When ever I open a ticket there I get a friend request from a bot impersonating the server support. This bot sending the friend request is not on their server themself. So to me it seems someone is having a bot "scanning" this particular server for new ticket creations and sending the information to another bot which is than sending a friend request to the ticket creator.
