the box, and you do not have to explain to users how to use it. I have it installed on my discord server of 1000 people and it helps reduce the amount of random questions in our discord and it prevents issues from being burred. In addition the support team is great. Responses to questions are quick and easy to understand. I have not found another bot that has these features with the great support and ease of use.

Absolutely fantastic bot and staff.

I had an issue with the transcript command and it was due to a recent update but BattleEye attended to it in no time and reverted back the update for it to work. The support team seems pretty swell too.
Love the bot and the team.

Ticket Tool is awesome. I was looking for a "modmail" system, but in a server I moderate in, Ticket Tool is used for support and staff inquiries. I set it up, and found it was very customizable. (Haven't gotten Premium yet but I am strongly considering it.) The possibilities are endless - one of my favorite bots.
Why this over a modmail bot? Again, because Ticket Tool is very customizable, and I do not want to make others turn their DMs on in order for modmail to work.

I got help here, a bit more than a month ago, in just a few minutes from sk3leton. Awesome support team.

Previously, I've used another discord bot that allowed modules to be installed. For a lot of users, it was confusing, hard to use and sometimes lacking in varying things.

With Ticket Tool, I was able to implement a self-sustainable system that required little to the users. The user base loves it as it's straight forward and easy to use (unless they don't know how to use reacts). Staff love it because they don't need to remember a million commands to do a couple things. They also love it for making their jobs almost easier.

While the dashboard is daunting at first, once you get the hang of it, it's really easy to use!

If all goes well with the test run, I'll be buying premium for the future!

I just found a bug and that was real confusing for me haha, it didnt show up any servers even after logging and relogging 20 times!

Ticket Tool is very good, has good customization more than almost any discord bot. I would like to thank the entire Support Team for being great in general. I have no idea how many tickets I've opened up due to my technical incompetence.. but they've resolved everything each time. I highly recommend @whole prawn subscription as it's definitely worth it. I use it to manage a business through discord and it's been fully customisable and seamless (except for when I make a mistake with permissions, but then the staff here are outstanding in working through it and have a great response time no matter what time it is). Had a really annoying issue for several days which ended up being my fault, but @west cosmos was unbelievably patient with me and helped troubleshoot it hands-on in the end.

What I can tell you about the Support Team here at Ticket Tool after talking with them in chat and sometimes in VC for a little while now:

They actually do care about Ticket Tool and its users, and they try their best to be active and support people when they need it. A lot of them have very busy lives like college and high school, but they take time out of that to be here at Ticket Tool, that is something I like to call dedication. Some of you may say they are slow with responses, and well, they are highly outnumbered and have lives of their own as well, they do respond as quick as possible. They get the job done and get it done well in my opinion, if you have any objections to my review feel free to talk to me in DMs because I stand by it firmly.

Thx a lot. I have made a convenient and functioning application system for translators where if someone wants to apply for a job for example as russian translator they have to react to a panel named "russian translator application". In the created channel he talks to another russian person in russian and if he passes the interview he would get russian translator role on a server from an interviewer. Then interviewer will delete the channel with already interviewed person and move on to the next application.

It’s easy to setup in just a couple steps, not to much confusion while doing so but if you are one of those people who are having trouble setting up or having a general question regarding @tropic pecan, the staffs are very kind and warm-hearted and is more than happy enough to help you. I'm just going to say it right here...this bot is VERY good. Once I learned the various setup panels cloning a panel and reworking it slightly was intuitive. I just paid for my first year of premium and looking forward to using it. I am using Ticket Tool for server support and also clan membership--separate panels for each. And each with their own "support" roles. Exactly what I was looking for. Now, back to my server to delete the bots that didn't make the cut. Thanks folks!

11/10 bot as it brings new features every now and then and coupled with amazing staff support just makes this the best ticket bot ever. The fact that it goes down is understandable and you cannot entirely blame tickettool for its downtimes. Several other bots face downtimes as well and some of uptimes of certain big bots are nothing but a joke. As a big bot, TT has to go through difficult situations and it's perfectly alright. We just need to give the developers and support members some peace and quiet so they can work on fixing the issue at hand rather than yelling and blaming the team for getting ratelimited by discord. Ticket tool is a widely used bot which makes it prone to downtimes regarding discord ratelimits. All I have to say is that every single team member no matter who they are is doing their jobs perfectly well. catclap I genuinely can't wait to see what TT's future holds. The bot is very useful but its really annoying that its offline so often, support server is good. Also great ease of use. I would still choose this bit over other ticket bots because of the easy way of making tickets.

It took a bit to get responses in my ticket, which is interesting considering the premium tickets are supposed to have "expedited support". Regardless, once I actually got a response, the support team was helpful.
