I'm reaching out regarding an issue I'm experiencing with the Ticket Tool dashboard sync.
I have admin permissions in two Discord servers. I've successfully added Ticket Tool to one of them and it's working fine. However, when I added the bot to my second server, it shows as properly invited within the Discord client, but the server is not appearing or syncing in the Ticket Tool dashboard — which means I'm unable to configure it.
Could you advise on how to resolve this? Happy to provide any additional details if needed.
